I have cancled my order duzo siwing hanging chair in amazon on 19th jan bt still i didint got refund amount.. I askd to amzon custmer but they saying we alrady refund.. Even they gave refernce number 964744.. So its alrady 10days wrking period but the canera bank custmer said we dont have any updates about that even i said refernce number also so kindly.. Rise the complaint and charge the dispute form.

    I have ordered oneplus on amazon site and immediately cancelled it on the same day as on 19th jan 2020. Amazon initiated refund on 20th jan itself. But the amount was credited into my bank account. If i call to customer service of the bank they are responding very badly and is this is the way they have to respond to a customer? I want my refund back immediately which is 28079/-.

      I supposed to receive a refund from amazon by 24/1/2020 but it still isn't credited. Amazon send me the reference number is # 74332740020001948140040 and told me to contact with your bank. My canara bank account number is[protected]. I paid the transaction using my canara bank visa debit card ending with 1226. Amount is ₹4059.00. I did this transaction on 14/1/20. They initiated n the refund processed it on 19/1/20..

                  Two transactions refund needed to be processed from bank side
                  1) order cancellation refund is processed from amazon and refund is not initiated from bank.
                  Order id :[protected].
                  2) irctc refund not processed from bank
                  Trans id : [protected]
                  Refund id : [protected]

                  From both servers amazon and irctc refund has been processed. But the bank has not processed the refund yet. It has been more than a week the transaction took place

                        as first i reached Amazon customer service they said it's not their fault they initiated the refund but canara bank is not credited and they said rise a complaint again charge dispute form but when i called canara bank they are saying thus is not their fault Amazon is not credited amount just generated reference number, and they said if i want to file charges dispute form i should file from home Branch but I'm too far from my town so how could i rise a complaint, Amazon mailed the transaction id and reference number from [email protected] I called canara bank number:18004250018

As per their confirmation refund was initiated on 27th of this month maximum time frame was 1 days. Still it was not reflected in my account. Please check and confirm the status if your response was worst in mail too i'm going to file in banking ombudsman.

As per the confirmation received from amazon, they initiated the refund on 21/01/2020. They said i would have received my money by now (As of today 28/01/2020). But still, it's not reflected in my account.
                            Amazon had provided me with the refund reference ids which are 74332740022002142005094 and 74332740022002140805271.
                            I had contacted your customer service number but there is no proper response hence filing a complaint here.
