Im a canara bank customer of account no[protected] in manjeri branch. I m drawing my monthly pension through canara bank because of your services. But now i m very shameful for being your customer because of your attitude.

Sir, im 91 years old and i cant able to leave from either my room due to unhealth conditions. I cant able to go outside from my house because of my un health condition.
So i cant went to bank to submit life certifikate. So i submitted a life certificate in bank by attesting it from a high level government employe. But they didnot accepted it and they told to submit life certificate either by coming in bank or online service through akshaya centres or attest by govt doctor along with govt gasseted officer.
I cant able to went outside then how i will go to bank or akshaya centre for digital life certificate? Also im consulting in a private hospital.
Your bank is serving senior citizens like a begger especially the manager and staffs of canara bank manjeri. Please solve my problems and credit my pension. Or else im decided to contact ombudsman.

    My father mr raghavan nair is a person who bought defense pension through canara bank manjeri branch in malappuram district kerala. And he is a canara bank customer since 40 years. He is 91 years old and in bed. So cant able to reach the bank for musturing so we bought a life certificate form from press and attested with a gasseted officer and given to canara bank manjeri branch, at that time they told that want gassetted officers attestation on their own form. On the next day we attested their own form with gasseted officer and given to them but the bank rejected and not accepted the form telling that they need govt doctors attestation along with gasseted officers sign also they need signature of customer (We given thumo impression because he is very old and dont know to do signature) and blocked the pension. We are consulting him in a private hospital and we cant able to consult him govt hospital because he is in bed and cant able to walk so how can we bring him either to bank or govt hospital for attestation. It is a cruel thing we do to him. Im totally dissatisfied with canara bank details especially manager of manjeri branch. He is abusing us. So please help us. Please provide us pension and take action against canara bank manjeri.

      I would like to request a refund money.
      Recently on 22 nov 2019 i placed an order from. Zomato it is not placed but the money is deducted from my account and on 28 nov 2019 i placed from swiggy it happen the same order was not placed but the money was deducted from my account
      On 22 nov:119 ₹deducted
      And on 28 nov:97 ₹deducted
      I don't get any refund money
      Please repay this money as soon as possible..

        I purchased a product on 23rd oct 2019 month using my canara bank debit card same was not received i asked them for refund. As per their confirmation refund was initiated maximum time frame was 5 days. Still it was not reflected in my account. They had provided the refund reference number[protected].
        I had contacted your customer service number there is no proper response. Please check and confirm the status.

            I have added some money in my Amazon pay account and due to few problems I want retrieve my money in bank account and Amazon pay has refunded my money in my account but bank is not able to access my money then I have contact with Amazon customers care centre then they advice me contact to your bank customer care centre then I contacted customer care centre but they can't helped me..So please help me

              I want to say that..i am very disappointed to canara bank service. I am leaving in sujawalpur. My near canara bank in dandesari. I applyed for education loan . I filled my education loan form and give all tha documents which were needed of bank manager. He say to me .first open your account in canara bank .and after that u file give for verification if file is verified then loan is approved. I opened my account my give a all document file .after Now 2 months the manager said to me . Plz give me again document because i forgot where i placed your file .i give again new all document file. After 1 months happen .now manager said give me more time for doing education loan process. 31 dec is the last date for submission fees in college after college will charge fine 500 rupes per day. Who is responsible for then.

                Respected sir/madam

                I am one of the selected candidates of ibps so marketing 8 with registration no. [protected] and got canara bank in the allotment proces. Bank has called me on 24th of november for document verification and denied me to give joining due to biometric mismatch. The reason for the mismatch was injury in my right thumb. I requested the bank to give some time so that the injury in my right thumb will become completely ok and i am in a state to do the biometric again. But the bank didnt reply on this request. Now they will go for forensic.

                So i am requesting on this platform that the bank should give me some more time so that i can appear again in the biometric. I also not have any problem to go for forensic bit before i demand one more chance for biometric as forensic is a long process and it will hamper my joining process. Already i have waited for this job 6 months with no job in hand.

