bhim transaction

Sir, i booked a ticket from irctc and paid using bhim pay app at 04.05.2019 at around 9:41 am. The payment went succefully but while redirecting the page . Irctc is should that paymant is still pending with the bank. The money is deducted from my account but my ticket is not done. Please look in to this i don't have enough money to rebook my plan. not transferring sukanya samriddhi account to other bank

Had opened sukanya samriddhi account with canara bank hinjewadi branch.
Since i am getting facilities in hdfc bank like online access of account to view balance, online transfer of money to ssa from linked account, i had approached canara bank to initiate transfer of same account to hdfc bank where i am getting better facilities.

As per govt rules and regulation we are allowed to transfer ssa to any post office or bank...

regarding online transaction

I had used paytm upi to transfer money to uts (Irctc) app for season ticket between chennai beach to tambaram (497.50 rupees) on 30/april/2019. Money has been debited from my account and service not provided. So then i further booked the ticket using debit card and so ticket booked this time.
