My refund from Amazon of Rs. 3271 upon cancelling an order has not been credited to my account even though the it was processed on 19th Jan 2020. Upon calling Canara Bank Customer Care they say the fault is on Amazon's side and Amazon's Customer Care says the fault is on the bank's side.

Please kindly put through my refund amount. The reference number is 74332740019001877538233....

Canara bank is not accepting ref no.and amount is not reflecting in my account.customer care service of canara bank is asking for some transaction id and not accepting reference no given by amazon....

I had purchased a flight ticket online through canarabank netbanking on 25th november 2019
