    I purchased a product on amazon on 23 april DDEPT non slip stability balance gym ball of this month using my canara bank debit card same was not received and i asked then for refund. As per their confirmation refund was initiated on 2 may of this month maximum time frame was 5 days. Still it was not reflected in my account.                 I have returned a product to amazon worth rupees 499, and the amount is still not been received by me. The company amazon has confirmed that the amount has been initiated from their side and explained that the problem is from the bank side. When i contacted the bank they are not corporating regarding the same and blaming the company amazon. I want to get it resolved as soon as possible as i am not able to understand where the problem is from.

                  Hey there! I have booked train tickets from paytm through canara bank debit card and my booking has failed but money got deducted so my reference number is 74766519119916236474899 so i just want to complaint regarding this and ask them to initiate my refund as soon as possible and it has been more than 9 days when it is asked to paytm customer care they told to contact bank and when we contact bank they don't give us a proper response fed up of this. Take this seriously and please take action upon it. Or else it will be a serious issue

                    I had ordered oneplus6t from amazon on 3 of may but cancelled it by mistake. But the refund wasn't initiated in 5 days.. I called the customer care number of amazon and they told me that the refund was initiated by them. But the refund was not received by my account the refund reference number is, 422131 please consider this a complaint nd refund my money...

                          I'm amitesh baran banerjee a customer of canara bank a/c no - [protected] virtual address - cnrb0003708, branch - sonari, jamshedpur - 831011.
                          On 6th of may, 2019 i have use a sbi atm (Ashiana gardens sonari) to withdraw 1000/- from my account but there was some fault in the machine, the money couldn't come out properly. I thought of pulling the money, but before even touching it, the security personnel of that particular atm told ne not to because it may tear the note or it my damage my fingers. So i didn't do anything, the money went inside again and a receipt came showing that 1000/- has been deducted.
                          I then tried the atm again and was successful in withdrawing 400/-, but the 1000/- was not reversed. I'm attaching the slip here.

                            Being a landlord of the bank building i regret to write this complaint that customers and myself are facing inconvenience due to unprofessional behavior of branch manager (Mr tenzin norfel). Below are the few points which i would like to mention.
                            1. Rent is not being credited within first week of every month.
                            2. Water bill and sewage bill is not being paid timely

                            Local people/customers are not being treated well. This behaviour is in regard to community based biased behaviour.

                            Please look into the issue with high priority and i am expecting a quick action from your end.

                                  Canara bank is perhaps the bank with wort service and incompetent staff. The check book they issued me always had problem, i have complained earlier as well, in past they uploaded a wrong a signature and now when it i fixed its cheque is not accepted in other bank, its an embarrassment plus i have to pay fine. Canara bank should take up the responsibility and fix it and pay the fine that i incurred for their mistake.

Even after several request sms alert charges are being debited on every quarter wich i never requested. Is it mandatory charges on all accounts since the transaction in this account is very minimum ani i never got any messages for this account.
