I have purchased Byjus product with a promise from Bijus Sales member Chanchal that there will be trial period of 15 days and if I don't like the product, all the money will be returned.

The product was for 3 years package at a cost of 66000 paid through card, as their sales team promised, no one contacted us for any verification call and when i login to the portal, i can see only one video for 8th std, and other contents are purely Test contents to take tests, its not useful to my kid.

When i try to contact them to cancel the auto reply from recorded voice over phone ([protected]) is saying some one will contact me, but it is the mentor who contacts me always and says the cancellation is initiated and nothing is happening.

After raising this complaint here, I got a call from a Fraud member Rahul Tripathi asking for my Card details and other personnel details, the phone no he called was from Byjus customer care([protected]). please beware of those fraud guys.

    and we didn't attend a class since a june'21 month and I paid EMI

    Sir Calls/SMS are coming continuously on my mobile I am unable to attend a call I am disturbing severe in my job I am not concentrating in job

    I'm getting daily automated calls & Messages from byjus about the EMI.
    See I am are really in a bad situation financially & mentally my child due to this COVID -19 .
    I want to return all these products please take them . And solve this issue . During this health crisis you need to understand some families situation .

    Dear Sir, Till Now Biju's people didn't cancel my account, , several time i mail for cancellation and requesting them to stop EMI, and Calls/SMS, Till Now Biju's didn't cancel and there pressuring me for payment and continuously calls are coming sir, and giving SMS for EMI Payment, SINCE Three Months I am struggling sir., Please I requesting u sir solved immediately, , and stop calls and SMS

      We purchased a Live Classes with Two Teachers Benefit Programme from BYJU's on 8th September, 2021 and on 10th September, we cancelled the programme via email. In all the official emails from BYJU's, it was written that there is a 15 days no strings attached return policy. But now they are not replying to our emails even after repeated follow up from our end. They are not giving any confirmation of our cancellation and refund. They are pressurizing us to collect the books and tablet, but we do not need them as we have already cancelled the programme. They are making up new stories and lying and harassing us over call. But they are not giving any written document supporting whatever they are saying. Despite our requests, they are not sending us any email regarding the cancellation confirmation and refund. This is already the eighth day and yet no-one has given us any cancellation confirmation or initiated our refund. Please help us. The company service and after sale policy is absolutely terrible. They are misguiding us, practically harassing us over phone and wasting our time.

      Everyday, again and again, BYJU's executives are disturbing us to do the course and they are not refunding our money. They are pressurizing and harassing us repeatedly on calls and not sending us any email about the course cancellation confirmation and refund. We are waiting for justice. Please someone help us. We are mentally getting tired and upset with this behaviour of the company.

        Dear sir/madam,

        Sir i had paid an amount of 5000 on 18 august and 3000 on 24 aug to byjus's to join live classes . First payment was done by transaction id [protected] and second payment was done by transaction id [protected] .As byjus counsellor is not able to join live classes of my child as want my money refunded as soon as possible. I had complaining to byjus's team from 15 days but I'm not getting no proper response from them and they are unresponsive and cooperative.

        I have financial problems thus I want my money refunded positively by today itself. I had earlier sent this kind of email to [protected]@byjus.com but i had not got any fruitful reply from him.and also to [protected]@byjus.com
        But I had got only ticket number was issued, but no byju's employee did not gave proper response.
        Sir please refund my amount 8000 paid in two installment as soon as possible. Sir your team is only saying that it will be refunded but it is yet processed. Sir please help me out. And refund my amount as soon as possible. Sir transaction id receipt i have attached with this mail and also payment receipt. Please take necessary action today itself I am requesting byjus's for my money refund from 15 days. Sir it the height of irresponsibility of byju's team that I am sending email to you every day but not getting any response from byju's and I had also complaint to byju's complaint resolution website but from their i have not gotten any money refunded notice .

            Hi Team,

            I have taken Byjus premium account [protected] and paid 77, 000/- via credit card. As sales representative confirmed that, if i am not happy with the course within 15 days, then they will cancel my account and refund the entire payment.

