branch closed in working days, 2019 dec 20 and 21.

Inspite of peace and security was there in bantwal town (0602), inspite of branch opened at 10 am and started business as usual the branch shutter was down and business closed on 20th and 21st december 2019. Lot of customers visited and returned by watching closed shutters

Complaining to c. O. Manglore gone waste as it was closed but informed to pm section ho at pm. But throughout the day branch didn't opened. Plz look into...

I made a transaction to flipkart on 20/10/19 of rs 3499 to flipkart through amazon pay the amount got debited from the bank but did not reach the merchant in that case banks usually credit the amount within 8-10 days but it has been approximately two months and still amount has not been credited.

I had purchased a product from amazon and due to some reason i returned the product and refund for the same was initiated to my camera bank debit card on 4th oct 2019 from amazon side and the reference number is hsbcn[protected].
I had contacted bank branch, customer service number but there is no proper response and my refund is stuck in the middle of all these.
Please clear my refund and credit it into my debit card....

refund amount pending. not credited to my account

I had ordered the oneplus mobile in amazon on 26 nov 2019 and cancelled the item on same day due to adress issue... I received an email stating that the refund is processed and wll be credited in 5days of time frame... But it has been a week and i have nit received any amount.

I also called the bank customer support whre i got the worst assistance compared to all other banks.

not responsible to account holders

Erode district 5/189 kallipatti branch, I opened account in 2010 to still now, I have many problems faced in banking.
1.very very worst treatment to account holders..
2.any Time server problem employee told every time but server working.. Many times i watch he working good network.
3.my passbook is finished I ask to same branch for new passbook he says why you want passbook?.. 2months wait and you get new passbook.!...
