I was convinced by the councillor that i can cancel the course within 14 days. But when i tried i got no response. The councillor Manoranjan jha and mentir not picking my calls. Today 14 days completed i want my refund. 16k and cancellation of emi on my credit card. I want my refund. But they harassing me not giving me refund. And not doubg cancellation I requested within 14 days which is there policy.

    I have cancelled the subscription with in 15 days due to wrong commitment by sales person.
    I am following up with support team since last 3 months .
    No any satisfactory answer i received so far even they are claiming their team will call you in 24 hours 48;hours but no one called me in last 3 months.

      I have requested cancellation of the product with in 14 days ( rule is we can cancel the product with in 14 days) after following up for 1 month they have initiated cancellation process and sent 2 mails that one mail is that they will refund 10000 after receiving the tablet, other mail is stating that they will refund the remaining amount 52000 with in 10 days. After 10 days when I called them now they have changed the version like they will refund the total amount only after receiving the tablet. As the process is getting complex we decided to keep the tablet with us and called support team they said they will arrange a call back from concerned team, we did not receive any call back from 1 month.i keep on calling the customer service but no use also i approached byju's grievance team which is name sake team, also i sent mails to cancellation team, this is also no use. I do not know what to do now. I request all the parents to think twice before taking byju's course. Byju's is no 1 fraud in all terms.

        Whenever I am inserting my SD card and loging in my byjus app, then the apps ends up with showing that please insert your SD card and error 2002.please help me with this problem...

            I had purchased Byju Tablet learning program (IAS). My tablet was dispatched to me on 23/04/2023. However due to some untoward personal issues, I had planned to cancel it and eventually I informed the team as well on 27/04/2023. They told me that I will get a response with 48 hrs. However, I didn't get any response. So I called them again after 3 days. Again they told me that I will get a call with 24 hrs. And still there was no response. After tirelessly contacting for a week, and getting the same response, finally they gave me a call back on 04/05/2023. They asked me why I was cancelling the same and then they told me to wait. After that they gave me a call on 11/05/2023 after multiple followups. They told me that you will be notified within 24 hours. Till date I am calling customer care and cancellation team everyday and they give me the same response that you will get a call within 24 hours and I have not received any call. I have also not recived any books. Also my 2 months EMI has been cut, although I had registered for full refund with 15 days of delivery of tablet.
            I have invested 72, 000 for this program and I had informed within 15 days of delivery of the tablet to doorstep. So I request a full refund.

            I am totally frustrated with the system of Byju and request you to help me or else I will have to take a harsh step of informing the consumer forum for fraud of money

              Dear team,

              I want to Cancel my Subscription Because I have been cheated, something

                Dear team,

                  My ward joined the NEET coaching program from Feb'23 in BYJU online program. Due to personal reasons we are unable to continue the coarse.

                  I paid the coarse fees through EMI from account. Till July'23 i have paid my EMI.

                  Now I request BYJU to cancel the course. Also I request to issue the certificate to bank for closure of remaining EMI .

                  Even after too many followup, BYJU not responding to my request.

                          Hi I am Kailash Chandra Bhoi purchased course for my daughter SRUSTI BHOI Class 8. I have paid 12000 rupees but due to some medical emergency I had to cancel it. My daughter is now staying in Village where network issue is there. I have returned the product and applied for cancellation on 23 may 2023. Till now it is not resolved. Now I am getting call and messages for EMI also. Kindly resolve the issue

                                  I had taken an admission for my daughter in Byju's for state syllabus 7th std on 7th MAY 2023 Sunday the person from Byju's by name Mohammed Sahil emp id: TNL21859555. He stated himself as a manager who has personally come for admission. Didn't even gave time to decide and insisted to do the payment from credit card with no cost emi and swiped for Rs 91, 927( i need to pay 104000/-) including interest He didn't give clear information on admission cost which charged 5000/-. students name was wrongly updated and till date it remains the same. He told 15days would be free classes if you like continue or else cancellation can be done anytime. I question about the cancellation process he told he will help me at that time. 13th May was orientation and till June 2nd we took weekend classes. on 3rd June we decided to cancel as we were not happy with classes. When I reached sadhshivnagar center they told me there is a cancellation team will take care of that. waited for 15days dropping a mail to customer care no response. I had paid 1st month EMI Rs 6175/- on 31st May. Now after having a big discussion with customer care, they have dropped mail with 40k discussion no breakup nothing. NO ONE IS TAKING THE RESPONSIBILTY FOR THE PROCESS. my 2nd EMI is arriving on 30th June of Rs 6175/-. without attending the classes i am incurring the loss.

                                      I have registered my sister unnati singh for online classes but now she is not satisfied with their teaching and want to discontinue and as per their commitment if someone asks for refund within 14 days and want to discontinue then they will get their money back but they are not responding to the problem

                                        My name mukesh kumar, my son Abhiroop kumar singh, class 5th Mobile no. [protected] I have purchased Byju service by paying the full fees . But my son not intrested in online classes. And differ in NVERT Book slybus. So I call daily appox over 10 days but I not resive any positiv response from you. service which was promised. Instead i have been pushed to call different call centers and numbers . And now since i have not got the service what i have been promised to, i am asking for refund. They are deducting some amount and not giving 100% refund as promised by their marketing guy Mr, kashish sarma.
