I want to know did we make a mistake if we have downloaded the app of Byjus. What kind of staff Byju's is hiring, is it without checking background? unprofessional people are talking rubbish to the kids and parents... is this kind of services Byju's is offering?

This is regarding the promotional calls from Byjus received on 24-Sep-2021. A person with the name of Mr. Rajeev called from number [protected]. He wanted to talk to the father of the child, because of the work from home these days, my kids said he is not available at home, he got panic started talking roughly to the kids and started shouting on them. Father noticed that there is a call received and kids are getting useasy talking to the call. My husband talked to him and said we are not interested then Mr. Rajeev from other side (from Byju's) started shouting on him as well. My husband told him to stay calm and talk properly then Mr. Rajeev threated him that you are taking me light, now I will tell you who I am and you will receive back to back calls and you will be in trouble. And then also he called many times, we just hanged on calls to stop the misbehavior.
I want to raise complaint against Byjus for this misbehavior and harrsement done by Mr. Rajeev

      Dear Team,

      I am taking the follow for cancellations since 13.09.2021, you have clearly mentioned on cancellation policy any customer can cancel the order with in 15 days and I have cancelled the order with in 1 days.

      I am chasing for refund since 13 sep 2021. If you are acknowledging the customer request with in 11 to 12 days and taking next 20 -28 days settle the refund to customer. It is not good sign for good organization.

      I am daily receiving call form byju team for retaing the course. I am also thinking about the same. Yesterday I have received the call from Mr Nadeem Ahmad and I am giving promise to him, I will continue with my one child. First you arrange the student name and address for Karnal.

      But after his call I have received the mail you will receive the money 20 to 28 days. I am totally disappointed and my mind creating the bad image of byju.
      Even every staff who call me assured me you will received your money with in 2 or 3 days maximum.

      When my refund request is accepted I am so happy, this is brand who acknowledging my request immediately and I am expecting my refund process with in time frame.

      After the said mail I am totally disappointed.

      Request to you kindly arrange my money immediately, I am very thankful to you.

          I was purchased the product 3 months back, I paid 5000 rupees Initially after every month they said monthly EMI 2002 rupees am paying right now month of July 20th 2021 i emailed the customer care please discontinue this course due to my financial situations also my child not able to understand this English, also till date mentor or sales person will not contact for us there is no guidance to my child. I send the mail for byjus support team for cancellation the course, but they said not possible to discontinue this course, when we have demo class my Mentor Vidhya/Anish they confirmed, you can discontinue this course in between also, that’s why I have chosen this course, I emailed July 20th am not get any reply form byju’s customer care, I have emailed gentle reminder also, I get call from IIFL finance Team only to make the payment, MY EMI not active am paying manually only, this month they are pulling to me pay 2002 rupees due to financial situation am not pay, I don’t want to my refund, but please discontue the course hereafter am not pay the EMI. Now i don't want above product because no body will responding. IIFL team one day they are calling minimum 10 times to pay the EMI even you attend the call also every 30minutes they calling
          Please to help me and cancel this course.

            I have download byjus app for studying purpose i didn't found useful so i deleted the app, the byjus staff call and asked you have registered in app, i told yes, he then forcing me why did you download the app and talk harshly its not good to be a customer care or staffs

                I have return to the all products received from the byjus, like tablet and some books and byjus call to me about confirmation to receive ed the all items. But the byjus not to refund my deposit money of RS.5000.00

                  Hello, I am Mahesh meena father of nandini meena.
                  my daughter nandini meena purchased this course 30 April and these classes start on 15 May but this all thing i don't know about this course because my daughter is mentally problem she received a course without telling me he gives a 14000 she give a friend and loan approved his friend bank. and she gives a first EMI to give a friend money and 12 July nandini friend call me and tell me, everything uncle, I have given it 14000.
                  I talked to its mentor and told them all that this is the problem, then you canceled this course but they did not give any answer to my talk, then today I have been 3 months, requesting that my daughter should take the course. Canceled but have been swallowing the request since 3 months my wife has become exasperated t since my daughter doesn't remember anything she is mentally disturbed, she has not completed her degree till now since she has gone to college she has 5 backs from her She will not clear how this course was done but your support team or understanding is not ready, I got 3 months while requesting, daughter has taken loan from her friend's account, so I request you to cancel this course Do it, my financial condition is also not right and I was in a position to do that, then why would I ask you to cancel, I request you to cancel, please cancel it, I am very upset with your support team on me.                     We had purchased a package for zoya bari and hayah bari for pre-medical exams in sep 2020. Wei paid rs 1, 50, 000/- for the package. Zoya was allowed to attend live classes from her tab till march this year for class 9 curriculum only. After completion of class 9 curriculum, she has not got any link for joining live classes for class 10th curriculum. I raised my concern with the persons Ashutosh Jaswal ([protected]) and Yashpal Rana ([protected], [protected], [protected], [protected]) through whom we purchased the package online. But they did not help. Now they have stopped picking my calls. When the matter was referred to mentors over telephone they would say revert back, but they keep changing and never got back with any solution or answer to my queries. I have failed to receive any satisfactory answer from Byjus for an amount of 1.5 lakhs I have paid online. If Ii don't get any satisfactory action on this mail, i will be forced to knock the doors of tribunal/ customer court of justice including ncdrc, new delhi for the fraud i have faced from Byjus.