            So i have requested to cancel my premium account on Aug 16th which is less than 15 days. However still i am not getting refund amount and around 65000/- blocked from my credit card for EMI.

            I tried many times over call/email but every time they are saying that we are working but no progress as its almost 30 days over.

            Can you please help on provide my refund amount and remove the amount from my credit card.

              Cancel our enrolment in byjus immediately. Also send cancellation confirmation to finance team.

              I was forced to avail the Byjus Product educational product on 22nd May 2021 for my son, for 73000/- by paying Rs.5000/- through google pay ([protected]) and remaining through with a loan amount of Rs. 68000/- with EMI of Rs.5667/- .

              Marketing Executive(“Rafik”) pushed me and psychologically manipulated my wife saying an offer of Rs.5000/- with immediate enrolment, without giving time for thinking. He not even explained the cancellation policy and taken the sign-in papers, went off. He hardly spent 30 minutes, his focus was on collecting the money and dump the product on the Innocent parents like me


              We received the tab within 1 week and book material in the next 10 days. But they didn’t assign the proper mentor for my son.
              We don’t have any mentor number to contact. Few mentors are calling and say’s they will call back in 10 mins and there is no response.
              After a month tab has stopped working and I raised the complaint and there is no response for 1 month.

              I have requested to cancel the product and subscription at the earliest (17 Jul 2021) through email and there is no response. Also, I send a registered post to Bangalore on “16/08/2021” and received an acknowledgment on “21/08/2021”. Till there is no response from the byjus team.
              The finance team ([protected]) is forcing to pay the EMI for September month (11/09/2021).
              Byjus marketing person didn't explain anything about cancellation policy.
              We are calling the marketing person Rafik many times but there is no response.

                  Hi,

                  I took Byju's for my son 3 years back and my son was studying in CBSC board.
                  My son got admitted to ICSC board this year and we requested to change the SD card with ISCS curriculum 3 months back. But we did not receive any SD card even the mentor/support person assured that in 1 week.
                  This is going on for last 3 months that every time we call the mentor tell we would get the new SD card in 1 week and we receive nothing.
                  Interestingly when I ask for the request number or complain no they simply deny to provide the same.
                  we understand by providing false commitment but denying a complain/request number is a trick to deceive a customer as the customer can not challenge if the company fail to provide a service.
                  This is complete unprofessional and unethical practice by Byju's.
                  Now the device is of no use and I feel my money has gone to vain.

                    Reason for cancellation & refund:
                    The sales representative-- Miss Shrija (Shrija.[protected]@byjus.com), Mr. Ajay Singh, Mr Vaibhav does not even bother to make the customer/parent understand about the complete journey of course enrolment, Terms & conditions before pushing them for the down payment? The sales force do not even know their own organisation's product. The parent was asked to write the consent for debit of fees on the PAN card copy!! Some random customer's PAN details was shared with us just to ask us to take the loan/finance for BYJU'S course!!!
                    There is no standard ECS form available with Byju's that parents are being asked to sign on any blank paper & KYC is being asked without explaining the purpose? How can I trust that my personal documents will not be misused?

                      I am not sure if this will help or make a difference. Have been having an issue with the learning module and has not been working for a month. Infomed support numerous times and has been of absolutely no use.
                      Finally I have come to understand that just like any other products, once its bought then expect nothing.
                      I seriously thought Byjus team were more professional.
                      Suggest others to think before purchasing.

                        Last year my sister had availed a scholarship from Byjus. We had taken 12 months EMI option for payment and they said if she scores more than 80% in her school which she did, we don't have to pay last 6 EMIs. They backed off later on that there's no such policy. After so much chasing around they agreed that 4 EMIs will be waived off. But still 1 more EMI was debited from my account which after complaining they refunded. We thought there this was due to some miscommunication on the part of one of the executives and hence a rare chance so we won't face any such issue again. And after all of this happening, we still agreed for enrollment this year because we like the teaching method. Now this time they convinced us that we'll have to pay Rs.28000 and we'll get 3 years of live classes. And we paid the initial amount of Rs.5000 and completed all the procedure for loan of the remaining amount. We kept asking for almost a week when will classes start and then they tell us that we'll get only 2 years of classes. We asked for refund then again delaying for 3 more days. Saying that we'll initiate the refund on Wednesday, again on Thursday I ask about the refund and I'm asked to write an email to the cancelation department that too I was given the wrong email ID. Like I seriously don't get what kind of service these people provide. Totally broke my trust.

