I am rajesh kumar. I have an account with canara bank.
The request is that i brought a usb data cable via amazone. I used my canara bank atm to buy this usb data cable.
I purchased a product on amazon on 11january2020 using my canara bank debit card same was not received and i asked then for refund. As per their confirmation refund was initiated on 19/01/2020 maximum time frame was 5 days. Still it was not reflected in my account. They had provided the refund reference number as 74332740019001734972930. I had contacted your customer service number they is no proper response hence i mail you. Please check and confirm the status if your response was worst in mail too i'm going to file in banking ombudsman.
And then contacted to bank customer support. They are unable to do anything for this refund. Their customer support service is very poor. So, they advised me to contact the branch. The branch is also unable to help me with the same.
When i reported this problem to the bank manager, he spoke incandescently to me. And they kicked me out of my cabin. I have proof this matter.

Refund was initiated from Amazon on23rd Jan for the amount 16950.70 but it is still not reflecting in my bank account
