While i am registering for net banking am getting the following error.

I am a customer of canara bank and am trying to register for net banking but getting the following issue. Please solve the problem as soon as possible.

First name/last name/fullname are mandatory fields and they might not be maintained properly with bank, please contact branch

      I cancelled an order from.amazon on 20 january for which amazon initiated refund with reference no 74332740021002088010711
      Canara bank is not accepting ref no.and amount is not reflecting in my account.customer care service of canara bank is asking for some transaction id and not accepting reference no given by amazon.

        I ordered i amazon of about 810rps. The refund was initiated by them on 20th jan. But still i did not get my refund. So please is there any problem with the bank means solve it and i need my refund back. They even sent me a reference number of refund. It's credited by them i don't know why the bank is delaying to credit in my account. Please credit. I dont know whether there is mistake from amazon or by the bank. Anyways they have initiated their refund please credit it on my account.. Contact no and my account details are protected and there is no misuse of it. Please check and reflect it on my account. Because i have a trust on this bank

          I cancel my amazon. Ca one month prime membership but still refund amount not add in my bank account and amazon. Ca said
          We have received a transaction that bank has received the complete amount of cdn $7.99. I oreder amazon. Ca one month prime membership at 18 january 2020 and cancel prime membership so they refund me cdn $7.99 (Inr 449.19) but still refund amount not add in my bank account and amazon. Ca said the refund of amount cdn $7.99 has been refunded to your original payment method on this date and time monday, saturday, january 18, 2020 2:37:40 o'clock am pst.

          We have received a transaction that bank has received the complete amount of cdn $7.99 but still refund amount not add in my bank account

            Hey, i ordered one product from amazon i. E crucial 8 gb ram on 18th of jan with cost 2267 and due to some reason i cancelled that product and i already paid for that product earlier. Now, the thing is that amazon is saying that the amount has been initiated from their side on 20th of jan but it has not been credited to my account yet. I am already fed up with all this. I talked to the amazon many a times they are saying that the amount has been initiated from their side and the bank is saying that the amount is not been received yet from amazon side. I don't know what to do now. Kindly go through it and please help me out with this problem soon.

            Amazon has said they have processed refund.. But the amount has not been credited to my account since last 4 days..its 272rs..since i am a student its quite a lot of amount

              Refund has been initiated by amazon shipping customer service. We didn't recieve any information regarding our refund from bank. So, we want to know about the information of regarding this money (₹850). They are saying to us that they have initiated our refund amount. But when we have checked our bank balance there is no information regarding this money. They have refunded us on 19 january till now there is no information about our refund..

                  I purchased a air filter on amazon on 15th of jan 2020 using my canara bank debit card. I cancelled my order on 17th jan 2020.
                  As per amazon's confirmation refund was initiated on 17th jan itself with a time frame of 5 days. That means by 24th jan 2020 it should be in my account but still the amount is not reflected in my account. They provider the refund reference number as 74332740019001740515251. I had contacted amazon and canara bank customer service but its of no use.
                  Please check into matter its really urgent.

                      Hello sir,

                      I'm lokesh arya. I ordered an mi led tv 4c pro model from amazon.in on 17th jan 20 and made payment from canara bank debit card, then because of some reason i had canceled the order on 18th jan 20 and the refund was initiated from them on 19th jan 20 and it would reflect in my account within 4 business days, on 5th day i contacted customer care of amazon and canara bank both.

                      Amazon told me the amount is successfully refunded and provided me a reference number for the same and said you should contact your bank for the same or there can be some issue with the bank end because of which your transaction is pending.

                      Canara bank told me there has been no issue with the bank server because of which amount can stay in pending. So you should contact amazon for that we can't do anything until unless any transaction show up in your account.

As per their confirmation refund was initiated on 17th january 2020, maximum time frame was of 5 days but still it has not 🐝 reflested into my account. I had contacted your customer care service number, not only they aren't giving a proper response but they are being rude as well, hence i'm mailing you. Please check and confirm the refund status if your response is going to be worse in mail also i'm sorry but i'll be forced to file in banking ombudsman

It was processed on[protected] and after calling amazon customer care they said everything is sorted on their part. Reference no. Is 74332740012001122805988. I had paid for it through my debit card ending with 7267. I had even contacted canara bank's customer care but they said there's no refund processed on this reference no.

                              Hey sir, i ordered a air blower price 679rs but i pay 50rs by amazon balance and remaining 629 rs by canara bank debit card. But for some reason i have cancel it on 17th january. And today is 5th day so as per amazon policy 2-4 buisness days was taken for refund. And they also ransfer it..                                 I had purchased a flight ticket online through canarabank netbanking on 25th november 2019
                                The transaction for an amount of rs. 9, 176 was declined but my account was debited. It has been 2 months since this happened and the money has not yet been refunded to my account.
                                To one of my emails to the bank i got a reply saying that the problem will be resolved by january 14th.
                                Today is january 24th and the problem has not yet been solved.
                                When i tried to contact the branch over phone, no one picks up.

I paid rs 494 in amazon using debit card linked with above accont on jan 11 the order has been cancelled and amazon has initiated refund from their end but still now the amount is not credited in my account when i contacted amazon they said that to contact customer care of canara bank to clear the refund to my bank account kindly release the money and refund as soon as possible

                                      I purchased a product on amazon on 18th of this month using my canara bank debit card and i return the item on 19th and i asked then for refund. As per their confirmation refund was initiated on 19th of this month. Still it was not reflected in my account.

                                        my payment was declined

                                        I payment to swiggy on 7 january 2020 but payment was declined but i did not get back my money yet and no one is helping me in this matter not swiggy not bank and amazon becauase i did payment with amazon pay through net banking... Transaction id is... P[protected] i am helpless i want to know why my account is not reflected of on 7 jan 2020 my order was not succesful and transaction became declind so why i did not get back my money...
