I've ordered a jeans from amazon and since it was not good i returned it. After a while the message popped in saying that the refund has been issued but it was not reflecting in my bank account. I waited for 6-7 working days and then i contacted amazon customer care as well as my bank. Both the results were disappointing. I hope the refund will be made as early as possible.

      On 13/01/2020, i withdraw rs.10000/- from canara bank
      Rampurhat branch. Same day i used aadhaar to withdraw rs.10000/- from other service point but the transaction was failed. Unfotunately this time rs.10000/- is debited from my account. But i did not get the money.

        I purchased shoes from amezon 26th january 2020 and i didn't like it so i returned it from my debit card. The refund was about to come on 31th january but didn't. I called to the amezon service to enquiry my refund. They are saying that we have intiated my refund to my account but bank is refusing to agree it. Su i plead that please take a good decision to help me

          Dear sir/madom,

          I am rajesh kumar. I have an account with canara bank.

          The request is that i brought a usb data cable via amazone. I used my canara bank atm to buy this usb data cable.
          I purchased a product on amazon on 11january2020 using my canara bank debit card same was not received and i asked then for refund. As per their confirmation refund was initiated on 19/01/2020 maximum time frame was 5 days. Still it was not reflected in my account. They had provided the refund reference number as 74332740019001734972930. I had contacted your customer service number they is no proper response hence i mail you. Please check and confirm the status if your response was worst in mail too i'm going to file in banking ombudsman.
          And then contacted to bank customer support. They are unable to do anything for this refund. Their customer support service is very poor. So, they advised me to contact the branch. The branch is also unable to help me with the same.
          When i reported this problem to the bank manager, he spoke incandescently to me. And they kicked me out of my cabin. I have proof this matter.
          I am sending a picturte please see this.

                  I have gone to withdraw money from canara bank atm located at gp road on 27/01/2020 at 20:16pm. I have withdrawn from my sbi card. I had done total four transactions of 10, 000 each time. On the try of the third time i had got the message that amount has been debited but the machine did not dispense the cash. I had waited for about 10minutes but the screen on the atm machine came back to the home page. I had tried the 4th time and it had dispensed only 10, 000. Please help me out.

                                    I shopped a footwear from amazon which is shofiee women ankle strap on 15 jan 2020 and raised a return of the same and which was picked and amazon had a refund initiated on 22 jan 2020 of rs. 380 which is still not credited to my account and says some gateway issue.                                         I have canceled the order on 18/01/2020. But i did not received the mount in my account.
