I purchased course from byjus ( IAS Tablet Course) and Down Payment amount (₹*** ) paid and rest taken byjus advantage loan.
As per byjus cancellation T & C I cancelled programme within 15 days but till date I not recieved my refund.
Also I sent email 15-20 days ago of my first EMI after it they deducted my email amount and loan yet time not cancelled as per their representative loan cancellation process is in process.

My personal experience
1) Byjus doing harrasment of students at the time of cancellation of course.
2) Councellor giving wrong information
3) Fully unethical process at the time of refund

    I have only paid registration fees of 7000 to byjus which I requested cancellation for within 2 days of payment which comes under there 15 days 100% refund policy( I'll provide a screenshot as proof) but still they are not giving my refund It's been more than a month they are not responding to my emails and not arranging calls either. and once they said they will charge 3000 as process fees which is completely against their own refund policy.

      I have taken a course from byjus. I am not satisfied with the course so I want to cancel the course but no one from byjus is responding. I want to stop the emi as well. Cancel the course and refund me the money I have given till date

        I have taken CAT course from byjus. I asked for the cancellation but they are not responding to my request. I want stop the emi as well because I am not satisfied with the course. I want to return the tablet which doesn't even work and kindly give refund.

          I take 3 year learning program. But the learning station showing issues in 1.5 year. They were refused to solve the issues. And said me to show your LS somewhere. They were not responsible for this issues. After taking all the money they even not behave politely. Even they strictly refuse to give the wiz pen by which kids were doing their worksheet books. I[censored] need wiz pen then u should buy it from Amazon site. Even they were not any responsibility of kids education. The mentors were not even asking about kids study progress. All their behavior were changed after taking the money. Just a fraud company who cheats parents. Money makers only. Took all the money and now they were behaves like ba****ds.. even not return yr money back

            I had registered with Byju's for Home tution in the month of January '23 while registering they took Rs 10, 000 and then signed me for monthly EMI which I was reluctant to but then there was no other mode to make the payment and they assured me in case I withdrew they would cancell the loan immediately.After this they sent me a teacher who came to teach my child for around 10 days and then she went on vacation then never returned .Byju's never provided a teacher as her replacement.So even after they have not been able to provide service they have been deducting the EMI from my account every month.When i approached the bank to cancel the EMI they wanted a Mandate no. which i asked Byju's for but that too they did not provide saying it was against their company policy .I have followed up with them for the cancellation over mail for more than a month now and have called their Customer support Team as well but with no outcome.They are still deducting the EMI from my account.

              I purchased a two year programme from byjus for my child Pratigya Sarkar. But due to technical issues she is unable to attend classes. And I have tried many times in many ways to solve this but can't solve this problem. So, I have mailed byjus support team to initiate the cancellation process. But they are not starting it any way. Haven't recieved any call from them. They are extending the time span of starting the process every time I contact them. Please help me to solve this so that I can get a refund

                I am writing this get the attention of concern authority of cancellation team to complain about the thoughtless behaviour of the support team, and acknowledgement request for the cancellation of my subscription. I have been trying to reach for cancellation process but the support team is not helping me, and keep telling that it is not possible . My Mentor was suppose to help me in every aspect.
                I am a subscriber of Bramhani BYJU'S Grade 10 course and wish to discontinue the service before the end of my 15 days trail period. I have mentioned the reasons below
                1: Your executive has told that I will be able complete my board syllabus .
                2: The concept are difficult to understand in the online classes or recorded video.
                3: My family financial status is also a reason for my decision. As it is very expensive and overpriced for me.
                So, I would like to cancel the subscription provided BYJU'S. I am hereby requesting for the full refund of 7000 downpayment and EMI Card Payment which I had paid to access the service.

                Therefore, I request for guidance of cancellation of my subscription and the procedure to return the Tab. Please send me an mail for acknowledgement for the cancellation of my subscription. For any query you can contact me in my registered mobile number.

