My name is ankit kumar I ordered huwaei y9 2019 of RS 13990 in amazon on date 15 may 19 and after cancelled the order due to personal issue on 15-May-2019 and on 16 may 2019 amazon initiate the amount but i didn't get the money Amazon sent the Reference no. 325948 and told me to fill the charge dispute form but canara bank doesn't have such policy. Canara bank coustmer care says wait for 15 days but my refund initiate date is 21 may 2019. Please sir kindly respond to this complaint its very urgent.

    I am Karuppusamy N. My saving account number is[protected] Branch.: gobichettipalayam . I purchased a Mobile from amazon.in and paid from my visa debit card 3402. The amount is 10163/-. Date -14/05/19 But i canceled . The refunds for the same were initiated and successfully processed to my debit card and i got refund reference numbers for the product, it has been about a week and yet the amounts are not reflected in my account.

    refund of Rs.10163.00 has been processed successfully on[protected].

    The Authorization Code (Refund Reference Number) for the transaction is 581482.

      I purchased a product on amazon on 16th of this month using my canara bank debit card same was not received and i asked then for refund. As per their confirmation refund was initiated on 22 nd of this month maximum time frame was 5 days. Still it is not reflected in my account. They had provided the refund reference number as 116640. I had contacted your customer service number there is no proper response hence i mail you. Please check and confirm the status if your response was worst in mail too i'm going to file in banking ombudsman.

      I placed an order on 6th May and asked for the return of the same. I enquired in Amazon and they have refunded the price (Rs. 500) on 10th may successfully but it is not reflecting back in my account. The reference number for the transaction, as they have told me, is[protected]. Please look into this problem of mine. Thank you.

        I purchased a shirt from amazon. I canceled this order on 14th may 2019. Then i asked amazon for refund of rs. 1566.47. Amazon customer care told that the money will be refunded within 21st may 2019 to my canara bank account, but still when i didn't receive the refund amount. I contacted amazon for the same and they replied that they have already refunded the amount and provided me a reference id - 379715 and asked me to check with this id. When i visited bank they are refusing to take any action with the reference id provided by amazon and saying to check with amazon.
        No one is taking any responsibility so i am unable to get my money back. Please help me out.

          I purchased a product on amazon on 11th of this month using my canara bank debit card and i return the item on 18th and i asked then for refund rs.1747. As per their confirmation refund was initiated on 23th of this month maximum time frame was 5 days. Still it was not reflected in my account. They had provided the refund reference number as[protected]. I had contacted your customer service number they is no proper response. Kindly request you, please check and confirm the status otherwise i'm going to file in banking ombudsman.
          We hope you will help us wholeheartedly.

            Few days ago i place target high book from amazon and pay money through debit card of canera
            And i cancelled it but my refund is not in my bank account please help
            What i want to do get back my money my refund is not come into my account how i get back money returned

            My atm is showing invalid so I want to know why did it happen. And please work on my issue and help me out.
            With the reference number#[protected] refund for amount 549₹ was processed by AMAZON on 15/5/2019 I would like to file a charge dispute against it and return my all amount. The bank employee didn't want to tell customer care number and your customer care number is out of coverage area

Till today i.e 26.05.2019 the same amount has not been initiated on my bank account. I am a student and in need of the money so I would request you to do the needful and refund the amount as soon as possible.

                      I had booked a helmet from amazom through my debit card but received a damaged item so i returned it on 19th may 2019 and i was supposed to get my refunt within 24 th may 2019 .it showing that refund has been initiated from amazon. but it is not reflected in ma card yet . when contacted to bank customercare they are not responding properly so please kindly notice ma complaint and please let me get my refund soon thank you

                                I was making an online recharge through freecharge using debit card (Rupay) for an amount of rs.449. The transaction was failed but money is debited from account and not credited in merchant account. It has been more than 7 working days still not got the refund. When i called customer care of canara bank they told me it will take 45 days to get refunded

                                Both customers executive take much mode time to resolve the problem of rs548 they convert hrs into days.. They say u have wait for 45 days for to resolve the problem of rs548

                                      We purchased for an amount of rs.485, 418 and 378 gwalior on may 10, 2019, via debit card. And after getting defective parcel i returned them and applied for a refund and the company has refunded me all amount on 15 may but the bank has denied that they did not receive any of such amount and on 24 may my that amounts still not showing. For this, i am following up with the canara bank for the refund of these amounts. Can you please provide the status of it. Kindly look into this issue as its been a long time.
