On 3rd april 2019 an unauthorized transaction was done and a sum of amount rs. 40, 000/- included with service charge 23.4 x 4 = 94.40/- total amount = 40, 094.40 deducted from the above said account without my knowledge.
At that time i was on my school duty at kv no.2 delhi cantt having my debit card with me, this was purely a fraud case of illegal transaction.
First two amount deduction message from bank side did not received on my registered mobile number after getting third transaction massage of rs. 10, 000 with service charge 23.4 i tried to block my debit card and tried to send the message a number of times on 56161 but failed to transfer the message.
This was also a negative attitude and improper response from the bank side also. Earlier in the month of august 2018 i faced same situation of amount 1328/- unauthorized transaction from my account also, i have complained to bank authority of subroto park brach of delhi cantt, but did not get any response from bank till date.

As a valuable customer of your bank it was very disappointing for me.
Therefore it's my humble request to you please look into the matter deeply and find the ways how my debit card get cloned when my debit card was with me. So that such worse situation never faced in future. Please revert all unauthorized transaction amount as soon as possible, as you are a part of public services your co-operation and coordination to revert my amount is very worthful for me.
Looking positive and necessary action towards you with the earliest way..

The staff here is very rude to their customers.
They take customers for granted.
They don't listen to the queries properly resulting in misunderstanding and unresolved problem.
They are verbally not in control, use bad gestures too.

      I have ordered blazer in amazon and retuned the product in the same date of delivery. Amazon company staff telling already made refund on 26 march 2019. This is your bank problem. Thry told to contact bank. But till not received the refund amount to my canara bank account. Amazon refund ref. No.74332749087908554649836 kindly check and refund the amount.

        Yesterday on 2nd april 2019 i tried to withdraw cash from my nearest atm punjab national bank but cash did not came out but it was debited from my account.
        i use canara bank atm and my account no is[protected] and i tried to withdraw Rs. 1600/- but it did not came due to server error.
        I tried to contact customer care of canara bank and they said it will be reversed back within 24 hours.
        its been 24 hours and i have not received my cash back.
        i am student and i really need back my money.
        i request you to please solve my problem as early as possible

          Hi,
          I am sai swathi from visakhapatnam. I have placed order in amazon for two items which is of amount 1, 979 through canara bank on 26 march 2019. I have cancelled the order immediately on the same day i. E. 26 march 2019. I received the mail that refund process has begun and amount will be refund back by 2nd april 2019. But i didn't get amount. I complained this already to amazon and even canara bank. I also got a refund reference number from amazon. Kindly help me with this. Two items of amount 1, 979 have to get back.

            Dear sir
            I have not got my refund on amazon whwre my product was cancelled. Amazon told me that they have refunded in bank but bank did not showed my balance in account. So kindly do it on priority. I am facing this problem form many days and i have visited bank also but no use of it. So please do needful i have wasted lot of time int it so please help me to solve this issue.

              Dear sir,
              I want to inform you that i naincy prajapati, is finding difficulty while login into the canara scholar's portal from the time it has been upgraded. While registering, it shows that my e-mail id has been registered with the multiple candidates which i think is not possible because prior to this upgradation, i was easily able to login to the portal.
              Please do something or suggest some necessary measures so that i can see the details regarding my fellowship status.

                  I am a regular customer of canara bank-pranati das . I am facing a issue with a refund which has been initiated by chhajed gardens of ₹ 554 on 26/03/2019 at 12:30 p. M. on my account no.[protected]. The reference no. Is -"5c99cdb264c86" . The given deadline of 7 days have passed but i have still not received my refund. P lease solve the issue as soon as possible.

                  I am trying to contact your customer care service but it's not getting connected instead it is saying that the number that I have dialed is Incorrect.. Is this is your customer service ??? Could you please do something so that I can talk to your customer care..
                  The cashier person who works in elanad branch( I don't know the name, he recently arrived to this branch. Nonfare guy with spex and little bald) is having poor service and manners. Old person if I am right Mr krishna Kumar was brilliant person to treat people. Please transfer this person. Or else we have to start depend on sbi again.

                      Have my account in kotkapura branch (2104 branch code).. I am guarantor in my wifes firm. I am proprietor in my firm ajay impex. On 30th of march without my knowledge my account was debited by rs826000 and the amount was transferred to my that company. And when contacted with the branch they replied in abrupt manner.. Kinly guide me what to be done.. Should i be going to consumer court for this after being associated with this bank for last fifteen years..

                        I have drawn 2000 rs on canera bank atm located in lodha heritage bhopar road dombivali east on 17/03/2019 for axis bank account. But during cash counting the power of the atm machine is off so i did't received the 2000 cash on that atm but 2000 rs is deducted from my account. I have not received the 2000 rs back to my account till date. Please look into matter.

                                I was booking a train ticket through goibibo amounted of rs930, but due to technical error the ticket did not got booked but the amount got deducted from my canara bank account.
                                Now the problem is that goibibo has sent me the txt message of refund but it is not reflecting in my bank account.
                                I am pasting the message received for the same.

                                  I applied for new debit card in the month of december 2018 on line. I got a message that the debit card is ready and asked meto contact the branch. I wrote to the branch on 28th dec 2018 expressing my inability to visit the branch as i am 80 years old and my present location is coimbatore which address is also registered with them. Following this i wrote to circle office and also to one mr butt of the head office. I received no reply from any of them. I have my pension account also with them. I am not able to draw any money for the past 3 months. Kindly intervene and help me to get the card by post for which i am prepared to pay the charges if any.

                                    Deducted from your orders amount, so please check for the rs.365.00 amount in your bank account

                                      I placed an order of ₹ 479 on amazon.in(COD), but since the product was defective I returned the item and asked for refund in my bank account which I haven't received yet . The bank claims that they haven't received any amount neither in my or their account though the refund was initiated on 7/03/19 . Refund reference number[protected]

                                      Refund was initiated on 3/07/19 and it should have been credited to my bank account by 14/03/19 and considering the delay it takes for the amount to reflect in my bank account, the amount should have been in my account by at most 21/03/19
                                      Pls look into this and help me out .

                                        Refund was initiated by amazon on 19 march and the promised date was 26 march for successful transfer of the amount. Still i havent received any refund and canara executive told me to wait for 45 days. Really disappointing.
                                        The reference id is also provided but the executive denied to check for it and asked me to wait for 45 days. The refund refernce id for it is[protected].

                                        I returned my mobile to amazon of amount rs 10989, they refund my money to debit card-[protected] with transition no-75503729071027732195503.
                                        But Canara Bank didn't passed it into my account. This transition was done on 11 March2019 to my debit card.
