I took course for IAS tablet, but due to some reasons I cancelled and asked for refund they update my details and sent a mail to me that i will receive my refund within 15 days but its more than 15 days I have not received any money from byjus, and I called them they always you will receive but ......

Dear Sir,

We have subscribe byjus cource, and as per their policy we have cancel their subscription within 15days. we have received email about cancellation from them. after receiving cancellation we return back their item like TAB bag full consignment by courier.

we have sent many emails and calls, but no answer. they are keep telling that we will check and get back to you in 24 to 48 hrs. but they never calls...

I have taken a byjus subscription which had 15 days free trial period.On 12 th day i requested for cancellation as i didn't like that.during that time they said we will cancel it.Its been 25 days since i have requested for byjus subscription cancellation.Still zero progress.I have called byjus Customer care 100 times, they say senior manager will call in a day but nobody calls.I have taken TLPay loan from byjus, and emi starts from next month...

Hi Team, We have taken admission for my son, Tanish Kandala on 16th April for Aakash Byju's 11th and 12th JEE course and the counsellors (Nikhil and Mahesh) have given two months trial period till 15th June, 2023. My registered mobile number is [protected]. My son is not comfortable with online classes, so we need to cancel the subscription and get the refund amount.

Wrt registered mobile no [protected], of Navya Sharma byjuice was subscribed for Std 4 to 10. The address was updated of Surat Flat H729, RAJHANS SYNFONIA, Aabhva Vesu road, Surat several times...for delivery of books for Std 8.
First they told only soft copy will be provided as these books which were provided in earlier classes were complementary...then on further communication they sent the books to Navi Mumbai address twice which...

I purchased byjus subscription on 15 may2023. On next day ii request them fo refund, because course was not meeting my expectation. It has been 15 day they haven't refunded my amount. For book they told me that they will refund 950 rupee because their printing press is not working. So i request to cancelled the subscription. I was commited by the counselor they are giving 60 days trial period. If we don't like within trial period we can cancel the course and get refund and put finance for Adhitya Brilla.
The course was started on 30th March 2023.

I once just opened there webpage for normal search but there was a pop up window to enter details to continue browsing. I entered my details from then am receiving no. of SMS and emails. Please stop this I am not interested in any course or anything from byjus . I have no option to block sms also.

Btc course with offline class was sold to me for my daughter Vanya. It was promised that at any point of time, offline class can be cancelled and refund will be processed. Within 15 days of purchase of course, I applied for cancellation of offline class at BTC center thane because of non feasibility of attending offline class.
