We wish to bring to your kind notice about the fraudulent transaction experienced by our organization as below:
Last month, one person approached us & promised to provide us with airtel broadband connection. He explained the scheme & shared his bank details & we have made payment of rs 14, 225/-. He is holding an account with your canara bank, pernambut branch & we made online payment to this account number. Since then, he is not responding to any of our calls & literally absconded. His account no is[protected].
We filed a formal complaint with local police station & got the csr acknowledgement. We have been advised both by the police department & by our banker (Kotak mahindra bank) to take up this concern with you, being the banker of the subject person who have cheated us in this matter.
Please find attached all relevant documents, including the police complaint & acknowledgement along with our request letter for your kind perusal.
Seek your support in scrutinizing / investigating this further and arrange to debit the amount from the account holder's account & refund the same to our kotak bank current account.

Please refer to the various discussions we had on this subject.
It is more than one month since this issue was brought to your notice.
We have been following it up with you almost everyday over phone to resolve the issue, but in vain.
You said that the issue has been taken up with regional head quarters in chennai long back and awaiting their feedback.
We are surprised that why it should these many days, despite our providing you with all relevant documents including police department acknowledgement, substantiating the fraudulent transaction.
Even our banker as well as the local police authorities are asking us as why this could not be resolved yet by canara bank.
Please let us know as how to escalate this concern to next level for appropriate resolution at the earliest like taking this up with chennai canara bank regional head quarters or lodging a formal complaint with rbi reserve bank of india grievance cell.
We seek your guidance in this regard please.
