I have joined ias course target 2021 in mid September 2020, within 2 months I was convinced that their services aren't good, I have never received my corrected papers from them if asked they will say that they are unable to open the PDF format, I have sent all the possible way of PDF format but no response from them, after 2 more months tab was broken due to an accident, I have called their customer service to end my subscription as my tab was unrepairable and I m not satisfied with their services, they always ask me to contact the mentor and resolve my issue as cancellation is not possible after 15 days, they have deducted emi for three more months after my cancellation request and are still asking me to pay more emi even though when I am not using their services, when I called them back yesterday and request for cancellation they are not accepting saying that your cancellation request was made after six months and it is highly impossible, when I said them that I have requested for cancellation within 6 months they are saying cancellation is not possible after 15 days of subscription, I said them that due to financial issue I'm not able to make any more emi payment, they said they are not responsible for it and ask me to call their mentor for better services and cancellation will not be done, I don't know what to do as the third party people are calling me 10 times a day for balance emi payment, I have used the course only for 4-5 months but I have paid nearly 40000 rupees out of 55000 which is twice the service, I m not even requesting them to refund the three months money which they have deducted even after my cancellation request but please ask them not to ask for further more emi payment and cancel the subscription
