Canara bank, steel plant branch, vishakapatnam :
It is noticed that from my sb a/c statement of 23/12/2019; the ecs mndt chrg of rs. 177.00 debited to my sb a/c. There is no prior communication from bank and local officials are not aware of these transaction.

This is a violation of rbi guidelines on ecs transfer.

We would like to register a complaint on canara bank on this subject and take necessary step to reverse the entries and direct the concern not to deviate the rbi rule and trouble the customer.

    Hello, the refund was initiated from Amazon on 16/12/2019 and it's been not reflected even after 7days of initiation. 8m unable to contact Customer care because of wrong number provided in the website [protected]. Refenece transaction I'd given by Amazon is: 30005493519338095400765. This is the second time happening with bank regarding refund issue. Kindly resolve this issue as soon as possible.

        Inspite of peace and security was there in bantwal town (0602), inspite of branch opened at 10 am and started business as usual the branch shutter was down and business closed on 20th and 21st december 2019. Lot of customers visited and returned by watching closed shutters

        Complaining to c. O. Manglore gone waste as it was closed but informed to pm section ho at pm. But throughout the day branch didn't opened. Plz look into the matter and guide the concerned officials.

          विषय:- आजकल हों रही आन लाइन थोखाघडी बाबद
          निवेदन है कि उपरोक्त विषय में मैं भी इसका शिकार हुआ हूं । इसमें कहीं न कहीं बैंक भी जिम्मेदार है क्योंकि जब रुपया भुगतान के लिए खाता जोडा जाता है तो उसकी पूर्ण जांच होनी चाहिए खाता संख्या और नाम पूर्णतः मिलाये जाना चाहिए तभी खाता संख्या भुगतान के लिए जोडी जाना चाहिए। मैं कुछ भुगतान विवरण संलग्न कर रहा हूं यदि यह भुगतान मेरे द्वारा जोड़े गए नाम वाले खाता नहीं है तो भुगतान वापस मेरे खाते में जमा किया जाए।

            Hi there, i have been awarded maulana azad fellowship this year. While linking my profile on scholarship portal, my nodal officer has uploaded wrong verification cum joining document. So ugc has rejected my data and asked me to relink again. When my nodal officer tries to fill up my data and press the submit page then this unknow error screen displays. My nodal officer is facing this problem since last 20 days. The last date of relinking is 31 december 2019, otherwise my fellowship stands cancelled. Please help me out as how to resolve this problem. Please help me as soon as possible as how to solve this? Please, please, understand my situation. I am sharing the screenshot of error page he incurs while uploading information on canara bank portal.

              I purchased a product from amazon on 11th Nov 2019 using my canara bank debit card we ordered wrong colour and i asked then for refund. As per their confirmation refund was initiated on 18 th Nov 2019 maximum time frame was 5 days. Still it was not reflected in my account. Today(18.12.2019) one has been passed they didn't refund the respective amount (Rs.1062.01)to my bank account.I had contacted your customer service and the response was negative and I didn't got any answer for my mail.
              Please check and confirm the status.

                I purchased a product on amazon on 7th of this month using my canara bank debit card same was not received and i asked then for refund. As per their confirmation refund was initiated on 17 th of this month maximum time frame was 5 days. Still it was not reflected in my account. They had provided the refund reference number as 905614. I had contacted your customer service number they is no proper response hence i mail you. Please check and confirm the status if your response was worst in mail too i'm going to file in banking ombudsman.

                  I am writing this message for my brother, mr. Anoop c. R who is mentally ill. We already registered in government elrs (Education loan repayment support scheme) for mentally illed students in 2017 and submitted physically all documents to bank for loan support scheme. But the bank is not supporting us and forcing us to pay the full amount including the interest. We already paid some amount. Bank is asking us to close everything before dec 31st. My brother is not well for many years and he could not go for a job as he is under treatment. Kindly help us.

                    I made a transaction to flipkart on 20/10/19 of rs 3499 to flipkart through amazon pay the amount got debited from the bank but did not reach the merchant in that case banks usually credit the amount within 8-10 days but it has been approximately two months and still amount has not been credited.
                    I made a complaint to bank but no response.
                    I am trying to complain on grievance cell but every time invalid output is showing.
                    Please help me getting back the amount.

                          The refund reference number for the transaction is[protected]. It's taking so long!! I am filing charge dispute!
                          My refund for the order[protected] of rs.899.00 has been processed successfully on[protected]. The amount should reflect in your account by[protected]. But still when though max time is 10 it isnt reflected to account. It's been sent to bank on 27th of november itself!! How long do they need to work on this? Ok take 7 to 10 working days! But it's not still in my account! So im really fed up waiting!! So i'm applying for this charge dispute!!

                                I buy a bluetooth headphones in amazon for 1399rs... As cod then i return my product to amazon... Then they return my amount 1399rs on 27.8.19... From there side.. But still im not received... I complained to my mother bank. There response was worst.. I complaint at one month before till now no any response... Still i didn't receive my refund amount...                                     I didn't get my order on the expected date then an weeks passed so i raise dispute anthey have initiated a refund on 18 october 2019, but still i didn't get my refund amount yet. A month were passed called a amazon customer service they informed me to raise a dispute (Charge dispute). I went canada bank in salai road, dindigul. They didn't know about reference refund number or about charge dispute form. Do know what to do please helpe to get my refund amount back.

I ordered 2 things from Amazon and i done the payment via bhimUPI of 460rupees but the payment was not recieved by amazon that's why i cancelled, but till then the amount was debited from my account on 29 october.
