It is my fifth time i have come to bank the passbook printer is not working the staff is very lazy they are not providing the proper information i have open account 2 months ago my passbook first page of information is not printed from 2 month i am coming to the bank my passbook is not printed every time i come the printer is not working the work of staff is very slow

    Amazon confirms payment of rs.289 with a reference number. Since i told them that my passbook is not reflecting the money, they told to contact bank with the reference number. I couldn't contact the customer care number and so registering the complaint here. The screenshot of the email from amazon informing about the reference number is attached herewith.

      I order books from canara bank. And i cancellled them on 4 jan 2020 worth ₹2018 and it got deducted from my account on 2 jan 2020. Refund initiate by amazon they give me refund reference # 4sxqr88u0000k4q0k4o2
      But my bank they donot have refund from this reference number. Complete message is this hello,

          Till date pension is not credited to account which was happening on the last working day of the month. Life certificate is also being signed and respective manager has put a seal and sign on the passbook.

              I tried to purchase a product on amazon on 30th of december using my canara bank debit card of account number[protected] and payment was done. After that the order was cancelled by the bank. After that didn't get any refund. As per amazon their confirmation refund was initiated on 30th of the december maximum time frame was 5 days. Still it was not reflected in my account. They had provided the refund reference number as 735814. I had contacted amazon customer service and they saying that the amount was hard declined by the bank and when i talk to bank no proper response where get

I talked with Canara bank customer care to remove my mobile number but they are force me to visit their bank branch. I haven’t any account with Canara bank than is it fair to waste my time.

                Hi i’m here for which was make me really # about you’re performance. Let me give you one example, every movement of this world really concern about they’re customers, clients, etc... Depends on their field and their best the could but i’ve been regret to keep my account in canara bank. Cause, they don’t worry about their customer, i’ve been trouble with internet banking i can’t access my app account. I’ld call to one of our branch but i got disappointed, like this incident isn’t first time i’ve been tried more than enough but i couldn’t reach them yet and i’m really really frustrated.

                  I have open account in your bank two months ago my account is not active till now and every time i come to your nallasopara east branch the passbook printer is not working it's my 4th time when passbook printer is not working. Also bank staff is very lazy they do not work properly. They don't provide information properly. And the staff over there are least bothered about the problems faced by the customers. They don't do their work properly and keep on giving dates.

                      Payment of rs.2460 made by using atm on 14//06/2019 to maharashtra state electricity distribution co. Ltd. I have made written complaint to the branch, reminded them no of times but no action so far. I had also complaint to the banking ombudsman but without any result.

                      I deposited 200rs in my canara account through phonepe but I have not got any amount in my bank.. Canara bank is a corrupted bank they ate my money and they ate everyone money.. When I called canara customer service number it's showing invalid number.. Waste service I have ever seen and most corrupted

                        I was transferring amount of Rs. 1050/- through phone pay to a person phone pay is showing transaction has been failed but amount was debited from my account it is not yet credited to my account or to transferee account within 24 hours. I waited for 24 hours and raised ticket with phone pay but did not get any response and I even I call to bank their response also negetive.                               Sub: incorrect disbursal of funds from the atm machine.
                              Respected sir,
                              I bring to your notice an incident that happened last night. We can to the atm located next to the branch to withdraw the following amounts and the amounts that were dispersed were quite different.
                              Details of the transaction are as follows
                              1st transaction:
                              Amount keyed in 15, 000 rs
                              Amount actually dispersed by the atm machine:5, 000 rs
                              Debit message on phone indicated: 15, 000 rs
                              2nd transaction:
                              Amount keyed in 5000 rs
                              Amount actually dispersed by the atm machine:1500 rs
                              Debit message on phone indicated: 5000 rs
                              We request you to look into this matter on a priority and reconcile your atm machines. It’s our hard-earned money and we will not let it go just like that.in the concerned branch nobody is resolving our issues, please kindly solve our issue, furthermore, we also request you to fix the atms and we have been notified of other people who have gone through similar grievances.

                                      Had initiated an imps transaction in my mobile application to my account in a different bank like iob bank (25 december 2019). However, the session timed out after i entered my one time password. The amount was debited from my account but the transaction failed and also not credit in iob bank. May i request you to kindly help in handling this issue? I got no reply for e-mails.
                                      Canara Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
