I cancelled my order from amazon.in on 28th March 2019. They are confirming that they sent refund amount to my canara bank account. But still now i didn't receive any amount and i am really confused whether the problem is with amazon.in or canara bank and this is not the first time happening whenever i pay by canara bank and cancelled the order and always my refund stuck. Pls resolve my issue.

I made a transaction on 26 march 2019 by using my card ending with 0768. Amazone. India refunded amount for rs-5049 into the card ending with 0768 on 27 march 2019 on 4 april 2019 amazone. India provided the refund reference number[protected] the refund amount still not credited into my account. Kindly look into the transaction and help me to get the refund....