                      Support team is harassing me over the call for cancelling the byjus subscription,
                      Even after explaining the issues my kid is facing, the representative is telling when she is doing online classes why can't my kid do byjus sessions online, she is enforcing us to continue the subscription even if we are not interested.

                        We are transferring EMI amount 66000rs for one year BYJU'S classes. But we are not satisfied with the customer. They do not complete their words. when they give us demo.so I want to cancel my daughter BYJU'S classes and refund the amount on my account. This mail forward to consumer court and PMO mail id. 10 Times mail send to BYJU'S company but my refund process not start.

                            I have taken the course for my kids 2nd and 6th class and paid full payment for all courses. But when I read the review of byju course found very worst so I cancel the order by sending the mail to [protected]@byjus.com and received the reference no 22403320 on date 13.09.2021. but I am not received my refund. Received only call for continue the course only.

                            I am not interested in course I clearly denied for course.

                            Kindly arrange my 137000 to my account at urgent basis.

                              Dear sir/madam,

                              Sir i had paid an amount of 5000 on 22 august and 3000 on 24 aug to byjus's to join live classes . First payment was done by transaction id [protected] and second payment was done by transaction id [protected] .As byjus counsellor is not able to join live classes of my child as want my money refunded as soon as possible. I had complaining to byjus's team from 1 month but I'm not getting no proper response from them and they are unresponsive and cooperative.
                              have financial problems thus I want my money refunded positively by today itself. I had earlier sent this kind of email to [protected]@byjus.com but i had not got any fruitful reply from him.and also to [protected]@byjus.com
                              But I had got only ticket number was issued, but no byju's employee did not gave proper response.
                              Sir please refund my amount 8000 paid in two installment as soon as possible. Sir your team is only saying that it will be refunded but it is yet processed. Sir please help me out. And refund my amount as soon as possible. Sir transaction id receipt i have attached with this mail and also payment receipt. Please take necessary action today itself I am requesting byjus's for my money refund from 1 monthSir it the height of irresponsibility of byju's team that I am sending email to you every day but not getting any response from byju's and I had also complaint to byju's complaint resolution website but from their i have not gotten any money refunded notice .

                                I request you that I do not want to continue with byjuslearning programme. Initially, I told us that I have to pay Rs 1250/ per month for the the course can not pay the same time.But I have economic conditions very bad.Sir we are not in a condition to pay as of now.when I said to him, that I requested to take the course. But Mrs.Shreyashi Dey pressurized, forced us to agree for verification and to do the verification frist then accept the course and return it back within 15 days.So kindly take your course(tablets and study materials) back and return back advance payment as soon as possible.                                   I downloaded the app to register for KBC. we got option to register only for one day on 10th Sept and that day we gave quiz twice after that on 11th Sept we didn't get the quiz option active. After that i started getting calls that i have downloaded the app and saw few videos so if i want to buy course for my child. i told them i am not interested in buying any course, videos are nice but don't want any tuition right now. after that twice in a day or minimum once in a day i am getting calls, the moment we watch any video on app next day we get call. You kept videos open for all, if you want people to buy then don't keep the app free we will not download. But Byju's can't force people to buy their tuitions by calling just because we watched their free videos. Byju's told me that they have campaign going on so if you watch video you will get a call. this is wrong, you can't force someone to buy their courses, then don't keep your app free we will not download in the first instance.                                       Hi, I have raised a complaint here and I got a call from a Fraud member Rahul Tripathi asking for my Card details and other personnel details, the phone no he called was from Byjus customer care([protected]). please beware of those fraud guys.
