Dear Sir / Madam

This is Mohammad Subhani Parent of MD Abdul Kareem Moinuddin & Victim of your Byjus poor practice's.

Mr. Hari Sai Krishna Valluri (Mentor / Marketing Guy/Counselor or Some thing else)... he never presented his full style address., Approached me on 11th June 2021 & asked us to join in a Zoom Meeting so that he can explain about Byju's which parallelly benefit our children to have better educational prospects.

We entire family, joined in a zoom meeting & learned about Byju's & its educational aids. He & his Manager (Don't know his ware abort's), insisted us to decide on the offer either take or leave basis., i asked them for 2 days time to decide.

On 14th June, after several offers made & after several bargains, i have paid INR 55, 000/- (Fifty Five Thousand only) through my Credit card, which was acknowledged.

Now the Issue is:

We have discussed for a Package as below:

CBSE Syllabus
Byju's home learning program (BTPL) 9th & 10th Class along with 8th Revision
Weekly Thrice On-line Classes
Weekly Once - Clarification Class
Samsung 10' TAB
Study Material
Work books etc.,

Payment Package :- 55, 000/- (INR Fifty Five Thousand only) Full & final Payment.
Payment Made - Pay U
Payment ID - BYJUS[protected].
Payment Date :- 15th June 2021.

Every day i requested Mr. Hari Krishna to confirm me the details through e-mail, we have discussed against the payment, every day he skipped or escaped to do so, at last he sent me the details on 22 nd June 2021, with wrong entry's which was replied to be corrected.

After one week, i received a call from your call center that they are going to deliver me the packet with Andhra Pradesh State Board Syllabus, I surprised & asked them that my children are studying in CBSE & discussing about the CBSE Syllabus, even our Mentor / Counselor Mr. Hari Sai Krishna knows the Syllabus & even School of my children studying in & i made him clear several time about the Syllabus & other things.

A random Guy calls every day from call center & enquire about the same things & i never, never got any support from your Call Center except some foolish questions.

After 12-13 days received some couriers from BYJU's which were rejected by my end as these are wrong products., (State Board Syllabus, 10' Lenova Tab)

NOW THE THINGS SURPRISING ME :

1. I have never received any invoice from Byju's after getting payment credited to their account.
2. No Enrolment Number, No Verification.
3. There is no Such a system existing to track.
4. Rude & Un-Trained Call Center Staff.
5. How can a guy can do marketing with out disclosing his Contact Number, Employee ID, Designation & also no Signature in e-mails.
6. Lakh of control on Marketing & processing system.

All the Conversations between the counsellor / Mentor Mr. Hari Krishna have been attached here with for your disposal.

I need a quick resolution at earliest possible.

I can not spend more days into this Crap.

Please do the needful.

    I requested you to cancel my neet 22 tablet learning program within the time period on phone call & by mail, 4-5 days back..Since then after I am regularly calling you, but nobody is giving proper clear cut response about cancellation..I am worried now that After 2 - 3 more days you may tell me that you are delay for cancellation now..So you requested again & again that cancel my neet 22 program & get my money be refunded soon..shahikumar wankhade 26/6/21

      I have taken a course of three years 10th, 11th and 12th. For fee of rs. 75000. which is taken by me in 1 year only.
      Now i completed my 10th class form your tablet and it was fine because your course was in both the languages.

      But when i started 11th class, i find that videos are in English audio only.
      Which is very very hard to understand for me i am living in a vilage where no English tutor even in school no english is read.

      So this course is useless for me if it not in hindi you should told me earlier, but you have taken the full fee in 1 year only.
      I don't have enough money to buy another course.
      So please help me. I request you
      Please make my videos in hindi or return my 11 & 12th fee so that i can buy another course from any other company which is in hindi.
      This is very imp. Time i have to do good in my exams in 12th boards and jee mains.
      If you not help me my future will be wasted.
      Please refund my 11th and 12th fee .

          I have asked to cancel the subscription 1 month back and still have not got any response from byjus.

