I am chandru, a byjus staff came to may home and he told to put a neet course, we also paid, but the mentor told we not able to teach every lessons, and also due to some personal issues i cannot able to continue my course, so please cancel my course, the mentor is not responding to me...please help me

Fake promises

We have registered in byjus study one month back. Initially what they have told after registration 15days trial can get and study. After that we will call to you confirmation of further study but no one call and take the confirmation from us. So that we have decided for cancellation and directly talk to byjus team. They told can't able to cancell after 15days trial. I told them after 15days we waited for your call but no one call to us. Then how can accept your answer. Then I was written the message for cancellation many times to support team but still no reply from byjus team. So I am requesting this time also please cancell our study registration immediately.

We had purchased a course on 29th June, 2021, in the name of Siddhi Kumari, Of Class 6-10 Programme and the counselor was Devansh Rajak, Registered Number- [protected], and received the product on 4th July, 2021 and we had paid Rs.5000 and got enrollment done and we were said that its a 15 days Refund policy (i.e fake promise) which was make by the counselor. As after 12 days we have tried calling the counsellor and the mentor for cancellation of the course and get the refund process done but none call were received by them and the after which they said its 15 days over so can't help with refund as we were busy with some rituals as someone died so after which we contacted again on 29th and they said we will do the needful as soon as possible and till yet its not yet resolved and the course is not yet cancelled.
The total couses was Rs.115000/- which is now a big scam as its not yet responding to our calls and solving the matter.
kindly do the needful and help me to cancel it.

Already I have sent message about Byjus on August 4 and August 9 but they are not considering our situation. Now kindly help.

Lakshmi Narayan a cheater came home got money from us after Nagging us desperately. He pestered us got Rs 2000/- as a advance for demo class. Myself nd my husband both are out of job nd they wanted us to provide post dated cheques for the EMI we have decided not to go for the admission nd asked for the refund very next day. But the looter has blocked my number even we are not getting proper response from customer support. All their staffs are trained in a way to loot money from poor ppl like us. We need our money back or am sure God will deal with Byjus soon.

Hi my brother has joined AakashBuyjus JEE course. After he joined he decided to drop off the course as they didn't teach well. So my brother asked to return money from the respective persons by he gave his manager number named Mohammed Ali [protected]. Only one time we spoke to her about returning money. After that passed over 10 days he still not picking up our calls. According to their refund policy. We have to claim within 4 weeks, but they are planned to pass over days and they still return it cannot be reply as this is passed 4 weeks. Please be me to get back my 31000rs.

By mistake I rebooted the tablet and now It is not working they told us that they we deliver the sandisk card by July 23.now it is 11 August but still they did not deliver till now

When we talked, they called you can cancle your order at any time and now they say you have to orde cancled in 15 days

I requested to cancel the admission on 29th July still you people are placing ECS requests. This is causing penalty to me. Stop behaving like a street goons and stop blackmailing to parents.

I recently ordered BYJUS class by seeing a blog -byjusclassfree.blogspot.com and got the class free of cost . Picture quality was not HD but it is nice . I am Enjoying learning through such interactive videos.

I admission my two children for byjus online classes but there is not any online classes arrange by byjus and mentor six months already passed so I want my money back and loan of 102000 done by byjus there are 8519 emi also deducted from my account

I DID NOT GET CONFIRMATION FROM YOUR END

I am supposed to get refund but they have not refunded my Rs. 6000/- amount. I have email them many times and tried to connect with them. Sr. manager is not responding well.

I am asking for a refund of the registration fees paid on 31/7/2021 for my son. I am completely dissatisfied and extremely disappointed with the entire piecemeal procedure and total lack of transparency followed by ByJus. The official email from ByJus was received by me on 2/8/21 i.e. two days after having paid the registration fee. Nobody from ByJus office explains the entire list of documents and reason for it clearly and at one go. I have already shared my Adhar details, my Pan card details, my Bank Statement for the last three months and my cancelled Cheque. Also why should Online Tution Classes require this kind of personal data from parents? A completely new kind of information about a financer and EMI has emerged. This is highly unethical. Nobody from ByJus office has given in writing that this data will not be shared further though I had specifically asked for it in my email on 4/08/21. Considering the mental harassment which it has given us I have already asked for a refund before. No trial classes as repeatedly requested have happened even after so many days of paying registration fee.
I am clearly asking for a refund of the registration fee paid by me in the most urgent manner.

I recently purchased Byjus class for my exam from [protected]@gmail.com at a very cheap rate . The quality of videos are not 1080HD but videos are of course good quality. The teaching way of faculty of byjus are really great. It is good becz we can repeat the class if we do not understand any concept. Sure I will recommend byjus

I am a student who has registered for a BYJU's course, I have found the course is not relevant as they promised and trying to cancel it within 15 days as stated by them, now they are hackling and passing me from one Point of contact to other, I tried calling customer care but they are neither cancelling, nor responding at all. I sent an cancellation mail as they stated in their website, but it seems that is a false address provided by company and that mail delivery is itself failing. They are just deliberately procrastinating to pass 15 days so that after that period I will not be liable for any refund, I am complaining because of this predatory practice which is not at all customer friendly and turning out to be kind of money extortion with false advertisement.

On 08th of July we have first email about the course after few days we received sd card which is corrupted...
Second one received having only SCience and Maths...
Third one received corrupted one

On ipad for English we are getting below error "NOT authroised..."

I purchase the product on 25 July For my daughter Aditi Vyas Class 8.

At the time of enrollment by agent it was highly convinced by agent to have this product and can be returned/ cancelled within 15 Days.

MY daughter is not not interested in carrying forward the course. ( Today ie 06/08/2021)

Kindly cancel my course subscription and refund my amount after taking the material and cancel my EMI.
