My name is parthiban, my account no. Xxxxxxxx8009 of canara bank, bangalore, coxtown branch.
I've placed and order at amazon but the delivered product was damaged so i returned that product and asked for a refund, the refund amount was 339/-. Which the amazon has initiated to my account on 28/7/19. It's 11/8/19 today still it has not been reflected to my account. Please consult my complaint and credit my money in my account

    Sir mere father ka canara bank chandpur bijnor up me kisan credit card me account hai us se 150000 loan le rakha hai aur date 28/06/2019 ko unki death ho gai hai. Kisan credit card par 50000, rs ka kisan insurance milta hai but bank dene se mana kr rha hai pls nomine ko 50000 ka cover dene me madad kare.. Pls bank death cover dene se mukar rha hai pls

      My name is karthika and i had ordered (Stylite surf tribal 3d printed plastic back case cover for vivoy91) of rs (299) in amazon and i returned in (09-june-2019) date i returned this order due to personal reason. And on date on which refund initiated. Amazon initiated the amount to my card but i still didn't get the money. Uunfortunatly close my canara bank account. I need my refund money so kindly respond to this complaint its very urgent. I fetch my current bank account photocopy please find it below.

        Hello,
        I was trying to withdraw money from a canara bank account on friday 9th august 2019. I was trying to withdraw 500rs from the atm, i entered the amount i received a message saying 500rs were deducted from my bank account. But the atm showed an error of transaction timed out and didn't receive any cash, i contacted the bank they said it will be refunded automatically but i haven't got the money yet.

        Please help me through this.

          Hello,

            Hello,
            I am vaishnavi.. I made an online payment for my daughter's college fee payment of sum amount of rs.24, 199/- on 17th of june 2019. The money was debited from my account but it did not get credited to the college account. We had been visiting the canara bank branch, madurai many times requesting for the reverse transaction. It has been nearly 50 days but still no step has been taken by the bank. Hence kindly process it and do the reverse transaction at the earliest.

            I am Priyasubha, money has been debited from my Canara bank account. The reason says its TECH PROC . May I know why this money has been debited from my account.

I contacted customer care services for several times but there is no proper response.                   What should i do if i am eble to online cash transfer. I am do? Iif i'm able to use google play, phone pay, canara bank net banking, any mobile banking apps. Cash transfer to another bank account and phone number. Account error.. I what i can do next step? Please reply me. I am waiting for you the yours valuable replies... Plz help me. I can't use online cash transfer.

                    I had paced an order on myntra on 22 june 2019 of three items worth rs. 1728 i returned a product worth rs. 517 the refund from myntra got initiated on 28th june of the same amount rs. 517 but till date it has not been credited into my account. I contacted myntra customer care thrice they assured me every time that refund has been processed by them and i need to contact my bank. I contacted canara bank customer care thrice, they just kept on telling me to wait, it has been one month and the amount has not been credited into my account by canara bank. On contacting canara bank branch office, they told they don't know anything it. Please look into the matter and necessary action. I am providing my details below:

                    I purchased product worth Rs 100 from Amazon on June 3, 2019.

                    I returned it and they provided me refund but it does not reflected in my Account no[protected].

                    They given reference no[protected].kindly process it ASAP
                    Canara bank charged for average minimum balance without informing customer that particular branch moved from rural into urban and even not notified to customer. There is minimum balance. it is happening around a year.
                    The entire branch customer might affected by debit the charges.

                      I purchased a product on amazon on 16th of july 2019 by using cash on delivery of amount 1649. Then i asked for refund. As per their confirmatiin refund was intiated on 19th of july. Maximumum time taken was 5days, but still it was not reflect in my account. They had provided the refund refference number as[protected]. I has contacted your customer care there is no proper response. So, i am going to file in banking ombudsman.

                      My friend has transferred an amount of 3000/- from SBI to my account of Canara bank at10am on 1st August through UPI but it's not credited till now in my account but has been debited from her account.She called her main branch and asked for same. They provided update that it's transferred from there end, kindly contact receivers account bank.
                      While registering for netbanking i am getting the following error.

                      Registration of Internet Banking
                      First name/Last name/Fullname are mandatory fields and they might not be maintained properly with bank, Please contact branch.

                            Sir i had booked a tickets in may month but due to forgetting my irctc password, due to this reason my booking were failed before that amount has debited successfully then i cancelled my booking but mony not refunded yet which arn number is here 30004691419140015739145.
                            Almost 60 days has passed and not came a single notification or message about mony by canara bank.
                            I contacted canara bank costumer care and ask them about refund then they said to me "you go to your home branch and ask them about it"after that i visited home branch and i met branch manager they rudely talk to me and said i don't know about it, after that i have written a complaint and gave them.
                            Plz help me i m waiting my money bcoz i m an student...

                                I have a fixed deposit in canara bank. About couple of days back i went to get my fd but manager refused to provide it telling that my fd money have been transferred to my nominee account that too without my permission when i asked how can they do so they did'nt give me a valid reason i want to file complaint against manager who transferred my fd and is refusing to give my money back.

                                    I am ajaz my account number is[protected].
                                    When i was try through canara bank official app imps transaction 12:07 am for the amout of 500 then after procced upi pin transaction fail, but after some time i got the three massege of transaction.
                                    Amout debited but second account holder does not received the amout.
                                    Transaction through - canara bank official app
                                    Transaction amout - 500 but debited 3 times total 1500.

                                    I am waiting from 12 hours but amount not reverse in my account.
                                    Pls resolve this

                                      Hi Team, My wife had taken an educational loan in 2011 for Rs. 308000/- and the disbursed amount is 291000/- under Vidya Sagar Scheme (Last Disbursal happened at Feb 2013). There was no communication from the bank for a long time. Suddenly, in end of 2018 the Bank reached out to us stating a total outstanding of around 3.6 lacs... We have already paid 2.12 lacs (In Dec 2018) towards this loan and still having an outstanding of 1.57 lacs... Could you please look into this, we are looking for an interest waiver and trying to close out paying the remaining principle amount.

                                        I have made a transaction from my federal bank to canara bank account & they are telling me they haven't recieved any amount or credited, it's not my banks fault, i have contacted them many times and your bank representatives are denying it. Canara account no[protected] either refund the amount or get the transaction complete. Pls look on to the images attached.
