I'm lokesh arya. I ordered an mi led tv 4c pro model from amazon.in on 17th jan 20 and made payment from canara bank debit card, then because of some reason i had canceled the order on 18th jan 20 and the refund was initiated from them on 19th jan 20 and it would reflect in my account within 4 business days, on 5th day i contacted customer care of amazon and canara bank both.
Amazon told me the amount is successfully refunded and provided me a reference number for the same and said you should contact your bank for the same or there can be some issue with the bank end because of which your transaction is pending.
Canara bank told me there has been no issue with the bank server because of which amount can stay in pending. So you should contact amazon for that we can't do anything until unless any transaction show up in your account.

Please provide some help.