                  I had taken admission in aaksh byjus for 11th and 12th std at the time of admission the counselor doesn't told me that I can't cancel admission and I will not get refund after 15 days . And I want to tell that in 15 days no-one can judge a class or teacher after doing class for 1 year now I want to cancel it and I called them many times it's over 2 week now they aren't responding to call and the mentor only tell us that they will not cancel the admission and wouldn't give us a refund but it's unfair because they had taken the money in advance of 2 years and now they are telling us that they will not refund what should we do we are not god we don't had any power that we can judge any class in 15 days but after it I realized it's not gonna good for me so decided to cancel and now they aren't refunding the amount now what should I do please tell me

                    Respected Sir /Ma'am,

                    Since I received a call from byju's for extending 1year IAS Course amounting Rs. 24000/ for which I had paid Rs 4000/
                    as initial payment meanwhile they enrolled me for 2 years course period which results to Rs. 36000/which I was unable to pay. Having many discussions with team byju's for cancellation of extended course. The team recommend me to pay extra Rs 3000 (that is a sum of 7000Rs as down - payment of 2years course) only after then they will initiate the refund process.
                    As mentioned above I am not willing to extend the IAS Course. So I requested you to refund me the amount of 7000Rs as soon as possible.

                      I was asked to pay 18000 as deposit to be a member of byjus tutor so I did and then I was asked to pay more 21000 so I refused and asked for refund but they did not and disconnected the call...please help me get back my money...

                            I have purchased Byju home 1:1 tutor service by paying the full fees at a go . Inspite of my repeated follow up and multiple calls i have not been provided the service which was promised. Instead i have been pushed to call different call centers and numbers . And now since i have not got the service what i have been promised to, i am asking for refund. They are deducting some amount and not giving 100% refund as promised by their marketing guy Mr, Sameer.
                            Also they are deducting for some other Service which was not explained or told to us during the counselling session.

                              For the last two weeks I am communicating with the counsellor in Muscat to get my materials, he keeps on promising to update me tomorrow. For him tomorrow means the next day again tomorrow. Tomorrow never comes.

                              The school have been started three weeks before but still I am struggling to get the materials.

                              At the time of registration last year, the counsellor promised me that the the full amount was 10th, 11th and 12th materials and also "Online" classes. Even when I see the receipt, it was mentioned like

                              And also he said that "last year Byjus online classes are not efficient and that's why we brought Aakash online classes". In between the conversation, he disconnected his call. It is not the correct way to deal with the paid customers.

                              Really I am totally fed up with your service and I have not expected this kind of false information from such high expected organization.

                              Each and every "Rial" what we earned here is hard coming money leaving everything in India.
                              Still we are agreed to pay such huge amount means to take care of our kids future but we did not get any benefit for the money.

                              I hope you will understand my situation.

                                I have enrolled for UKG for my son, but decided to cancel the course, now they are not accept my cancellation request and threatening that if you not agree my terms you are not getting any refund, and no one help you in byjus.                                   All the discussions Byjus sales team is doing at the time of taking money are false and no customer support team is working on any problems. They have only one statement to repeat i.e. " within 24hrs you will receive a call. And their 24 hrs are more than 3 months. No call since 3- 4 months we'll receive.

                                  1. I was committed to have the package of 7 years, since class 4 till class 10th.

                                  2. I was committed hard copy of books every year. I am following up for books from last 1 month and now they are saying they do not give any hard copy.

                                  Horrible experience. Suggesting do not go with their false promises.

                                  Requesting for arranging the delivery of hard copy books.

                                  And the customer support team should call us whenever the child have some academic issues.

                                    I have subscribed byjus premium course for my Daughter Miss Anshika Lodhi for 2 year (std.4 & 5) . Then I have cancelled the subscription as per Byjus terms and conditions which is told by their counselor or mentioned in website byjus. I.e. if cancelled within 15 days from orientation byjus refund 100% amount. But they return to me partial amount.
                                    Retain my 10000/- for product of byjus learning station and they can not take back product alongside my amount not return.

                                      2. I was committed hard copy of books every year. I am following up for books from last 1 month and now they are saying they do not give any hard copy.

                                        So many times I put the mails to Byju's. No one respond properly. They want to sold out there product only .that time they respond only. when the order was sold out. they can't here customer problems. They don't respond calls also. i asked to cancellation of my order but no body respond. What they are doing in Byju's company.
