Refund of INR 8000.0

Priyanshu Pathak, A councillor from Byjus's visited my home on 31st July 2021 and explained the Byju's services and policies to me. He asked me for 81000.0 for 5 years as a tuition fee or 8000.0 in advance and remaining in EMI. I asked him let me check with my wife and daughter if they are ok? He said, nothing to worry about if your daughter will not be ok, just give me a call and you will have your money in 7 days. I transferred 8000.0 INR...

I have made an advance payment but I didn't buy any product and now I want my amount back

On 01/08/2021 I made an advance payment of 5000 rs for byjus 5th standard course after continuous compelssion by their student counselor. The very next day I changed my mind and cancelled the order and requested for a refund. On 2nd August I sent them the first mail. They promised me the return in 15 days as the student counselor did. Now 17 days passed..I am still waiting for the refund. In-between I sent them three remainders but the answer...

Cancelling my byjus subscription

I am chandru, a byjus staff came to may home and he told to put a neet course, we also paid, but the mentor told we not able to teach every lessons, and also due to some personal issues i cannot able to continue my course, so please cancel my course, the mentor is not responding to me...please help me...

Cheated our money

Lakshmi Narayan a cheater came home got money from us after Nagging us desperately. He pestered us got Rs 2000/- as a advance for demo class. Not refunding my amount when decided to drop off within 2 days of joining.

Hi my brother has joined AakashBuyjus JEE course. After he joined he decided to drop off the course as they didn't teach well. Got Byjus Class FREE
