We had ordered a new tech galaxy s plus 10.8 on 12.04.2019 in amazon online shopping app and we had cancelled the order immediately and then had refunded the amount of rs. 4795.66 and from your side we did not get the money so send the money quickly.

      My account number is[protected] and i made a withdrawal of rs. 10000 at a sbi atm today but the cash was not dispensed as there was an abrupt electricity cut and atm machine was shutdown while counting cash. Please make a refund of the same.
      I have already contacted customercare but unfortunately they could not help me. It is my hard earned money and i am really in a buzz right from the unsuccessful deduction from my bank account. Please help me out and refund the amount as early as possible.

        Greetings

        Canara bank is the worst bank in the world, they dont have etiquettes how to treat there customers, they are cheaters.
        This is second time i am filing this form i didnt got any reply on my first one. No refunds are coming to my back account.
        And they are not at all assiting me, they are rude, arrogant and useless people.

        I am very much disappointed and planning to change this bank.

        Very unsatisfactory service is been given

          I have ordered a recording mic from amazon but the product was damage.
          So i returned the product to amazon and request to refund my amount of rs.169
          They refunded balance to my canara bank account but the amount is not reflecting in my account. They refunded the money on[protected] in my account. Reference no. Of transaction rs, 169 is[protected].

            I ordered a product from amazon using canara bank debit card and later i asked for refund for the product

            "refund of rs.1399.00 was processed on 14 april 2019. This amount should have been credited to your account by 22 april 2019." as per amazon.

            Your reference number for this transaction is 74332749105910495988982.
            Amazon is saying that they have already transfered the amount but your bank is not transfering in your account.
            Please resolve the issue.

              Hi,
              I cancelled my purchase of large appliance - sanyo 1.5 ton split ac from amazon.com on 5th april; the refund was processes on 5th april from amazon.com, the reference number for refund is 75503729096028426962191 for 31990/-. I was assured by the amazon.com that amount will reflect in my account by 12th april 2019, when this did not happen i was instructed to contact the bank for details, however when i contacted the customer care of canara bank on 13th of april 2019, i was asked to wait patiently and also that the customer service executive cannot look up the said reference number for refund and give me information. Now its 18 days and counting, i have not recieved the amount. Amazon.com asserts that they have transfered the amount, while customer care executive and the branch office of canara bank are clueless and are unable to track my refund and asking me to patienly wait for it.
              I find the situation distressing and acceptable. Please help me get back my refund.

                I ordered a laptop from amazon.in but had to return it as it was defective. Amazon processed the refund of rs. 31, 159 on 13th of april. But i haven't received the refund in my canara bank account as of 23rd april 2019.

                  I purchased a product on 07th april 2019 at amazon india website, paid through my canara bank debit card and unfortunately that item could not be delivered to my location. Amazon has cancelled that order on 12th april 2019 and processed the refund on 13th april 2019. The refund reference number is[protected]. Its been 10 days today i. E. 23rd april 2019, still the refund is not reflected in my canara bank account. Please do the needful at the earliest.
                  Canara Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                  On 5th April, a rufund of Rs.87 was initiated by Amazon.in against my Rupay card under Canara bank with transaction reference no.[protected].
                  Please do check on this account.
                  Amazon refund amount 14989 which is not reflected on my account.

                  The reference number for the refund is 75503729098028490379007.
                  Amazon order was cancelled due to wrong shipping address. But refund amount was not credited even after 3-5 working days.
                  Please help in resolving this issue

                        Canara bank branch sector 19 panchkula. They don't do any work after 3:30 pm and the real time of the bank to close is 5:00 pm, this branch is very careless. At last monday am submited my account opening form and after one week am go to the bank to collect my passbook at 3:30 pm then the security guard said come tomorrow. He said bank is closed at 3:30 pm

                                My amazon order, i had to cancel it and the refund has been processed from their side as i have the reference number with me too. This was on 12th of april. The amount has not reflected in my account till 22 of april. When called the customer care about this they gave very vague replies saying i'll have to wait for 45 days more?? Like seriously? Amazons policy says waiting time is 5 business days so i would like you to process my refund as soon as possible this is very tiring.