                  Hi, this is in regards to the failed transaction in sbi atm through canara bank visa card on 11th of october. I have lodged complaints several times in raja rammohan roy rd branch. However, i got no cooperation from the manager or any staff members. After a delay of 25 days, the branch manager sent me a copy of response they received from sbi, stating the that transaction was successful. However i remember the transaction failed. That was the reason i had to try the transaction in another icici atm, which worked. But money got deducted from my account for both transaction. You can easily see the proof of transaction made twice for the amount of 3000 on 11th of october, for more proof you can check cctv footage.
                  anyways. After a long discussion with the branch manager, they suggested me to go to nearest sbi branch, which i did. However, they denied to help because it is not their responsibility, and canara bank has to take care of that. They also suggested me to raise a complain to rbi, so that they can calculate the amount deposited in the atm by authorities on that day and amount withdrawn on that day. If there is any discrepancy, that will be another proof of error.
                  Been almost 2 months i am waiting for that rs. 3000 which was deducted by the bank at the time of my festivals. Its a really painful experience. I see no hope now. Just giving it a last try. After this i'll take strict legal action against the whole community, even if i have to spend more than what i lost.

                    In the date off 10/07/2019 some unknow person debited rs25000 from my account i have given police complaint blocked my atm which is original at the time off frauds happen i did all the formality's which bank told me to do and again to wait for 95 days till now i have not received any actions from bank side please kindly look in to it.

                          Without information my existing card had been deactivated due to non-chip card. Then i requested new chip card through online also i received the same 10 days ago.                               Vivek vihar branch of canara bank received order to refund my fees after my withdrawal of admission from vivekanand college of delhi university 3 years back as college have their account in that branch. And till now they are making excuses.. I have been trying every month but not reply... They wrongly or intentionally credited to someone else account. Please help

                                I have current account at deori branch in mp from march 2017. I have given 6-7 application for net banking but my issue not solved yet. I am living 500 km away from home branch so i can not go again and again and i want my account statement. How can i get no one is helping me in branch even your manager don’t talk me properly and don’t answer of any call or mail of mine.                                   I have account in canara bank since 2016. On sep 24 2019 i have received payment about 12, 675 rupee to my account. But still i have not received in my bank account. I have contacted sender. He said amount has been send. Transaction id is citin[protected]. I have contacted bank many times but i not get any positive response from their side.
                                  Kindly have an look onto it and recover my account

Executive of canara bank says no record of refund is stated related to my account. How's this possible? Urgently require the amount to be deposited in my account as soon as possible.

As per their confirmation refund was initiated on monday, 30 september, 2019 at 12:22:45 pm ist maximum time frame was 5 days. Still it was not reflected in my account. They had provided the refund reference number as #307223 had contacted your customer service number they is no proper response hence i mail you. Please check and confirm the status if your response was worst in mail too i'm going to file in banking.

I still didn't receive the cash back. It's been many days i am calling the bank as well as the amazon.. When i called the amazon they gave the reference numbe

                                      I tried transferring 15, 000 to a beneficiary account. But it got debited from my account and wasn't credited in the other account. Want a refund. IMPS REF num[protected]
                                      Insufficient staff, one man handle payment & collection job even peons& security personal do clarical job, pass book printing machine usally found out of service, no service for local clearing cheques, they take10days to clear the local cheques, even they charged rs 30/- for rs2000/- local cheque of bank of india
                                      I used My Atm card in Aarapalayam, Madurai Atm Machine .During the Transaction, The transaction has been Declined by Itself but it debited 8000 Rupees from my account and a i can't recover it Again. it shows that there is not sufficient balance in my account.                                         My canara bank mahim shikhar deposit for 5 lakhs (50000×10) (Ref no[protected] / 105 to114) matured on 27-10-19 sunday. Monday 28-10-19 too, was a bank holiday. Hence shikhar deposit was converted to fixed deposit on[protected] interest @7.55 % contracted rate was not paid for 2 daysof holidays much against rbi notification dated 1st july 2015. While all other banks give interest in such cases, canara bank, as i was told by bank offficials, has not incorporated such contingency in their computer programming and therefore doesnot provide interest in such cases but branch managers in their power can allow interest in such cases. Branch manager agreed to pay interest and even prepared voucher despite it i have not yet received the interest till[protected].
                                        Canara bank has over 7000 branches all over india plus it is amalgumating with syndicate bank. Considering this huge branch network, it may encounter many such cases depriving it's valuable customers their due share of interest income which is not only unethical but also undesirable. Will bank correct it's programme and give relief to it's customers???
