Sir,
I have booked a flight ticket from bhuvaneswar to bangalore through paytm on flight air asia. But the flight was cancelled by authority due to cyclone fani on bhuvaneswar. We contacted paytm and they initiated complete refund and they gave a transaction i'd for 3 passengers. The email screenshot is attached below. But it's been 10 days and no amount is reflected on the account. No response from bank branch too. The account branch is iit palakkad. Please do something needful

I have returned a product to amazon worth rupees 499, and the amount is still not been received by me. The company amazon has confirmed that the amount has been initiated from their side and explained that the problem is from the bank side. When i contacted the bank they are not corporating regarding the same and blaming the company amazon. I want to get it resolved as soon as possible as i am not able to understand where the problem is from.

Hey there! I have booked train tickets from paytm through canara bank debit card and my booking has failed but money got deducted so my reference number is 74766519119916236474899 so i just want to complaint regarding this and ask them to initiate my refund as soon as possible and it has been more than 9 days when it is asked to paytm customer care they told to contact bank and when we contact bank they don't give us a proper response fed up of this. Take this seriously and please take action upon it. Or else it will be a serious issue

I called the customer care number of amazon and they told me that the refund was initiated by them. On 16th April I was transferred amount to the another account from using phonepe but amount was debited from my canara bank account but didn't credit to the receiver account and amount didn't refund also so please check the status and refund the debited amount.

I had done atm withdrawal transaction on 28/04/2019 for rs 10000/_ from other bank atm. The amount was not dispensed but the amount debited from account. The claim form duly filled was submitted to home branch on 30/04/2019. Till date branch has not responded.

Due to the cancellation of the bus I booked, paytm was supposed to refund me an amount of Rs.815 which they said was processed on[protected]. But I haven't recieved the refund yet. I've a made a transaction on 13/04/2019 on Myntra and paid through phone pe wallet using my Canara Bank rupay card and transaction got failed but the amount was debited from my account.
ARN number-[protected], even after 15 days of the generation of the ARN number I've not recieved the refund.
Please help ASAP

On 26th april I tried to withdraw an amount of 500 but the balance got deducted and I didn't get cash from the atm machine. What is the procedure of getting back or I will recieve it automatically after a few days and if so in how many days will I receive it.

I'm amitesh baran banerjee a customer of canara bank a/c no - [protected] virtual address - cnrb0003708, branch - sonari, jamshedpur - 831011.
On 6th of may, 2019 i have use a sbi atm (Ashiana gardens sonari) to withdraw 1000/- from my account but there was some fault in the machine, the money couldn't come out properly. I thought of pulling the money, but before even touching it, the security personnel of that particular atm told ne not to because it may tear the note or it my damage my fingers. So i didn't do anything, the money went inside again and a receipt came showing that 1000/- has been deducted.
I then tried the atm again and was successful in withdrawing 400/-, but the 1000/- was not reversed. I'm attaching the slip here.

Being a landlord of the bank building i regret to write this complaint that customers and myself are facing inconvenience due to unprofessional behavior of branch manager (Mr tenzin norfel). Below are the few points which i would like to mention.
1. Rent is not being credited within first week of every month.
2. Water bill and sewage bill is not being paid timely

Local people/customers are not being treated well. This behaviour is in regard to community based biased behaviour.

Please look into the issue with high priority and i am expecting a quick action from your end.

Canara bank is perhaps the bank with wort service and incompetent staff. The check book they issued me always had problem, i have complained earlier as well, in past they uploaded a wrong a signature and now when it i fixed its cheque is not accepted in other bank, its an embarrassment plus i have to pay fine. Canara bank should take up the responsibility and fix it and pay the fine that i incurred for their mistake.

Submitted at hdfc bank is rejected and reason given is - chq_not_issued. I have salary account with canara bank for past three years and this is the reason they showing. Canara bank must understand that they are not doing favour on customer by opening account, if you are not able to provide service please inform u so that we can move to some other bank which is actually capable of providing service.
