Hello team,
This is kotha Ganesh . We took byjus course on April 7th we took it from byjus person Rajesh gandikota . We took for 6-10th class & 10th class courses for my brother kids . And they informed us after using we can cancel the course & rest we can return & initiate refund .
And I informed byjus customer care in 9 days & also mailed them 2-3 times .I called this mentor Karthik Eve he's blocking my calls surprisingly like an abscond
.I mailed to byjus team, called them done & informed everything no response which is the worst thing .
And my EMI is getting triggered & Cibil score is badly effected . It's 525 my Cibil score. The byjus team is not even responding to me at all for this resolution .
I want to return these byjus products & I want my cancellation need to processed this really effects me a lot due to your irresponsibility .
But due to panedmic we are in a tuf situation . Our family is effected with covid . And on April 15th to 20th they called us said your refund is already in process & we need to talk kids regarding some feedback .
And during May month I called many times to talk with my kids they are not even responding the byjus team connects to some executive and she says the manager will callback in 10min no response I called many many number of times .
On may 31st to June 5th I tried to call, they started ignoring my calls & not connecting any executive .
And July also I started calling customer care they are saying internal clarification you need to talk with your mentor but this mentor is blocking me on calls & WhatsApp .
if the byjus is really a legit there is should be some concern to talk with customers & solve these issues .
Please respond immediately . My order cancellation is already done within 10 days respond properly & solve this.

I purchase byjues early learning course for class 1 to 3. I received tablet on date 1 - August - 2021
But my son doesn't take interest in this video. My child is in marathi medium and course is in higher english so can't understand and my son is not able to grasp anything from the video. I am in 15 days trial period.

I candly request to you please cancel my subscription.

Please don't make a phone call again and again.
If you're sending the address I will send back your materials.
If you're not accepting and make a phone call again and again I will go to consumer court.

we're only paying why you people not explained details clearly.
They selling fellow need to get the appraisal only
.but not care about the purchaser. after his selling other person is taking to collection.
If you're doing business correctly means why you haven't sent terms and conditions hard copy.you insist your selling person explain the terms and conditions to purchaser.

I took this course during class 9 and the councillor who sold this he told we can anytime cancel this subscription but now when we want to cancel, they are saying that you can cancel it only within the 15 days of trial.
We want to cancel it ASAP
Byjus, it's my humble request please don't play with our money it's out parents income and they will invest on the goodness o[censored]s. But when we don't want just simply return it. Don't give your terms and conditions now and simply take this product back.

I purchased this product 10 months brfore and during purchasing time the councillor fooled my parents by saying you can cancel it anytime.
I am now facing a lot of issues on it and now when I wanted to cancel it then they are saying you can only cancel it within 15 days.
Byjus, my humble request please don't play with our money. It's the earnings of our parents who are spending for our goodness and now when we do not need, please return this course.. don't give refund but at least take this product back and stop deducting money from our pockets. Now don't show your privacy policy and simply cancel it.

My first due date is 07/08/2021 but from 30/07/2021 continuously lot of persons from byju's finance department calling me and asking to pay immediately. I doesn't want to continue this so cancel this order. I have attached screenshot of message received on 01/08/2021 stating emi dated 07/08/2021 is overdue now itself.

I already informed Byju's to remove my number [protected] from their database. I keep getting calls from different numbers of Byju's. This time i got call from [protected] stating call from Byju's Headoffice. I informed that lady not to disturb again and again. She reply rudely that you will definitely get call from our end. It cannot be stopped. Kindly remove my number from Byju's.

Cancelation course and refund money

I have purchase byjus 5th and 6th class learning cource for two childs for two years We Called Biju's Mentor Care Many Times But We Didn't Get Support From Any Mentor

I was purchased the product two months back till date mentor or sales person will not contact for us. I send the mail for byjus support team for refunding the amount but one of the person ms shakshi contact but she told refund is not possible because already two months is over but i am paying 10, 000per month emi. Now i don't want above product because no body will responding. They are cheater. Please cancelle the application and refuno the amount. Byjus is totally fraud they are cheating on us please do cancel my product

Dear team

we have not received syllabus videos of byjus for 5th std according to ncert syllabus, specially for 5th std.

One month ago, mentor promised she will provide everything. But after 15 days mentor changed. Another mentor took ncert syllabu from my child but didnt turn back and not helped. Now we called, then got another mentor. How many times we have to explain them our issue and when we will get resolution for the same.

I have joined the byju's learning program before four months .A mentor contacted us to join .I am also interested to learn so i have accepted to join ...I received a tablet from byju's and some study material.till now I have not attended any classes but they are always asking the payment to pay .we have paid the payments for four months..plz cancel this .we never ask to refund the money.so please cancel as soon as possible ..we are struggling lot to pay

I have bought byju's lerning programme for 6th to 8th classes for my daughter. Last 7 month paid the installment regularly without any delay. But now due to pandemic conditions and severe financial problem couldn't continue to pay the emi. During the joining time, my executive didn't say about their policy clearly. They said that, if I have to stop these courses, have to return the tablet and sd card. Then it will be cancelled. Moreover, it is considered as education loan, that details also, they didn't inform us clearly. Now due to financial problem, I couldn't continue the payment, and I have sent mails to the concerned team regarding my issues. But they are not giving any solution for that. They are compelling me to pay the emi, otherwise penalty charges will apply and cibil score will go down, like that always daily their finance team members are calling and tortouring. As normal parents, initially, without giving proper information, their executives made us to join these programmes, later on only we came to know the difficulties if we fail to pay even one month emi. For my daughter, due to financial problem, couldn't pay the fees in school even, and we entire family suffering too much problems financially and health wise during this pandemic situation. But, without any consideration these byju's people always calling and enquiring about the non payment of emi. Each time differnt staffs are calling and for everyone we need to explain the situation, even they are compelling us to pay the emi. What to do in these situation? As normal parents, we are helpless and even don't know what to do? Kindly help me in this situation.

Relieving letter and f&f not completed even after submitting assets...

I provide byjus course 27 april provided tablet and 15 days later provide books i till recognize my family problem for finances so i can't pay emi for ias course byjus company force me to pay emi but i cant afford because my family condition is very poor i can't affordable course his mentor not discuss about 15 day policy. Byjus mentor force me to join the byjus course but i cant afford this course i am requested 20 days to cancellation but his ignored me my request so please action this situation.thank you i hopefully you will help me

I have taken 6to 8th std three year course for my daughter from byjus. Past 7 months I could pay the installments rs 5667 without any delay. In between so many problems related customer services and mentor services etc were there. But eventhough, I could pay the amount, so regularly paid those emis. But due to unexpected financial problems, we couldn't continue the payment, and requested byjus to cancel the course. But they are not agreeing that and also, daily many time financial peoples are calling and torturing us to pay the emi. While joining the executive said that we can cancel the programme in between while returning the tablet. Didn't inform about the 15 days cancelation policy. Now to survive even, we r struggling, at that time this course is utter waste, no use at all. We are unable to pay the emi.

Kindly consider and solve the problem or tell any solution to stop this emi and penalty charges and all.

I have yet not received the books of six std of Byju'S classes
Our mentor not contact to us
I am sorry to say that Byju's has not given attention to students which have purchased the Byju's
Pl do need ful to us for better performance