                              I have registered with you for IAS 2022(BTLP) Programme by your Employee Rohit Saha (Employee Id-TNL[protected] on dated 5.09.2019 My registered number is TNL[protected] and my PayU reference ID-[protected] and BYJUs Reference Id is BYJUS[protected] . Yesterday Evening Your Employee met with me and discussed the course and after that he asked me for Payment of Rs-5000 For registration. At first I denied and I informed him about my Mothers health issue but he said registration is mandatory after registration you have 15 days return policies and even he doesn't provide time to know about BYJUs. Last night when I was searching about BAJUs I got a lot of complaints about BAJUs Refund Process and after that I was disappointed.
                              My mother passed away today so i want cancel and Refund . But when i Mail and Contact him they donot replay me and when i call they told they donot cancel the same and raise for return call . in Byjus website mentioned 24 hour cancelation policy but they ignore my call and donot replay . If they donot cancel my subscription i take legal against him and also calming for compensation for false assurance and mentally harrash and also bite in news paper and news channel about cheting student and fraud . Even till now i dont receive any product from byju

                                    At the time of selling products it was made clear by sales associate Akash that one to one class would be there and as per student requirement it will be done but now scene is complete different, they have pre-design syllabus as per that only they go and if student need to have clarification on different chapter then they have to go throu video... At the time of selling the product lots of promises they made but once we buy it then students are at receiving end.

                                        I had enrolled for a course for my son who is in class 7 around 5 months back. I had a video chat with byjus executive in which he told me that my son will get the course for 71000/-. for which i had to pay a registration amount of 5000 which i paid. They even told me that for rest of the amount i can pay installments of 5507/-. all these talks were going on in video chat. he sent me a document in which i had to sign digitally regarding installments . I signed that document. i was informed that if i cancel the course within 15 days of enrollment i will get my refund of registration fees of 5000/-.I signed in a white paper stating that i agree to pay the installments of 5507/- and sent them a picture of that paper in whats app with my other documents. I paid them registration fees of 5000 there digitally. Next month the first installment of 5507/- got deducted from my account. Sir the next month due to corona crisis i was facing difficulty in continuing with the course so i mailed them that i am unable to continue with the course so kindly cancel the course. After few days i got a call from them that my request has been forwarded to the cancellation department but after they got silent. When i called them again they told me that i can't cancel the course as it is against company norms. I was never informed by their executive during video chat regarding this point. Moreover later on i stopped the installments from my bank as byjus was not responding to my mails. But after stopping the installments i got a call from IIFL bank that I was given a loan of 71000/- by bank for which i had signed a document a document. Sir this is totally a fraud from byjus as the executive did not tell me regarding this. He only told me that i can pay the amount in installments but nothing was told to me regarding loan. Now for the last 4 months the IIFL bank officials are continuously calling me at month end and threatning me to deposit the installments on time otherwise they will destroy my CIBIL report. Sir i have sent numerous mails to byjus regarding the cancellation of course but they dont revert. The last mail i received from byjus was on 2 july 2021 stating that they have forwarded my request to concerned department but after that they have not responded. When i call on their customer support number they never give me satisfactory answer. Sir i am very dissatisfied with byjus as they gave me misleading information. I was even not allowed to read all the terms and condition of byjus as i was not shown the complete document online. Sir their customer support service is pathetic as they dont respond. Sir by any means i have to arrange for the money every month even in this corona crisis due to which i am feeling very distressed. SIr i am filing this complaint against byjus so that my problem can be solved