          I have been waiting and still no response and now the date for EMI is close if any amount gets deducted company has to bear the cost

            Respected Sir/Madam,

            I Anindya Saha f/o Anandi Saha had admission[protected] for 15 days trails classes amount of Rs.5000/=(Rupees Five Thousand Only).
            As per Byju’s terms and condition, if Anandi comfort about yours online class through proper guideline from Byju’s mentor than after Anandi will take FIVE YERAS SCHOLARSHIPS.
            I am sorry to say Anandi Saha was NOT COMFORT about yours online class due to Byju’s Mentor not given sufficient proper guideline to my daughter in last 10 days.
            I want to return all Byju’s materials given to my daughter from Byju’s and please refund my valuable money of Rs. 5000/= (Rupees Five Thousand Only) which had been paid by Debit Card.

            Byju’s Executive gave ring to me for cancellation we had to talk with student, at first I not agree Byju’s Executive want to talk with Anandi after than yours executive forcefully want to talk with student because if student not to talk cancellation not to be done.

            Lastly Byju’s Executive told me if you want to cancellation as conversation as mentioned below:

            1. Byju’s Executive: Regarding cancellation you had to talk with Dipwanita Mam
            2. Anindya Saha: Should I talk with Dipwanita Mam right now, give me a number.
            3. Byju’s Executive: She is not available right now, if want to talk you have to wait for till Monday[protected]. You have called our customer care number [protected].
            4. Anindya Saha: I am a Medical Employee.
            5. Byju’s Executive: Call on Tuesday

            My question: Byju’s Teams have PERMISSION to phone call to student guardian or student any time any days, if student guardian want to talk with Dipwanita Mam, student guardian should be waiting till Monday.

            Both times Byju’s who had received my call always told me Byju’s will call you within 15 minutes, i.e 15 minutes = 02 Hours (approx.) [Byju’s Time Calculation]

            At last Byju’s Dipwanita Mam call to me regarding cancellation procedure
            1. She wants to talk with Anindya Saha and Anandi Saha, when she (Dipwanita Mam ) will talk both them are free.
            2. I had given a time today[protected] at 20:00 PM.
            3. After hear my free time Dipwanita Mam react me, that time office (Byju’s) will be closed.
            4. At last she assured me to call me today[protected] at 20:00 PM.

            Byju’s had Email to me dated Mon, 21 Jun 2021 16:48:01 regarding connect with me, but kindly I want to say RENOWNED BYJU’S Team please thoroughly check it out Anandi Saha profile you will get your ANSWER.

            Byju’s Dipwanita Mam assured I had given my free time dated[protected] at 20:00 PM. As per my responsibility I had leaving from Hospital to arrive to my residence before[protected] at 20:00 PM regarding solve the problem, but BYJU’S TEAM not cooperation with me (Anindya Saha, father of Anandi Saha).

            As per my responsibility today I further call to Byju’s helpline number [protected] (time 16:19 PM) to call Dipwanita Mam, time 16:32 PM I had received a call from BYJU’S Executive, Dipwanita Mam is not available today.
            I had given a time 19:30 PM for tomorrow dated[protected] with connecting with RENOWNED BYJU’S Dipwanita Mam.

            Dipwanita Mam gave a call to me at 17:23 PM on that time I am busy my hospital schedules.
            Time 19:58 and 20:01 PM as per telephonic discussion with Dipwanita Mam, she had given two options to Discontinue Byju’s Online Classes:
            1. I had to pay another amount of Rs.5000/= (Rupees Five Thousands Only) for Tab, than Byju’s Online Classes will be Discontinue.
            2. Dipwanita Mam will send Byju’s Address via Email where Byju’s Samsung Tabs and books materials will be courier, after than Byju’s Online Classes will be Discontinue.
            Here is One question to Dipwanita Mam, when first time online conversation was done by Mr. Sourish (Mobile: [protected]) he gave a commitment, if Anandi not wants to continue after 15 days trail class provided by Byju’s than after Byju’s Pickup Man will collect Samsung Tabs and books materials.
            After conversion complete done with Dipwanita Mam, I gave a call to Mr. Sourish (Mobile: [protected]) regarding pickup matter, he told me he don’t know this type of matter (courier or, pickup)
            I am feeling horrible that Renowned Byju’s Teams one person to another person there was no such communications each another’s.

            Byju’s Teams have a fixed time fixed days but student guardian or student no time no days schedule.

