Sir, I have cancelled two products in amazon on 14th May 2019 of which I have paid through my debit card.But I have not got my refund yet in my account.By talking to Amazon Customer Care I got to know that they have initiated the refund on 14th and 15th may respectively of the two cancelled products, the reference code of the two products given by amazon are 460096 and 717649.Till today(23rd May 2019)I have not received the refund yet.So, please see to this matter and as soon as possible resolve it.

After the complain which I have registered, noone call me or e-mailed me.But on Fifth day of the complain I received one refund and another refund I received in two to three days after the one.

    I purchased a shirt from amazon. I canceled this order on 14th may 2019. then i asked amazon for refund of Rs. 1566.47. amazon customer care told that the money will be refunded within 21st may 2019 to my canara bank account no[protected], but still when i didn't receive the refund amount. I contacted Amazon for the same and they replied that they have already refunded the amount and provided me a reference id - 379715 and asked me to check with this id. When i visited bank they are refusing to take any action with the reference id provided by amazon and saying to check with amazon.
    No one is taking any responsibility so i am unable to get my money back. please help me out.

      I purchased a product on amazon on 7th of this month using my canara bank debit card same was not received and i asked then for refund. As per their confirmation refund was initiated on 20 th of this month maximum time frame was 5 days. Still it was not reflected in my account. They had provided the refund reference number as. I had contacted your customer service number they is no proper response hence i mail you. Please check and confirm the status if your response was worst in mail too i'm going to file in banking ombudsman.

        This is dhanalakshmi. I have purchased product on amazon, due to some issue, i canceled and supposed to give refund of 499.
        From amazon, i got mail that

        "your refund of rs.499 has been processed successfully on 5/14/2019. The amount should reflect in your account by 5/20/2019.

        The authorization code (Refund reference number) for the transaction is 932889.

        In case you do not receive the refund within 5 business days, please contact your bank’s customer care and mention the above authorization code (Refund reference number). Please remember that you will have to call your bank’s customer care center and not visit the branch for this query.

        Some nationalized banks may take more time than usual to credit the refund. If your bank is unable to locate the refund with the authorization code provided, please dispute the transaction as 'refund not processed'. On disputing the transaction, the bank will see a pending refund and will follow the path back to our payment processor to locate the refund."

        Till now i didnt get my money. If i call canara bank customer service, they are not responsing properly.

        So i request you to take proper steps to initiate my refund amount 499/-

          I am attended call for banking job in axis bank. The person tell me the attend interview in axis bank vashi. And filing application form for rs 50 charge. I am filed up form and pay online 50/- but i am try the otp 3 time but transaction are failed. He ask the "what happens?"ask for message i am mistakenly and indirectly tell otp. But i am not received message money are cut from account (Rs 36000/-). But 1 st 3 transaction are not tell otp but money cut from account. And i am not share atm no cvv no.

            I recently went to canara bank guindy branch requesting a letter of outstanding balance for my visa process. The main part of my letter was to mention my account num as well manager's name so that he may be contacted by the embassy for future references. But, my letter contained no basic details of the account holder hence, i requested for a letter change for which he accepted with a hesitation. The second letter also lacked basic grammars and as per the embassy the letter should provided by the bank should be in coloured format.. He denied those and humiliated me in front of other customer questioning about my english knowledge and finally he changed the letter. Now my question is is this the way to treat a customer? I maintain a balance of 8 lakh and with no such respect i was humiliated. Then what will be the condition of people maintaining least balance. My visa application is getting delayed because of his lethargic behaviour. As a manager he should abide by the customer satisfaction not by humiliating them and making their future in vain.

              My is Ankit kumar i ordered huwaei y9 2019 of RS. 13990 in amazon on date 15 -may -2019 and after cancelled the order due to personal issue on 15-May-2019. And on 16-02-19 Amazon initiated the amount to my card but i still didn't get the money Amazon sent the reference number 325948 and tol me to fill the charge dispute form but canara bank doesn't have such policy, so please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent.

                  I have placed the order from amazon for a khushal k plazzo kurti set amounting rs. 1399 on 11 th may and cancelled the same on 14 th may but till yet not received the refund. I have called the amazon customer service and bank also atleast thrice since then but no response and i have also filed the charge dispute earlier but not getting any reply. Its a shame on the part of bank and amazon too that for such a pity amount i am wasting my time to get the refund. Kindly, process my refund as soon as possible coz i m really pissed off and cant bear this # for no reason. I have a canara bank savings accounting that ends with 5738. Now i m warning whosoever is responsible to this nonsense i want my refund asap. The order id is[protected].

                      I have recharged for mobile balance on 10.05.2019 from amazon pay. An amount of rs. 428 was debited from my canara bank account no.[protected].

                      The recharge was failed. And the amount was refunded to my banker.in spite of this the banker is not crediting back my money to my account.

                        I have purchased one kurti from amazon on 11 may amounting rs. 1399 paid by my rupay card ending with 5884 and the same has been cancelled on 14th may 2019 but the refund has not yet been credited to my account since then. This is my 4th complaint regarding this issue and till yet no action has been taken till now and i m really fed of this kind of issue that i m facing for no reason. I want you to take some action in this regard and plz credit my amount of refund to my bank account ending 5378 as soon as possible as i m really pissed off and i dont want this to happen again.

                              Both debited and credited are effected by bankin sector channel
                              In my opinion this should not be fraud case but may be there is fraud probable case

                                      I had purchased a product from amazon on 8th may through my canara bank debit card. Due to technical issues i had returned back the product on 10th may to the same amazon seller. They had intimated me that amount will be refunded by 16th may.
