Hi I am kaviya I am complaining against to byjus . It's been a year there is no response from them and I even mailed them still no response . The person who came to my home and explained about this he didn't even said about we should cancell before 15 days . He did said about it . But my father mailed and called them no response and
They are not cancelling. I did not use any product from byjus but every amount Is going to them for not using it. It made us affect emotionally financially . We are suffering through one year .
I request u to cancel otherwise we will take legal action against you and I will take this to social media and tell the people how you scam in the name of education

    I have Byjus received learning station on 29 April 2023 and classes starts from 1 May 2023 and they cancelled our course on 7 may 2023 my daughter was not able to attend the classes . We have deposited 12000 Rs when i asked for refund they were not responding...

      After mtiple calls o have received a call from byjus saying I need to pay 14500 to cancel my course after payment they haven't cancelled the account and cut 7250 from my account

        I have registered my daughter P. JANANI in BYJUS 12th std live class in english medium for JEE.
        Student name is P JANANI studying 12th standard.
        Registered mobile number is [protected].

        BYJUS officials said the classes will commence from 31st March 2023.
        But, the classes didn't start for my daughter due to the fault from your marketing person Mrs Mahalakshmi[protected].
        Then she said this problem will be rectified within 72 hours. However, they could not resolve it.

        After making several complaints through phone and emails to BYJUS, she was given 11th standard AKASH-BYJUS live class. But I registered live class for 12th std. Then again I made several complaints to BYJUS officials for changing to 12th std live class.
        Finally during May month first week, 12th std live classes were streamed. Unfortunately, it was streaming in Hindi language. Then again I made several complaints to BYJUS officials for changing the language from Hindi to English. For two days the classes were delivered in English language. But now, without any prior intimation to us, the live class language changed to Hindi.

        For more than 60 days, it has become an everyday problem for me to write to BYJUS for resolving the above said problems.
        Even now, the problem is not solved. Even if you rectify the problem, the classes will be continuing from your existing batch.
        Please understand that more than 60 days of live classes are over.
        So my daughter cannot get the left over classes of past 60 days.
        There is no meaning in taking up 12th std live class from now onwards, because it is very difficult to continue from the present live classes, as she cannot understand the course.

        Kindly I request you to cancel the BYJUS Live classes for my daughter and refund my money.

          Please let me know why i am not getting call to cancel the course.

              I enrolled to the Byju's course because they told me that if you not comfortable with the course, you can cancel within 15 days from enrollment time.
              Then, I enrolled into the course I attended the classes one week, I was not comfortable with that content.
              I cancelled the course according to company rules.
              But, they have not canceled the course yet.
              Every day they are calling and asking me full payment, then only Byju's will cancel your order they said.
              Every day my CIBIL score is getting down because of Byju's order.
              Every day Byju's employees are calling and asking money.
              I am facing mental torcher because of Byju's since February of this year.

                At the time of admission counseling, it was said by Byju After taking the admission, the kit will be delivered and after that we will get 15 days for the trial. And if we don't find the method right in 15 days of trial then we can apply for cancellation and will get full amount refund. But when we did this, we are troubled for almost 10 days and no one is even ready to listen to us.
                By giving new clauses, efforts are being made to mislead us into different things instead of completing the cancellation process.

                We are very upset, so please help us by solving our complaints as soon as possible.

                    It was about 40 days since i'm requesting the byju's team for cancellation of my subscription/package. Call center people are arranging call in 72 hours. Bujus mentors are making a call and saying that they have forwarded my grievance to finance section. I have sent mails to resolve at the earliest through my email [protected]@gmail.com but they are delaying. This is happening since last on month but there is no progress. However, monthly installments of load is being recovered, though i have requested to stop recovery of installments.

                        We have subscribe byjus cource, and as per their policy we have cancel their subscription within 15days. we have received email about cancellation from them. after receiving cancellation we return back their item like TAB bag full consignment by courier.

                        we have sent many emails and calls, but no answer. they are keep telling that we will check and get back to you in 24 to 48 hrs. but they never calls or reply email.

                        Now we need your help to get our refund amount and cancel EMI amount.

