Hi,
I cancelled my purchase of large appliance - sanyo 1.5 ton split ac from amazon.com on 5th april; the refund was processes on 5th april from amazon.com, the reference number for refund is 75503729096028426962191 for 31990/-. I was assured by the amazon.com that amount will reflect in my account by 12th april 2019, when this did not happen i was instructed to contact the bank for details, however when i contacted the customer care of canara bank on 13th of april 2019, i was asked to wait patiently and also that the customer service executive cannot look up the said reference number for refund and give me information. Now its 18 days and counting, i have not recieved the amount. Amazon.com asserts that they have transfered the amount, while customer care executive and the branch office of canara bank are clueless and are unable to track my refund and asking me to patienly wait for it.
I find the situation distressing and acceptable. Please help me get back my refund.