            I further kindly inform you I am a Medical Employee, current pandemic Covid19 crises situation Byju’s Team had harassment me regarding “Discontinue Byju’s Online Classes”.
            So, I am not to continue Byju’s Online Classes

              We have enrolled our daughter chinmayi for 11th and 12 th class by impulse reaction after a sweet talk by Byju's employee. That is the wrong step we had taken and paid Rs. 151000/- thru credit card. As per cancellation policy of Byju's we have to apply for cancellation within 24 hrs. We applied for same on same day i.e, on 14 th may-2021. But, they said that there will be 15 days free trial and later the person who introduced himself as Byju's scholarship head who lured us in to this trap offered three months free trial thru mail. So we continued. We received tab and 4 10 th class books. No class was
              Taken till date. After seeing the progress and Byju's reviews, we decided to ask for complete refund as promised by them. When we applied for the complete refund their employees are playing games once saying that it is out of refund policy, and again saying that tab amount will not be refunded. They are not owning their employees commitments and harassing us and trying to cheat us. I want my complete refund.

                We had paid rs.151000/- for 11th and 12th classe for jee on may 14 th for our daughter . Applied for cancellation on the same day. But, the agent told that there will be three months free trial through email. So we agreed. But, not satisfied with the progress we applied for refund on June -13. Now they are saying 15 days trial is over. First they have lured us saying 100%scholarship, chased us and marketed their product through zoom meeting, misguided us and cheated us.

                  We have initially opted for byjus emi option and so paid down-payment of 8k.

                  After making the payment of 8k, we thought of making lumpsum pymt of 43k thru credit card emi option with 0% interest option thru HDFC credit card. While making the payment thru credit card we were told that the interest charged by bank will be paid by byjus and was also assured that we would be getting the down-payment back into our account.

                  After the transaction, a total amount of Rs36039.30 was deducted from our HDFC credit card.

                  It is been more than 4 months now. We neither received our down-payment amount nor the cash back amount assured byjus.

                  Requesting you to please look into this asap.

                  Just adding to above - few weeks back a representative from byjus transfere 1 rupee ans asked me to check if I received it. I confirmed her that received it but then later on no response.

                  Its really disappointing. I need my money asap. I have spent a lot of time on this.

                      I have bought neet course for my daughter with amount 108000 through bajaj finance. My daughter was not satisfied with this course. So we called and mailed them many times before 15 days trial period but they are not ready to refund. We have called many times to mentor and support officers for the same. And the counselor is not picking up the phone and replying to the message..

                        I am Lakshmi kumari.We have took an IAS course near byjus with our registered number [protected] on date 07 April 2021.We are unexpectedly stucked in crisis as my husband was admited in hospital.Due to these pandemic times we are suffering alot financially and its all happened in sudden.We understood that we had got in to severe conditions and we cant afford to pay the EMI's even.Keeping all these in mind, we applied for cancellation before you attempted your delivery to us.After applying for cancellation you sent us your delivery.As we already applied for a cancellation, we rejected to take the delivery and sent back those products with that same delivery boy.Now, We are not taking any of your services & education from byjus.Even after applying for cancellation and rejecting your delivery, you had debited your first month EMI.We have kept those money for our husbands treatment thinking that EMI is not going to be debited as we applied for cancellation.But you ruthless BYJUS people had debited the EMI and pushed us in to some more problems.I had attached all the mails and bill summaries to this mail.Please give a justice to us.Take this issue in to your concern and see that our cancellation and refund must be done

                          I have purchased byjuice package for my daughter for the period of 4th class to 10th class, amount paid 50, 000. after completion of 4th class mentor says that your subscription expired in this year you have to pay a premium for this year for 5th class. Sai prachetan is an employee of byjuice and he promised to all 4-10th class for single payment required then paid 50, 000. To try to speak his he not responded. please dont play business games with customers this is not right way. If prachetan is not related to byjuic then how bijuice payment transactions and 4th class sd card sent through him. why byjuice appointed this type of persons youwant only business or customer satisfaction.

