I have called the amazon customer service and bank also atleast thrice since then but no response and i have also filed the charge dispute earlier but not getting any reply. I have recharged for mobile balance on 10.05.2019 from amazon pay. An amount of rs. 428 was debited from my canara bank account no.[protected].

The recharge was failed. And the amount was refunded to my banker.in spite of this the banker is not crediting back my money to my account.
