By mistake I rebooted the tablet and now It is not working they told us that they we deliver the sandisk card by July 23.now it is 11 August but still they did not deliver till now

          I recently ordered BYJUS class by seeing a blog -byjusclassfree.blogspot.com and got the class free of cost . Picture quality was not HD but it is nice . I am Enjoying learning through such interactive videos.

                I am supposed to get refund but they have not refunded my Rs. 6000/- amount. I have email them many times and tried to connect with them. Sr. manager is not responding well.

                  I am asking for a refund of the registration fees paid on 31/7/2021 for my son. I am completely dissatisfied and extremely disappointed with the entire piecemeal procedure and total lack of transparency followed by ByJus. The official email from ByJus was received by me on 2/8/21 i.e. two days after having paid the registration fee. Nobody from ByJus office explains the entire list of documents and reason for it clearly and at one go. I have already shared my Adhar details, my Pan card details, my Bank Statement for the last three months and my cancelled Cheque. Also why should Online Tution Classes require this kind of personal data from parents? A completely new kind of information about a financer and EMI has emerged. This is highly unethical. Nobody from ByJus office has given in writing that this data will not be shared further though I had specifically asked for it in my email on 4/08/21. Considering the mental harassment which it has given us I have already asked for a refund before. No trial classes as repeatedly requested have happened even after so many days of paying registration fee.
                  I am clearly asking for a refund of the registration fee paid by me in the most urgent manner.

                    I recently purchased Byjus class for my exam from [protected]@gmail.com at a very cheap rate . The quality of videos are not 1080HD but videos are of course good quality. The teaching way of faculty of byjus are really great. It is good becz we can repeat the class if we do not understand any concept. Sure I will recommend byjus

                      Hi Team

                      I am a student who has registered for a BYJU's course, I have found the course is not relevant as they promised and trying to cancel it within 15 days as stated by them, now they are hackling and passing me from one Point of contact to other, I tried calling customer care but they are neither cancelling, nor responding at all. I sent an cancellation mail as they stated in their website, but it seems that is a false address provided by company and that mail delivery is itself failing. They are just deliberately procrastinating to pass 15 days so that after that period I will not be liable for any refund, I am complaining because of this predatory practice which is not at all customer friendly and turning out to be kind of money extortion with false advertisement.

                      Please help as soon as possible, My byju details are as below, more in attached image

                        SST and English not worked(NOT ONLINE NOT WITH SD CARD)

                        On 08th of July we have first email about the course after few days we received sd card which is corrupted...
                        Second one received having only SCience and Maths...
                        Third one received corrupted one

                        Please check Satparnee Madam email attached

                        You can see chain emails...In the initial email promised us for the sst and English but not worked at all

                        I know you have 15 day policy but English and sst not worked at all...

                        On ipad for English we are getting below error "NOT authroised..."

                          I purchase the product on 25 July For my daughter Aditi Vyas Class 8.

                          At the time of enrollment by agent it was highly convinced by agent to have this product and can be returned/ cancelled within 15 Days.

                          MY daughter is not not interested in carrying forward the course. ( Today ie 06/08/2021)

                          Kindly cancel my course subscription and refund my amount after taking the material and cancel my EMI.

                            Initially they promised me sst+eng+science+maths...But sst and english not worked at all online and with sd card...we are calling daily to their customer care but no one giving us the resolution...sent multiple emails to support email...but no resolution...WORST EXPERIENCE

                              1st sd card we received is corrupted
                              2nd one has only maths and sceirnce
                              3rd one corrupted

                              FOR ENGLISH AND SST NOT RECEIVED ANY CONTENT

                              So dont trust them..Afer taking money they dont listen

                                      1. My daughter Yashika kushwah has taken Byjus package for three years.

                                      2. We have changed our location from Gurgaon to Sulur, Coimbatore. Accordingly the same has been communicated many times ( last four months) to Mentor.

                                      3. As on date we have not received the books despite repeated reminders to Mentor for past four months.

                                      3. I have written earlier also through the same mode but didn't get any response.

                                      4. Request dispatch the books to my new address at the earliest else I might have to take other options.

                                        Hello team,
                                        This is kotha Ganesh . We took byjus course on April 7th we took it from byjus person Rajesh gandikota . We took for 6-10th class & 10th class courses for my brother kids . And they informed us after using we can cancel the course & rest we can return & initiate refund .
                                        And I informed byjus customer care in 9 days & also mailed them 2-3 times .I called this mentor Karthik Eve he's blocking my calls surprisingly like an abscond
                                        .I mailed to byjus team, called them done & informed everything no response which is the worst thing .
                                        And my EMI is getting triggered & Cibil score is badly effected . It's 525 my Cibil score. The byjus team is not even responding to me at all for this resolution .
                                        I want to return these byjus products & I want my cancellation need to processed this really effects me a lot due to your irresponsibility .
                                        But due to panedmic we are in a tuf situation . Our family is effected with covid . And on April 15th to 20th they called us said your refund is already in process & we need to talk kids regarding some feedback .
                                        And during May month I called many times to talk with my kids they are not even responding the byjus team connects to some executive and she says the manager will callback in 10min no response I called many many number of times .
                                        On may 31st to June 5th I tried to call, they started ignoring my calls & not connecting any executive .
                                        And July also I started calling customer care they are saying internal clarification you need to talk with your mentor but this mentor is blocking me on calls & WhatsApp .
                                        if the byjus is really a legit there is should be some concern to talk with customers & solve these issues .
                                        Please respond immediately . My order cancellation is already done within 10 days respond properly & solve this.

                                        I have also taken a course in byjus but i want to cancel it for financial problem. I have mail ad provide them the detail. They mailed that a senior manager will call for cancellation within the next 24 hours. But didnot i mail 2-3 times but they didnot call.
                                        Now*i am going to complain against byjus in the police and i also told a lawyer about this. They said they will help us.