                          I have taken a byjus subscription which had 15 days free trial period.On 12 th day i requested for cancellation as i didn't like that.during that time they said we will cancel it.Its been 25 days since i have requested for byjus subscription cancellation.Still zero progress.I have called byjus Customer care 100 times, they say senior manager will call in a day but nobody calls.I have taken TLPay loan from byjus, and emi starts from next month 6th.For some reason they are not cancelling my subscription and delaying it so that my first emi will get deducted.A cheap trick by byjus.I feel like it's a cheap trick by making things complicated.why it is taking so much time just to cancel?                             Hi,
                            I have subscribed byju's tutorial for my children of class LKG upto their class 12.
                            From company side one educational consultant mr Sachin had visited my house at Kothavalasa, showed me the product features and
                            informed me that the company has a free tab replacement policy every two year interval.
                            So based on that commitment, i agreed to subscribe and paid .
                            My registered mobile no is . I had contacted the custmer support many time and they said they are going to call back in 48 hours every time.
                            However, so far i have not seen any communication on the tab replacement aspect which was communicated to me
                            Hence, request to arrange to issue me the communication as per the commitment of the official representative.

                              Hi Team, We have taken admission for my son, Tanish Kandala on 16th April for Aakash Byju's 11th and 12th JEE course and the counsellors (Nikhil and Mahesh) have given two months trial period till 15th June, 2023. My registered mobile number is [protected]. My son is not comfortable with online classes, so we need to cancel the subscription and get the refund amount.

                              I have contacted the counsellors and Mentor for the cancellation and refund many times but they have not helped. I have sent an email to cancellation team on 5th May and sent many follow up emails but there is no response. I have put my best efforts for the cancellation of the subscription and refund but the cancellation team has not responded. I have paid huge amount but we are not happy with the service.

                                Wrt registered mobile no [protected], of Navya Sharma byjuice was subscribed for Std 4 to 10. The address was updated of Surat Flat H729, RAJHANS SYNFONIA, Aabhva Vesu road, Surat several times...for delivery of books for Std 8.
                                First they told only soft copy will be provided as these books which were provided in earlier classes were complementary...then on further communication they sent the books to Navi Mumbai address twice which were not accepted... Byjuice is unnecessary delaying delivery of books ..so tell them to refund for the remaining classes amount if they can't provide the services they did in first few years

                                  I purchased byjus subscription on 15 may2023. On next day ii request them fo refund, because course was not meeting my expectation. It has been 15 day they haven't refunded my amount. For book they told me that they will refund 950 rupee because their printing press is not working. So i request to cancelled the subscription. But these ppl are manipulation and not giving me my money.

                                      We have purchased Byju Subscription for 2 years for Class VI and VII and we were asked to pay INR 71800 (Attached is the proposal) for 2 years of subscription which includes the charges for Tablet and course material. We paid INR 12000 upfront and rest INR59800 he told us that you can have Zero Cost EMI for 18 months. Due to some challenges, we decided to cancel the subscription within a 15 days trial period and sent the email. After 1 month follow up we have received a call that INR64851.81 refund will be processed which is INR 6949 lesser than the amount which we have paid. On top already first instalment of INR 3518.54 has been debited from my account.

                                        I got a call from byjus member imran iqbal TNL 21915457 on 31st March, he asked me to join the gate Course, I asked him how much money for this class and He said the money for this class, The course fees are high so I told him my mother not to pay this much amount because she is a coolie worker, she earn monthly 5000 to 6000 only and I don't have father he is passed away in 2011 so I can't pay and also I told him that my mother is not at home, So I told him that
                                        I will ask my mother after coming home then I will call you.But he said that it is not a problem, just pay the money for intial registration process now, later You will ask your mom after comes to home, If she is not
                                        accept then we will cancel the class. So I am doing the initial payment because its just 500 but that time I don't know to pay 5000 for cancellation Process.If he tell the Clear details about the cancelation Process to me surely I don't do that intial payment.but I think it just 500 So I do the intial payment and lately Cancel the course easily.Our mother came home at 9 o'clock, I asked our mother but she said no because class fees was Very high.So I immediately called the people who called me, I told him that my mother told me that I cannot pay that much amout.But he told me that you should deposit 5000 first and open an account for the class then you will cancel the class.i don't pay that 5000 so he is arranging the alternative way by backend and pay the 5000 for my account by backend and he said to me I have paid 5000 for you so you only resister your account by providing bank details after resister easily I will do cancellation process.so i have complete by registeration process on April 4 and I asked to cancel the process on same day. But it's been more than 40 days since today.You didn't help me to cancel the class, For these 40 days I am trying to cancel the class but I can't.They are taking monthly emi amount from my bank account.In may month emi amount 3750 plus late charges 236 are taken from bank account.He is cheating to me ...
