Hello i’m hafis hakkim. Recently i have ordered a book from amazon and due to some reason i have cancelled the order. So while ordering i have paid the amount using my debit card (Canara). The order costs around rs 636. I have given the product information below:

    I purchased a product on 29 december 2018 using my canara bank debit card not properly received and i returned product and i asked them for refund. As per their confirmation refund was initiated 31/12/18 maximum time frame was
    4/1/19. Still it was not reflected in my account. They had provided the refund reference number[protected]. I had contacted your customer service number there is no proper response. Please check and confirm the status.

      Sir, i purchased a product from amazon on 7th may, 2019 but i cancelled the item and the refund was processed for the same on 9th may. They mentioned that my money should reflect in 5 working days, but i have'nt received it yet.

        This is rajam from moolakaraipatti, tamilnadu.
        I have canara bank a/c from moolakaraipatti pincode -627354.
        A/c no is[protected].
        28.3.2019 i withdraw 40000 from indian bank inside the lakshmi madhavan hospital at tirunellveli. I withdraw 4 times each times 10000 but 4th time i withdraw that time atm shutdown. I am not received money but 10000 debit from my account. After i give complant letter to canara bank moolakaraipatti but still no improvemen. Near 2 month is over not refund my money.

          I have ordered a book from amazon the book is "introduction to the theory of statistics" by alexander mood (Author), franklin graybill (Author), duane boes (Author), it costs around rs 636 on 9th may 2019. So due to some issue i had cancelled the order. The order id has described below

                I purchased a product on amazon on 6th may 2019 using my canara bank debit card same was not received and i asked them for refund as per their confirmation refund was initiated on 13th of this month maximum time frame was 5 business days he had refunded the amount 8.9990.                 I had contacted your customer service number there is no proper response hence i mail please check and confirm the status please

It's been more than 1.5 months and there is no credit of the money. Please do look into it and credit the money soon to my bank account.                         I cancelled two items which i bought in amazon. The refund has been issued from amazon 7 days before. But it's still not being reflected in my canara bank account. They gave me the reference numbers of 555740 and 391042 respectively. I contacted the branch in person and bank's customer care portal. But they didn't even want to listen the numbers. They are saying casually that it may even take 45 days to get the amount credited back into my account .

A few minutes later I got a email from Amazon that my refund has been processed successfully and amount will be reflect in my account within 5 business days but till now the amount not credit.                             This is harsha. V.

                            I placed an order in amazon for rs. 5869, on 3-5-2019. I paid the amount using my debit card. Transaction was successfull and the amount of rs.5869 was deducted from my bank account. As soon as the money deducted, i got a mail from amazon that my order was cancelled due to some address verification issue... After 2 days after verifying my amazon accout i got a mail as below.

                            Hello,

                            Your refund of rs.5869.00 has been processed successfully on[protected]. The amount should reflect in your account by[protected].

                            The authorization code (Refund reference number) for the transaction is 388978.

                            In case you do not receive the refund within 5 business days, please contact your bank’s customer care and mention the above authorization code (Refund reference number). Please remember that you will have to call your bank’s customer care center and not visit the branch for this query.

                            Some nationalized banks may take more time than usual to credit the refund. If your bank is unable to locate the refund with the authorization code provided, please dispute the transaction as 'refund not processed'. On disputing the transaction, the bank will see a pending refund and will follow the path back to our payment processor to locate the refund.

                            After u got the mail from amazon, i contacted the bank customer care for further info about my refund.

                            I gave them my refund reference number that amazon gave me. They told that they didnt find any pending refund amount from amazon... And i should visit my home branch for queries.

                            So visited my home branch, even they are not able to solve the issue. They told me to contact bank customer care so i can get solution for this...

                            I am so tired of calling the amazon customer care and canara bank customer care.

                            Please consider my issue and refund my amount rs.5869 asap..

                              Since 8 days iam visiting canara bank karkala branch.. Leaving my other works pending for the purpose of adding my husband name in my passbook. I already submitted the form.
                              One non karnataka staff sent me to one gent. He is telling other staff is in leave so we cant do this work. Come next time or wait for some time. So i waited 2-3 hours later when i went to check again that gent is shouting nd telling "we are doing other staff work. We dont have a time to do this work. We have lot of our work he told.. So i asked okey when will staff comming that day only i will come. So he told monday she is comming... Today again i went to bank... Another lady was thire in her place she is also telling the same. If the workers is in leave thire duty to manage.2-3 days is okey.. But how many days we should wait.. If the staff is not doing thire duty we cant come and sit there na.. Right side sitting all staff are use less mainly that men. But 13/05 monday one left side staff is sitting over thr she is also useless. Worst staff of canara bank. Not only these matter i have observed many times. Always thr server problem is never ending.
                              Best customer servise in federal bank karkala branch.

                                I ordered few items from amazon.in then canceled all. And the amazon.in says the refund will be credited to your bank with in 5 business days. Untill this time no money credited to my account
                                I cancelled the product from may-4-2019 and the money will initiate to the bank may-10-2019

                                    I had cancelled an order of boat roakerz 400 headphone on 4.5.2019 on amazon.

                                      I have booked a flight ticket from bhuvaneswar to bangalore through paytm on flight air asia. But the flight was cancelled by authority due to cyclone fani on bhuvaneswar. We contacted paytm and they initiated complete refund and they gave a transaction i'd for 3 passengers. The email screenshot is attached below. But it's been 10 days and no amount is reflected on the account. No response from bank branch too. The account branch is iit palakkad. Please do something needful
