I have attended byjus national scholarship scheme on April 6 2023. I paid 7000 for registration initial fees. Due to some personal issues I don't want to enroll so that I asked counsellor to refund my money. He refused to refund. Everyone has rights to do their own decision.please refund my money

    I purchased Byjus when my son was in 5th grade and now (2023) he is in 8th grade. Byjus promised LIVE classes as. Part of the pakage. However, starting 8th grade, they are saying you only have tablet learning program. We have shared email where the sales person confirmed the benefits, however till date there isn't a resolution. I have been spending on an average half an hour with them every day since 2+ weeks and yet no resolution. There are more issues, however only highlighting the top one in my list. Not a good experience with Byjus especially dealing with their mentors and customer support.

      On 2nd April Sunday 2023 I was given a demo by a Biju's counsellor and paid 7000 to initiate order (TNL[protected]) along with the assurance of refund (as per refund policy) incase if I am not interested. also my order process was not fully completed. by then I have asked for cancellation of product within 24hr of order. as we got a negative feedback about the product from our friend who is using, also we felt it is costly.
      So i request a refund
      But, Biju's counsellor is insisting me to continue and proceed though i am requesting continuously to cancel.

      pls. help me getting refund. I am very much disturbed and hurt to loose my hard earned money and also blamed by family members for this mistake.

        I subscribed a paid subscription around 4000 per month. First they said that 1000 per month. Then they are saying 4000 per month, I can 't afford this. I applied for cancellation. No reply got

            Mar 4th 23 a site visit arranged from byjus team to home to align on refund process. Subscribed tor 5 years, used 2years and the rest of the years money will be refunded in 10days is mentioned and received a mail and shared my bank details for the same. From March 14th daily call byjus customer care team i get reply a senior manager wil call me. Till now no updates and get the same reply from them. Paid big money and is this customers job to follow up on this. They are making me to struggle to resolve this. Customer care team dont have updates and the senior manager never called me, daily i call and expain my story from the start yet the same response. What a process very nice, front end team explicitly mention no updates on this and the person never calls back. Only customer go mad by paying bg money and undergoing bg stress. I wrote up also in email multiple times never heard back. For registration its instant but pay back customer why ther is no proper process. Am moving out india got smooth refund from internet, cuath, vedantu and only this byjus making customers to die following up this. I[censored] guys not able to return the money y u were ready to get it from customers at one shot this huge money. The unused years money u cant refund means y u for e customers to register fir long term. Ur process sucks. Customers in soup. U have to pay more monry making customers to stress and to follow up but no proper updates from ur team. Try to respect customers time and be honest. Ur customer care team only knows to explain or assist on registration. O never recommed ghis to anyone. Big money looting on education platform name.

              5years subscription have taken for my child. Due to personal reasons i raised cancellation request bcoz the chosen eeducation no more supportive from byjus content. Site visit happened. A person from account department came to my home shared the details on refund amount and sent mail. I shared my bank details it got approved too. I moving out from this country and all my internet and other education platforms refunded my money back wothin 5working days. Only in byjus its been more than 35days, as per the process they mentioned it would take 10working days to settle this. Now my job is from 14th march daily call the byjus customer care team twice, they reply a senior manager will call back before 8pm today. I dont know when that 8pm will come on which day. Daily my time is wasted following up on this. I dropped mail too multiple times till now no updates. Just not valuing customer time and making us to struggle on this. What process they have the customer care team not having updates on my canacllation process and customer cant reach back to respectic person and the issue not resolved for more than a month. Byjus team be honest and set right this process for customers who applied for cancellation due to a valid reason. Getting money or sunscription happens instantly from ur team but to return big money to customers why the process like this maiing customers to struggle. Try to elevate the respect o[censored]r services to customers by providing right resolution. I never recommend byjus to anyone. Pls dont go for this only for money until u enroll they would be back o[censored] after that the mentor calls too nor regular. Its just on ur head whether u use it or not just the big money swallowed from u. Byjus i[censored] r not able to resolve this then why would for e customers to enroll for long term. Evaluate ur service capabilities first really i am not getting words, spent my big money and not getting money and proper updates on this. Its a big regret that i enrolled this.

                They mentally harassed me of their calls and sms and even privacy was dominated in the name of learning. Many request to be unsubscribed their services but all in vain.

                  From the past 4 month my what is not able to attend the class properly I have complain this many time but no one looks at my concern what they need the need the money and they have taken the money and they are giving no response then tablet is hanging so much the mental say that you will get a complementary tab in the compensation of this 4 to 5 months but we got no reply from their side I have screenshot is call recording and everything from the byju's side.

