    I was booking a train ticket through goibibo amounted of rs930, but due to technical error the ticket did not got booked but the amount got deducted from my canara bank account.
    Now the problem is that goibibo has sent me the txt message of refund but it is not reflecting in my bank account.
    I am pasting the message received for the same.

      My sb a/c number[protected] meenambal
      I applied for new debit card in the month of december 2018 on line. I got a message that the debit card is ready and asked meto contact the branch. I wrote to the branch on 28th dec 2018 expressing my inability to visit the branch as i am 80 years old and my present location is coimbatore which address is also registered with them. Following this i wrote to circle office and also to one mr butt of the head office. I received no reply from any of them. I have my pension account also with them. I am not able to draw any money for the past 3 months. Kindly intervene and help me to get the card by post for which i am prepared to pay the charges if any.

          I placed an order of β‚Ή 479 on amazon.in(COD), but since the product was defective I returned the item and asked for refund in my bank account which I haven't received yet . The bank claims that they haven't received any amount neither in my or their account though the refund was initiated on 7/03/19 . Refund reference number[protected]

          Refund was initiated on 3/07/19 and it should have been credited to my bank account by 14/03/19 and considering the delay it takes for the amount to reflect in my bank account, the amount should have been in my account by at most 21/03/19
          Pls look into this and help me out .

            Refund was initiated by amazon on 19 march and the promised date was 26 march for successful transfer of the amount. Still i havent received any refund and canara executive told me to wait for 45 days. Really disappointing.
            The reference id is also provided but the executive denied to check for it and asked me to wait for 45 days. The refund refernce id for it is[protected].
            Canara Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
            I returned my mobile to amazon of amount rs 10989, they refund my money to debit card-[protected] with transition no-75503729071027732195503.
            But Canara Bank didn't passed it into my account. This transition was done on 11 March2019 to my debit card.

                  On 7th jan, 2019 around evening 7 pm, i tried to withdraw rs.1000/- from malleswaram branch atm. I was using iob debit card.

                  Twice it got debited but money never came out. We checked with atm security man, he said there is an issue in atm. Only one 1000/- got reversed, second 1000/- was not reversed.

                  We checked with iob branch as per your malleswaram branch manager and simultaneously iob raised a complaint. Your branch rejected the claim.

                  When we approached your malleswaram branch manager, he expressed his inablity to help us.

                  Please advice us what to do in get our money back?

                    I had made a purchase on amazon but had initiated a return and refund request. I had provided my canara bank account details for the refund amount to be deposited by amazon. The amazon billing team had confirmed that they have initiated the refund amount of inr. 549.00 on 12th march 2019 into my bank account but the amount has not been reflected till now in my bank account.                         I bought a product on 5 march from amazon, nd i return that order but refunded amount doesn't show in my account.. The last date of refund amount is 22 march... I call customer care of canara bank nd it didn't solve properly.. Amazon gave me a reference no75503729076027869637314... Sir plse tell me about money...                           During the online payment transactions of an examination fee for osmania college of engineering located in hyderabad an amount inr 3, 017.70 was deducted.

                          The payment id # 100343.

                          This was on march 11, 2019 at 17:28 hours.

                          I was waited, hoping that it will return it back automatically. However as of now, funds are not transferred back.

                            I recently changed my mobile number but it didn't change my otp number? I tried talking to the bank "officials" they just keep telling me to wait. I need a solution to this now. I've been going to the bank back and forth and i'm honestly soo tired, changing a mobile number should not be this freaking hard, either change the number or let me know so i can change banks

                              I need it Back. I have waited for 2 weeks. Still more i cant wait. if i ask flipkart person. they are blaming on you. I visited the bank twice. if i ask bank person they are blaming on flipkart. where i do go to complaint.Please refund my Rs.910 on 9 March 19.

                                  I wanted to change my registered mobile number as i lost my previous number and otp was going to my old number. I went to the bank and applied for updation of registered mob number. But surprisingly it got updated only for sms services, not for otp which is the important one. My transactions are pending for months as this one is my primary account. Now, i get atm withdrawal smss and balance etc. That's it. So, i visited the bank several times, wrote application again and again, made them check the status, only for this but no use..! I called customer care and they told me to go to bank and tell them to delete my old number from the server and all. I did that but bank official deosnt understand. Customer care official told me to send e-mail complaints too, to some id's. I did that too, but no reply...! I still get the transaaction web page where it shows otp has been sent to my old number. I was having problem with my internet banking service (Which is another story), so i was adjusting with my mobile banking, and now i am stuck as i cant recieve otp at all. I am really upset as there is a lots of things pending. I want my number changed asap.

                                    On 1.3.19 i made two transaction for rs 12548 with saravana stores the legend thro'online using debit card. Two transactions were failed but till date amount not refunded and not credited in my a/c. I submitted compliant on 6.3.19 regarding this, reply from bank is with in 2 to 3 days amount will be credited in a/c. Till date no refund. Our money is with you for the past 20days please verify and refund as early as possible.

                                    regarding the above complaint I enquired about this with beneficiary end(saravanastoreslegend the legend, Padi branch) they told amount was refunded to your bank 18.3.19. but bank says not yet. are they playing with customers. I am running 59 years and I have to go to bank at least 4 to 5 times but there is no solution.( have it in mind this is summer too hot)very poor response from ayanavaram branch staff and I am ready to cancelled my a/c as soon as my amount is refund

                                    today I went to bank and met one lady staff (I think she is assistant manager) regarding the above again she told it will take another 15days. I was shocked and I told her that after refund of my amount I am going to close my a/c she got angry and handed this matter to branch manager(see the responsibility and dedication of this kind of staff) I have narrated every thing to manager and he promised me that he will do his best. today evening itself I received my money after 26days which is credited in my a/c. thanks to ayanavaram branch manager Mr.sankarapandian. every staff of bank should have responsibilityand they have to realise that they are getting salary from customer's money.

                                      I am seeing discrepancy in mine loan account statements, where rs 11517 is got deducted from mine loan account towards tata aig,

                                      Without prior mine notice the amount rs 11, 517.00 is got deducted towards tata aig, which i have not taken.
                                      This is really major concern for customer who avail loan in canara bank, how they operate without prior to customer knowledge.

                                      I have visited the bank, they say that you have signed the clause and its mandatory to avail property insurance, but as per mine knowledge this is not mandatory as per rbi guidelines.

                                        Tried withdrawal of 1500rs in canara bank atm, ramamurthy nagar krishna reddy layout on[protected] at 18:07:50. Amount was deducted from my account however cash was not dispatched through the atm machine. Funds not yet refunded to my hdfc bank account. How many days will it take for funds to get refunded? It's already been more than 3 months but issue is not resolved. Atm tally should have shown differential amount. Why is the fund not refunded to the customer? Who will bare the interest cost for holding my money of 1500 for more than 3 months

Amazon costumer care say your amount transfer on your id[protected] to bank but amount not refund but canra bank costomer say no any amount refunded on your id please solve my problem and refund my amount in my accounts early

                                        A/C XX0407 linked to card XX0748 debited Rs 549.00 on 07/03/2019 POS txn.
                                        Our branch is located in Vallam, Thanjavur district. The manager and the appraiser working in canara bank Vallam branch are handling customers in a very bad manner..
