    I purchased a product on amazon on 14th of this month using my canara bank debit card and i cancell the order on 14th and i asked then for refund. As per their confirmation refund was initiated on 21 th of this month maximum time frame was 5 days. Still it was not reflected in my account. They had provided the refund reference number as[protected]. I had contacted your customer service number they is no proper response hence i mail you. Please check and confirm the status.

    MY money has been debited but not recharged my mobile... please check the below screenshot and refund my money as soon as possible.
    17/06/2019 1:19PM I have made transaction into another bank.but my transaction failed at the time and my money debited from my account. And returned back to the same account.
    I have not received my refund amount of 799 yet.transaction date 10 may 2019 refund inititate date 25 may 3 to 5 working days completed on 31 may, refund not received yet

      I Sujit Choudhury senior citizen account holder of your kalyani branch along with my wife sima choudhury . Account no 2691...3827 ifsc code of your branch CNRB0002691. My wife chronic kidney patient with dialysis thrice in a week. Sir, I went to Atm to withdraw money for her treatment. But my card is declined to access atm services any on 16.06.2019 . I want to withdraw Rs.5000 but I received message as 5000 debited from my account. But I did not received money.I was at a loss & blocked atm as I thought someone may withdraw money from my account.That's why i blocked my card . The very next day when I went to your bank to withdraw money with my cheque . Bank refuse to pay money in spite of having balance. My humble question is why my account is being blocked without inform me any? I'm senior citizen can't go bank as i staying Kolkata for my wife's treatment as I told earlier. Very next day I call to my bank manager he assured me to refund my money within a week but till date i did't refund my money. But my humble question if my card is deactivated how can I withdraw money ? Please look into this matter as my wife is a kidney patient taking dialysis . Thanking you

        I am using canara bank netbanking for the past few months, and i have one loan account i. E., agri gold loan for a sum of rs 66k on 30/3/2019. But when i am checking in my netbanking it shows an amount of 95k with different dates. And i am out of station now, can't able to contact branch though online. No contact details updated in internet banking. Kindly solve the issue as early as possible.

            On 21/06/2019 friday at 08:11am i was
            Doing a transaction of rs 2000/- from canara bank to paytm payment bank but my amount was deducted from my canara bank account but the receiver bank account didn't get the money. While i was doing my transaction through paytm payment bank by linking canara bank in it i got a transaction reference id[protected]. I called canara bank customer service he asked me to file a compliant against paytm paymentbank. Please sir hope you will look to my concern, thanku.

                  On 22 april 2017 I entered the Axis bank atm (id[protected] to withdraw Rs 900. After entering the password and the amount the screen was hung. The money never came out and the amount was deducted from my debit card of Canara Bank. This machine is located in Tanki road, meethapur, Badarpur, New Delhi -110044. The bank made flase claim that the money was despensed properly. This is shocking.
                  Axis bank please check your camera records. I have registered complaint against this false transaction.

                      My name is Deepanshu Arora.I have been sanctioned a loan of Rs. 4, 00, 000 on 06/11/2014 from Canara bank, Bhagwan Das Road. The bank has increased my loan EMI from 10, 264 to 10, 300 themselves and are saying this is due to increase in interest rate. But earlier, they have given me a 5 year statement where the EMI is fixed amount of Rs. 10, 264.
                      Secondly, they are refusing to give me education loan subsidy saying you are employed now and we cannot give subsidy. I have even seen Canara bank website showing the subsidy I can get for my loan account no.[protected].
                      In website, it is showing subsidy amount Rs 10, 421 for year 2015 and 26, 620 for year 2016. I have attached the screenshot below.Please help.

                          We have taken RS 5000.00 on 5/6/2018 at Canara Bank ATM. On 7/6/2018 some body took 40000(as10000*4) from p&b ATM at VILLIVAKKAM. We made complain on 8/6/2018. We have given all details as asked by the bank. At our branch teppakulam Trichy. We have not received any possitive reply from bank. When ever we contact they are telling the same reply that we have done our part. So I am requesting you to do the needful for me in the earlyest. My account number is[protected]. They are confirming that they sent refund amount to my Canara bank account on 16th June 2019 but still now I didn't receive any amount and I am really confused whether the problem is with Amazon.in or Canara bank. When i ask amazon.in customer service, they are blaming the bank and similarly, when asked for Canara bank customer care they are blaming Amazon.in.

                                      I have trusted canara bank but I have lost Rs. 485.54 today
                                      Sir/man:From t.kallupatti Madurai district. Our swiping machine doesn't working properly it's shows always 'disconnect, failed' while swiping card . I am already complain about this problem to the head office before 2weak my complain number is" CSLD[protected]"I was suffered lot please help to resolve it.

I had done the cash withdraw transaction of 10000rs at axis bank 7:50 am on 7 june 2019 but cash didn't withdraw from axis atm and amount deducted from my canara bank account.

                                        I have lot of time complain to canara bank customer care and branch also, but fund has not been credit till date. this is second time fund has been stuck in canara bank.i am very frustrated from canara bank.
