I had purchased a flight ticket online through canarabank netbanking on 25th november 2019
The transaction for an amount of rs. 9, 176 was declined but my account was debited. It has been 2 months since this happened and the money has not yet been refunded to my account.
To one of my emails to the bank i got a reply saying that the problem will be resolved by january 14th.
Today is january 24th and the problem has not...

Have cancelled the amazon order on 16th jan but the amount wasn't yet refunded to my account. Have checked with the bank and they provided the reference number 74332740017001684698032. Could you please check the above mentioned reference number vs account details (Provided below) and revert back with your comments. Please do the needful.

I purchased a product on amazon on 18th of this month using my canara bank debit card and i return the item on 19th and i asked then for refund. As per their confirmation refund was initiated on 19th of this month. Still it was not reflected in my account.

Amazon confirms payment of rs. 610 with a reference number. Since i told them that my passbook is not reflecting the money, they told to contact bank with the reference number. My ordered room heater was cancelled by amazon due to lack of stock and succeeding that amazon done all its refunding formalities (Reference number - 40zx1yrc0000k3y3pt91) but no notification about the refund was provided by canara bank nor any money was credited to my account hence the bank should provide notification about the refund or should credit the money to my account as soon as possible.