                            I Mr. Ashley Mendes, residing at bhayander (Mumbai) father of Ms. Deandra Mendes who is a student of your esteemed learning program, (since 2018) regret to inform you that we had subscribed/registered for an online crash course / live session which was introduced to us by one of Byjus counselor, Ms. Rishita Sanghrajka (rishita.[protected]@byjus.com). we had an online session with her on 24th May, 2021 in which she had introduced the online crash course and the fees for the course was Rs. 70, 000 but it was given to us with 40% discount (scholarship) for which I had paid Rs. 28, 000/- (Rs. Twenty Eight Thousand Only) one-time payment. The amount was paid in 2 different ways ( Rs. 5000 through Gpay & the remaining amount of Rs. 23, 000/-was paid through credit card the course was to begin from 1st of June which did not happen. we were also told that in case if we are not comfortable with the crash course (15 days time) we will be getting a refund of the amount we have paid. (the call was recorded)
                            I tried connecting with Ms. Rishita for the same (REFUND) but received no response from her end. Yesterday she messaged saying she will call the next day but she did not call. today when I tried to contact her she replied saying that she in class and will call back but till time she has not called up. there is no response from her end and I believe that it was a fake promise as she is not responding and delaying it.

                            I received a call from one of the mentor. (14th June) But as per discussion with the mentor, I informed her that we had an virtual meeting with Ms.Rishita Sanghrajka (rishita.[protected]@byjus.com) contact number +[protected] / [protected] on Monday 24th May 2021 and I had registered my daughter for the online crash course which would begin from 1st June 2021 which did not happen and it began from 8th June. (only 3 sessions done 8th, 9th, & 10th June - after that she received a message saying that the server is down).
                            also would like to inform that Ms. Rishita had said that in case if we are not comfortable with the online course we will get the refund of it. Now when I spoke to your mentor today i.e. 14th June, she said that the 15 days period had already passed and we are not eligible for the refund. but when the online course itself began from 8th June, how could we demand for a refund before hand.
                            We had a very good experience with Byjus so never had a second thought for going for the crash course which was offered by Rishita
                            I humbly request you to look into the matter and help us in getting the refund of our money at the earliest.

                              Sir, We purchased byju's in the month of dec, and also paid 3 months of emi till march after that my father lost his job and we are in financial trouble, we are jobless. I mailed byju's my concern as soon as i got to know about my father and asked them to cancel the product further emi and take back the product if required. Since april i am asking for it but none of them are able to give me a settlement. Also as a consumer, i am not satisfied with their service their is no transparency for uneducated people about third party loan and cancellation.I was promised to get call 2 times every month but after1-2 months i stopped receiving, i only receive calls from loan party to clear the emi. I have the calls and email details explaining my concern, i was ready to return back the kit but they are not offering a settlement. We are mentally depressed and have no means to survive. Please help, we only request you to cancel the future emis. I have attached one of the mail to the company, if required i can send all the call and email details. Please help us

                                I requested for a cancellation because I did not recieve help from mentor for using the byjus app. Then I wanted to cancel the order as there was no help I recieved. Then again I was promised to recieve help for which I agreed. And Ive been requesting for a help since then but no help was provided. There is no help I have recieved and I would want my refund that's it. Whoever tried helping me failed to do so, being irresponsible and providing unhealthy customer experience.

                                  I had taken byjus premium subscription for (class 2 and 3) and (class 7and 8) with tutor. The earlier year the live class occurred but this year's still has not begun and when asking for the cause the mentors are replying that the subscription for tutor is not alloted but the time I took the subscription for both the classes I had already paid an amount of 94k along with tutor.

                                    I had taken byjus premium subscription for (class 2 and 3) and (class 7and 8) with tutor. The earlier year the live class occurred but this year's still has not begun for saiyon UR RAHAMAN and when asking for the cause the mentors are replying that the subscription for tutor is not alloted but the time I took the subscription for both the classes I had already paid an amount of 94k along with tutor. Please ask them for clear mail from them once you take their subscription.

                                      I was learning with byjus on my tablet for the past few days but today when i changed certain settings i was asked to give the application a verification code of class 8 - 10 icse but i couldn't because i don't knew that.
                                      Therefore solve this problem and give this code to me so that i can continue with my course. Please handle as soon as possible. You are kindly requested to solve this problem.