                    My Son had taken up the byjus course for 10 th, 11th and 12th from 2021 Dec . Due to So many issues in the system for the last two year he didnot do well in online class. we id so many compliants to resolve the problem, they coulnot It has been a headache of a thing with the customer care and they are very unsupportive.We were also cheated by the service man who sold us the program by stating that we can shift to offline anytime we liked.After buying the program he went completely unreachable and the customer service of Byjus has been constantly postponing . Now we need to refund the course fee or provide access to my younger son as my elder so is not used the course.

                      Byju's employee called me and explained about course. I enrolled to that course and I was not comfortable that. I cancelled the course 2 months back within 15 days according to Byju's cancellation policy.

                      But, they have not cancelled the course and they are torcher and demanding full course fee.

                        I am writing to bring to your attention a matter of grave concern regarding the refund of my daughter's offline course for the second semester of Class-9 offered by BYJU'S. We had enrolled our daughter with BYJU'S for the offline course at their Memnagar center, which was promised to start after Diwali. However, after Diwali, we received a call for orientation at the Iskon branch, which was located far from our place of residence. As we did not want to continue with the orientation at the Iskon branch, we requested cancellation of the registration.

                        Subsequently, we were informed that the Memnagar branch had started, and our daughter attended it for one day only. She found that the time wasted during transportation and the course was similar to her online sessions, and she did not want to continue the offline course. Therefore, we requested cancellation of the registration on 25-Nov-22.

                        Despite multiple emails, visits to the center, and over 50 calls to customer care, we have not received our refund to date. The standard reply that we receive from customer care through email is as follows:

                        "Thanks for connecting with BYJU'S. We've received and registered your refund request and are doing our best to address it. Our Senior Manager will call you within the next 24 hours to help resolve your concern in the best possible way. We request you to please reply to this email for any further queries, or you can also reach us on +91-[protected]."

                        It is extremely disappointing and concerning to see such a lack of responsiveness and commitment to resolving the issue at hand. We have been waiting for a considerable amount of time, and the delay in the refund process has caused undue hardship and mental agony. Furthermore, it is disheartening to note that the details available with the customer care and center are not in line with the current technological world.

                        Therefore, I request your urgent intervention in this matter to ensure that BYJU'S processes the refund of the offline course fee at the earliest. I urge you to expedite the refund process and take necessary steps to ensure that such delays and unresponsive behavior are not repeated in the future.

                        Thank you for your attention to this matter.

                              I am complaining in regards to the cancellation of my course which I opted for. I registered for UPSc, and would not be able to continue. I have been trying to reach my counselors through calls and messages but they aren’t even responding back. This is a very unacceptable behaviour. I have done an initial payment of 15000rs through upi on 4 March. Also there is a loan sanctioned for over 1lac rupees through my mother’s account whose first instalment is due on 7 April 2023. Moreover, I have not received any material and neither want it to to be delivered. These counselors were so so eager to get me registered and not even answering a single call right now. I requested them to proceed with the process of cancellation of the course and process the refund of 15000 rs but no one is reverting back. i called them and emailed them multiple times, but the only response i get is we will call you back in 24 hours- but no response.

                                  My sister had taken up the byjus course for 11th and 12th but the teaching has been awful and the whole community of teachers on the app seems to be very uninterested.It has been a headache of a thing with the customer care and they are very unsupportive.We were also cheated by the service man who sold us the program by stating that we can cancel it anytime we liked.After buying the program he went completely unreachable and the customer service of Byjus has been constantly stalling our cancellation.

                                    Issue logged on 22-Feb-2023 that learning station is not working from 16th Feb 2023.No Support from Technical Team, Escalation Team and even from Mentor. After every few days, got a call from either or the teams/Mentor and just no solution. I have never seen this kind of worst support anywhere. No is ready to provide solution. Everyone is just talking.

                                      I purchased UPSC Course from Byjus on 29th Nov 2022. I want to cancel my subscription. I have paid Rs 5000 as charge fee for processing the cancellation case. After that daily i am trying to contact senior for cancellation but no one reply. No mail reply. on 07 Dec EMI of Rs. 7083 also debited from my account. BYJUS cheats people it fake business. Request cancelled my subscription and amount of EMI to be refunded. Thereafter i am trying to call daily for update on my cancellation case. but no one reply of response i have wrote so many mail but action, they told me that no EMI will be debited from your account as we are processing the case for cancellation. On 7 Dec Rs. 7083 was debited towards EMI i am socked how it can be happened, but i came to know that BYJUS cheats me and not cancelled my course. I am in deep sorrow.
