Hi,
Dear I Takeshwar Nath Sharma F/o Reyansh Sharma being contacted for counseling of my Son Reyansh today at 4pm for UKG. Mr. Mathur Sharma his contact No. [protected] approached us at our resident in Greater Noida West (U.P, .). After overall discussion he ask me for admission but I request him to give time for next 3 day till Tuesday so that we could able to comfort to take admission after discussion with our family member. But he argued about our personal discussion and start pressurizing us to take admission today @ 65000 for 3 year, else we charge 160000 from next day for the same course. You know this is not a small amount to decide promptly. Despite our request his harsh behavior tuned into arguments and he threaten me tobe beaten by his group of people at my resident. I complaint about his misbehave to Nikhil Chopra (Mob No. [protected]) and asked him to take action on him because any adverse action taken by him will cause legal action on Byju's and you. Now, I am feared from his threat. So, I request him to take action on due time otherwise any misshaping with us will cause a negligence of Byju's and his team and I of course will initiate legal action..

    Sir,
    I request you that I do not want to continue with Byju's learning for my two daughter. Order no.SO-[protected]. Initially, Sales person of Biju's told us that I have to pay Rs. 2900/- EMI per month for the course (Rs.1700/- for elder daughter for 4years and Rs.1200 for younger daughter for 3 years). So I paid Rs. 10, 000/- in advance.(Rs 5000/- for each ) Biju's registration fees
    But later on at the time of verification, I came to know that I have to pay Rs.10, 000/-EMI instead of 2900 Rs EMI per month. I had been told I cannot pay Rs 10, 000/- per month from the same time when I got to know that I have to pay same. Sir We are not in a condition to pay Rs.10, 000 as of now. Because my husband is unemployed & he runs only EMITRA with minimum income. I am a school teacher and I get 50% salary now. Also I pay the school fees and madrassa fees of the children every month. And now 10, 000 rupees EMI apart. I had already informed sales persons of Biju's that even Rs 2900/- per month is not affordable for us and if you can give us some more discount in this. When i said to him, that I refused to take the course
    and pay back my advance refundable amount as he told . But, he pressurized, forced us to agree for verification and to do the verification first then accept the course and return it back within 15 days. So kindly take your course ( tablets and study materials) back and return back our advance refundable payment as soon as possible.
    Kindly look into the matter and do the needful as soon as possible.

      I am Banita Bhujabal, parents of Anuska Bhujabal, I have active the byjus classes of my daughters, but some money problems IAM not able to continue the byjus classes. So I several times requested to kindly cancel of my byjus classes, but not responding to my email and phone calls

          All DONT BUY BYJU'S, VERY CHEAP COMPANY ITS, NO ONE PROFESSIONAL THIER

          I purchased Byjus Product on EMI, for some reason thier ECS stoped working & they started taking manually.

          Now for September month Amount on 1st Sep itself they are calling me from 8 am in every 2 Min.. Literately in every 2 min till evening i got 100's of calls for a Non-Due amount .

          I escalated their team & manager, They said they cant do anythings .

          How can someone make else life hell like this, just because he made a mistek purchasing their product.

            I purchased Byju's Service, Sales guy promised he will give 4000 Rs cashback post purchasing the product so product will cost me 35000 Rs overall.

            Later he has stopped taking my calls.BYJU's is Completely a Fraud company .

              I have taken a package for JEE, At the time of agreement bYJU'S employee shubham shukla told me if you have any doubts you can contact me and if you have any doubts regarding subject you will receive recorded video for every session and you can ask your doubts in comment section.
              From last 10 days I am not understanding chemistry subject while I call Mr.SHUBHAM SHUKLA he is denied for help and speaks very rudely...I want to cancel program and refund

                Hello Team,

                There is no education provided by the institute, can anyone take action against this. They get the enrollment and no one turns back. It's been more than a month am following up on Cancellation of enrollment. Not even a a single ### person had reached out. They are mentioning about Agni person, who should be reaching out, but no one.

                Government should take some action on such institute. They are not suppose to market so widely, with the worlds worst online institute.

                Also to mention they have just hired marketing people just for this, who speaks fast. Also never buy the product from Vignesh. His intention is just to sell the product. Whatever he mentions in the call, even they say its getting recorded there is no use. They never check those details. He mentions way more than required to sell the product (i.e. education). If this forum is really been monitored by someone, i beg to take some action on this institute.

