I have account in canara bank since 2016. On sep 24 2019 i have received payment about 12, 675 rupee to my account. But still i have not received in my bank account. I have contacted sender. He said amount has been send. Transaction id is citin[protected]. I have contacted bank many times but i not get any positive response from their side.
Kindly have an look onto it and recover my account
Canara Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
The refund was initiated by the amazon on 12 th October 2019, and its still not reflected to my account. Executive of canara bank says no record of refund is stated related to my account. How's this possible? Urgently require the amount to be deposited in my account as soon as possible.

    I purchased a product on amazon on 29th of september using my canara bank debit card same was not received and i asked then for refund. As per their confirmation refund was initiated on monday, 30 september, 2019 at 12:22:45 pm ist maximum time frame was 5 days. Still it was not reflected in my account. They had provided the refund reference number as #307223 had contacted your customer service number they is no proper response hence i mail you. Please check and confirm the status if your response was worst in mail too i'm going to file in banking.

    Sir i ordered a product from amazon and asked them to refund the amount due to some product issue. they refunded the amount but amount did not recived to my account. i am waiting from last 26/nov/2019. please take action regarding this

      I purchased a product from amazon on last month using canara bank. It was on october 28th. The product was cancelled due to some delivery issues. I still didn't receive the cash back. It's been many days i am calling the bank as well as the amazon.. When i called the amazon they gave the reference numbe

      I tried transferring 15, 000 to a beneficiary account. But it got debited from my account and wasn't credited in the other account. Want a refund. IMPS REF num[protected]
      Insufficient staff, one man handle payment & collection job even peons& security personal do clarical job, pass book printing machine usally found out of service, no service for local clearing cheques, they take10days to clear the local cheques, even they charged rs 30/- for rs2000/- local cheque of bank of india
      I used My Atm card in Aarapalayam, Madurai Atm Machine .During the Transaction, The transaction has been Declined by Itself but it debited 8000 Rupees from my account and a i can't recover it Again. it shows that there is not sufficient balance in my account. Even I did not receive money yet. I have the transaction id for it
      I have not received any refund to my bank account with Refund reference # 74332749296929563138063.
      The refund is initiated by amazon services on[protected].
      Bank branch : gauribidanur. I kindly request you to look through my problem .

        My canara bank mahim shikhar deposit for 5 lakhs (50000×10) (Ref no[protected] / 105 to114) matured on 27-10-19 sunday. Monday 28-10-19 too, was a bank holiday. Hence shikhar deposit was converted to fixed deposit on[protected] interest @7.55 % contracted rate was not paid for 2 daysof holidays much against rbi notification dated 1st july 2015. While all other banks give interest in such cases, canara bank, as i was told by bank offficials, has not incorporated such contingency in their computer programming and therefore doesnot provide interest in such cases but branch managers in their power can allow interest in such cases. Branch manager agreed to pay interest and even prepared voucher despite it i have not yet received the interest till[protected].
        Canara bank has over 7000 branches all over india plus it is amalgumating with syndicate bank. Considering this huge branch network, it may encounter many such cases depriving it's valuable customers their due share of interest income which is not only unethical but also undesirable. Will bank correct it's programme and give relief to it's customers???

              I have ordered a product on amazon on 4th nov of this month using my canara bank debit card same was not received. As per amazon confirmation canara bank has not initiated amount of rs 749 on 7th nov and deducted my given amount instead of sending to amazonpay. My money was stucked in bank due to anauthorization by bank. Please check and confirm the status. If my previous issue and this one is not resolved then i have to escalate these issue to rbi for strict action as i have proof for the same against canara bank.. Chor bank. 😡😡😡😡

                Imps reference #[protected]

                On[protected] i made an imps transaction through net banking for the amount of rs.22000. After enter otp it keeps loading for nearly 5 mins and end up i receive a message as timed out rejected transaction. Money has been debited and till now it does not credit back or credit to the sender account. Lodged a complaint at brance and contact customer support till now no responce. Very poor service from canara bank. Work netbanking experience.

                  Today on 5th november, when i went to the bank in the morning, the heater was running in the inside room and there was no one in the room. Asking in the bank, it was found that the heater was run by omkar chand. Who is a peon in the bank. When i asked omkar chand to turn off the heater, he misbehaved with me.                     Canara bank is not refunding the debited amount 3587/- relating to my electricity bill which was paid on 31.12.18. By neft mode.
                    Wbsedcl ltd and icici bank delhi. Could not find any credit of that amount for more than 10 months.
                    Icici bank has informed to canara bank. Mail id. [protected]@canarabank.com
                    I had to pay the same bill twice. But canara bank has not recredited the amount despite many letters.
                    No one can understand the reason of banks continued silence.
                    Please enquire and inform the position.

                        I am soorya. I have transferred a amount of 300 for recharging my sun direct dth on november 3 2019 but it was later shown as bbps failure and the transaction is failed. So now i want the amount of 300 to be refunded to my account. So how can i get my money refunded and within what time period. I have also contacted the customer care but it was not connected. So please do the needful.

                            I purchased a mobile from amazon india on 30/10/2019. But unfortunetly i entered wrong adress in the delivery section, due to which i canceld the order, after that i have recived a msg from amazon which says your request for refund is accepted and your money will be returned to your account balance, now i have recived a mail from amazon saying that your refund is initiated and should now reflect in your account, and they also give a refund reference number which is[protected].                               My name is Archit jaryal and I had ordered product of RS.1487(order id[protected]) in Amazon on (27 sept 2018) and I returned this order due to personal reason. And on (30sept 2019)
                              Amazon initiated the amount to my card but I still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number

                                  I contacted your customer service number and there was no proper response. Check and confirm status.

                                    We wish to bring to your kind notice about the fraudulent transaction experienced by our organization as below:

                                    Last month, one person approached us & promised to provide us with airtel broadband connection. He explained the scheme & shared his bank details & we have made payment of rs 14, 225/-. He is holding an account with your canara bank, pernambut branch & we made online payment to this account number. Since then, he is not responding to any of our calls & literally absconded. His account no is[protected].

                                    We filed a formal complaint with local police station & got the csr acknowledgement. We have been advised both by the police department & by our banker (Kotak mahindra bank) to take up this concern with you, being the banker of the subject person who have cheated us in this matter.

                                    Please find attached all relevant documents, including the police complaint & acknowledgement along with our request letter for your kind perusal.

                                    Seek your support in scrutinizing / investigating this further and arrange to debit the amount from the account holder's account & refund the same to our kotak bank current account.

                                    We have been following it up with you almost everyday over phone to resolve the issue, but in vain.

                                    You said that the issue has been taken up with regional head quarters in chennai long back and awaiting their feedback.

                                    We are surprised that why it should these many days, despite our providing you with all relevant documents including police department acknowledgement, substantiating the fraudulent transaction.

                                    Even our banker as well as the local police authorities are asking us as why this could not be resolved yet by canara bank.

                                    Please let us know as how to escalate this concern to next level for appropriate resolution at the earliest like taking this up with chennai canara bank regional head quarters or lodging a formal complaint with rbi reserve bank of india grievance cell.
