I placed an order in amazon for rs. 5869, on 3-5-2019. I paid the amount using my debit card. Transaction was successfull and the amount of rs.5869 was deducted from my bank account. As soon as the money deducted, i got a mail from amazon that my order was cancelled due to some address verification issue... After 2 days after verifying my amazon accout i got a mail as below.

Your refund of rs.5869.00 has been processed successfully on[protected]. The amount should reflect in your account by[protected].
The authorization code (Refund reference number) for the transaction is 388978.
In case you do not receive the refund within 5 business days, please contact your bank’s customer care and mention the above authorization code (Refund reference number). Please remember that you will have to call your bank’s customer care center and not visit the branch for this query.
Some nationalized banks may take more time than usual to credit the refund. If your bank is unable to locate the refund with the authorization code provided, please dispute the transaction as 'refund not processed'. On disputing the transaction, the bank will see a pending refund and will follow the path back to our payment processor to locate the refund.

After u got the mail from amazon, i contacted the bank customer care for further info about my refund.
I gave them my refund reference number that amazon gave me. They told that they didnt find any pending refund amount from amazon... And i should visit my home branch for queries.
So visited my home branch, even they are not able to solve the issue. They told me to contact bank customer care so i can get solution for this...
I am so tired of calling the amazon customer care and canara bank customer care.
Please consider my issue and refund my amount rs.5869 asap..