                      Dear sir i am Jane mauryan d/o mr. Santosh maurya took a trial class of byju's live learning programme on 26/8/2021 but this programme is not suitable and valuable for me still now. I did online payment Rs. 5000 and 2000 total Rs.7000 and remaining amount will have to pay in installment for 12 months as this was explained to me by byju's staff. The staff name is JAI MIGLANI mob. No. [protected]. I got the study material on 26/8/2021. I WOULD LIKE TO INFORM YOU THAT I HAVE ALREADY JOINED BYJU'S LEARNING COURSE FOR 8TH GRADE AND 4 MONTHS IS PASSED. SO PLEASE I REQUEST TO YOU MY NEW LIVE LEARNING PROGRAM MUST BE CANCELED WITHIN TIME AND THE AMOUNT BE REFUNDED..

                        Sir/Madam,
                        Please be informed you that I paid for Byju's 5000 free trial pack for 15 days from Byju's. But unfortunately we made it clear in 6 days that it is not suitable for us and no one responds properly, so i was informed to Mr Sunmukh and Miss Mehak of Byju's to stop all the activities. And he also confirmed that everyone is off on their end and don't worry. same i have documented in whatsapp also.
                        Now since last 20 days some other channel partner of Byju's AVANCE threaten me to pay premium otherwise they will be damage my Cibil Score and they are calling me every 10 to 20 minutes and harsh me. so you are requested to kindly advice and take my complaint against them.

                          I have joined ias course target 2021 in mid September 2020, within 2 months I was convinced that their services aren't good, I have never received my corrected papers from them if asked they will say that they are unable to open the PDF format, I have sent all the possible way of PDF format but no response from them, after 2 more months tab was broken due to an accident, I have called their customer service to end my subscription as my tab was unrepairable and I m not satisfied with their services, they always ask me to contact the mentor and resolve my issue as cancellation is not possible after 15 days, they have deducted emi for three more months after my cancellation request and are still asking me to pay more emi even though when I am not using their services, when I called them back yesterday and request for cancellation they are not accepting saying that your cancellation request was made after six months and it is highly impossible, when I said them that I have requested for cancellation within 6 months they are saying cancellation is not possible after 15 days of subscription, I said them that due to financial issue I'm not able to make any more emi payment, they said they are not responsible for it and ask me to call their mentor for better services and cancellation will not be done, I don't know what to do as the third party people are calling me 10 times a day for balance emi payment, I have used the course only for 4-5 months but I have paid nearly 40000 rupees out of 55000 which is twice the service, I m not even requesting them to refund the three months money which they have deducted even after my cancellation request but please ask them not to ask for further more emi payment and cancel the subscription

                            Sir, my daughter couldn't see the classes and attend the test. No mentor is contacting us from the day we requested for cancellation of byjus think and learn. But byjus continuously deducted amount from account. Very poor service we received from byjus. No one is helping properly for further move. I already registered a request to vishal.[protected]@byjus.com,
                            josephine.[protected]@byjus.com and [protected]@byjus.com but still now no response.. please cancell my subscription

                              We have been contacting byju's for cancellation of our subscription as it's not easy for kids to understand. Everytime we get something or the other alternative to try. But since we decided we want to cancel the subscription we are not getting a call back. It's been almost a week I sent an email, but no one contacted. We keep trying to contact on mentor helpline, it says someone will call u in 15 mins but no one calls.
                              Please resolve our issue.

                                I have purchased Byju's kit for my son grade 2 to 4 but my son don't like study with. so I can return this kit
                                And I have also call in Byju's customer care but they don't give me reply I'm not setisfy with service . I have try to call but told we call back on 15 minutes but after 15 minutes no one can call you so please solve my problem as soon as possible.

                                  From the day I requested byju's team regarding return of this product I have lost all contact with byju's team and I don't know what is a progress of returning this product and the the EMI date it is also on 7th September 2021.
                                  It's been more than 15 days and I haven't get any response from byju's team.

                                    Priyanshu Pathak, A councillor from Byjus's visited my home on 31st July 2021 and explained the Byju's services and policies to me. He asked me for 81000.0 for 5 years as a tuition fee or 8000.0 in advance and remaining in EMI. I asked him let me check with my wife and daughter if they are ok? He said, nothing to worry about if your daughter will not be ok, just give me a call and you will have your money in 7 days. I transferred 8000.0 INR to Byju's and later when my daughter(She is just 8 years old) said she is not interested in that, I contacted Priyanshu and Customer care to cancel the order and refund the money however all in vain. Then I emailed to Byju's, I got a response with a reference ID[protected] and I was advised they are working on it . It's been more than two weeks, I still did not get the money. Kindly help!
