Dear sir/mam, I registered on byjus's app on August 30-2020,
I shared my personal details with them like email, phone number.
Now their salesman executive calls me and forces me to buy the course, I simply refused it. but they are calling again and harassment forces me to buy their course and they demotivate me to study.
I try to focus on my study they told me that without their course I never pass any exam even my board...

we are enrolled Byju's JEE subscription for 11, 12 + JEE before 4 months. Actually we never planned to join byjus and so many byjus counsellor make us call to buy byjus product we are rejected many of them too and we are took admission in best college . After some day another counsellor call us and He told take our product it really help you get your admission into your dream college and finally he made us in...

We purchased product from byjus of 9 and 10 class counsellor told this package includes both 9 and 10 classes and then after completing the session of 9 we call them for code of 10 class they says that you don't have subscription for 10 live classes and we are paying full fess and every month EMI is taking from bank.
This very ridiculous behavior by sales team and mentor team now we want to cancle that subscription but they says we...

AS I booked your learning tab program for class 10th CBSC.
As I received wrong Tab (2GB RAM & 32GB ROM).
but I have booked and paid for Tab (3GB RAM & 32GB ROM ).
So it is requested to please change it or cancel the order.

I have cancelled the Byju’s subscription on 31st Mar, but still I have not got any response from Byju’s regarding cancellation and refund. I feel it is a case of fraud. The response is very pathetic and give fake promises....

I purchase the product 4 month back.at that time byjus team was very sweet and told that team will provide full supporter regularly paying money for it also but not getting mentoring properly i asked numbers of time to provide me bills for the money im paying which i havnt recived yet from last 2 month my complain is just complain its not heard by byjus team. worst expencese i got from this....

I have been asking for a refund for 2 months but they are not providing it and now I am fed up with the company. mailed so many times and called so many time but no resolution. every time they says that there team will call in 15 mins but nobody calls.

One of your counsellor told me about himself everything I found out is he was a fake.

He doesn't have any graduation done yet how could you get him in as an employ.

Lly how can I trust you guys if your employ is fake.

I enrolled in byjus course a month back ...and I cancelled that course ...within 10 days itself...and according to their policy ...they have mentioned that ...we can cancel the course within 15 days of product delivery and...the course fees will be refunded within 10 days of cancellation ...but it has been more thaan 20 days...they said they initited refund on 25 th March ... till now I haven't got my refund amount ...and..they are not even...

I requested cancellation process but still now byjus team not respond....

I raised request for cancellation. Still they are not respond....

I have registered my kids TANISHI ARYA in BYJU (Think & Learn Pvt Ltd) and Registration number is TNL[protected], which head office is in Bangalore. They are doing scam with a big charges and not listening student after getting payment. They have committed to refund full amount, if we dont like services within 15 days. The course fee was Rs. 47000 and I asked for discount, Mr Ayyaz and Pulkit Gupta was ready for Rs. 40000 and...

Cancellation done but refund due so long, somany times complaint given to the customer care....

Please verify till i did not get my tab from 1 month i paid dp amountpaid on13/3/2021, but did not get my tab till now

Cancellation done as per company norms but EMI deducted from account.no refund processed after informing so many times to customer care.product which is delivered inspite of refusing to receive to our door step returned to them.but refund not processed till now....

I need one on one sessions fir my son for the 10th grade as well. I hv paid 75000 for 2 years course n i[censored]r not able to provide one on one sessions fro his 10th grade plz refund my money back...

I have taken the product 2 months before i have payed 5000 rupees and one EMI now my father has lost the job due to COVID 19 and we have no way to pay EMI pls cancel the EMI....
