I have orderd tattva water purifier from amazon using Canada bank debit card and for some reasons I cancelled my order. Amazon sent reference code:75503729092028317372538 for collecting the money from bank. I contacted Canada bank customer care number and who picked the phone was irresponsible and he was not responding properly. He said that amazon have only not send the money and our bank would have refunded at the time they have sent the money. He said afterwards within 45days the amount would come. It has been more than a week the amount is not refunded from bank. Worst response from Canara bank. I am asking you that to return my money faster.

      I have paid rs. 7299 from my debit card on 31st march, 2019 to amazon for the transaction which has been later on cancelled on the same say but i have not received a refund till yet of my amount. Its been 11 days for such a nuisance. I have to call the customer care everyday wasting my time for the issue to be resolved in which i have no fault. Kindly help me in this regard and credit my refund as soon as possible

        I have purchase envent beatz earphone in amazon rs.439 cash back 100 total amount rs 330 payment option debit card. But this product is return and amazon pay refund data 3 april but canara bank not credited this balance in my account.
        Canara bank says this amount is allotted 4/5 working days but not credited amount in my account and not clearly answer this problem.

          This is seethalakshmi account holder of canara bank sb ac no[protected], vadapalani branch, chennai.

          On 3rd april i made a transaction for paying property tax ₹2090 through net banking process.
          Unfortunately my account has been debited, but failed to credit the benificiary account.
          I also contacted customer care on the same day. They assured me it will be credited within
          Four working daystill 9 th april. Yet to receive my refund.. Please do it at the earliest.

              Hello sir

              I Mohit Pandey have take education loan from your bank .

              I have applied for subsidy in the first year but have received subsidy in my account for[protected] but not after that, because of which my interest is increasing very fast continuously .

              Please, I request you to claim the subsidy for moratorium period.
              Which I have not received yet because of Banks fault.
              And also,
              As I have checked I have received the subsidy of[protected] but it is not credited yet on my account.

              So, I request Canara bank haldwani to take strict action against this and revert back me back as soon as possible.

                My return was pick up at 2nd of april nd refund of 399 have also been initiated on 2nd april on my account but due too failure of the banking transaction it was not credited to my account.. It has been more than 8-9 days as it has a maximum time of refund is 4-5 business days but till now the refund is not credited to my account plzz its a humble request to solve my problm nd credit my 399 on my account

                An amount of Rs 2250/- has been debited three times from our a/c No[protected] and[protected] on 23/03/2019 towards BUS TICKET CHARGES. all these transactions are failed .refund is awaiting. please takeup the matter urgently to get amount as early as possible
                Please release the refunded amount from amazan, , sir on 13/03/2019 used canar bank ATM credit card for the purpose pf mobile recharging with amazan pay valet..in that transcation 2 attempts failed but amount deducted. Now from amazan refund initiated, , so you can release 49 rupees credit to my account

                    My name is Nisreen M Ali. I have an account in canara bank aluva, ekm branch.. i have purchased an item from paytm. Due to mismatch of product i have returned the product and requested for refund. They told that refund have been done to my account but the cash is not credited.. please process and do what ever necessary. I have contacted the customer care of paytm they told the refund had done already.. when i checked my account no money has beed credited.. i have contacted bank also..

                      I made a imps funds transfer of rs. 5000 to uco bank on 25/mar/2019 through mobile banking and the transaction failed, the transaction id:[protected] still i did receive any refund or the amount didn't go to the other bank. It's been around 13 days since then. Please take action on this complaint.

                        As per subject above amazon product will cancelled and they intiate my money in 30.3.2019 they tell that your money will within 4 to 5 businuss days but till now money will not come to my account and they tell that contact bank customer care with refrence number and the bank customer care tell it take 45 days to refund your amount please return my amount immediatly

                          I (Kamalesh verma) purchased one item from amazon on 17/03/2019 using my canara bank debit card. Latter the item i found was not satisfactory that i cancel the item and ask for refund. As per their confirmation refund was initiated on 30/03/2019 and maximum time frame for refund was 5 days. Still it was not reflected in my account number. They had provided the refund reference number for the transaction is[protected].
                          Please help me.

                            I purchased a product in amazon from canara bank upi and returned it for refund. I inquired with amazon customer care, they said they processed the refund to bank on 24th march with reference id:[protected] which is given by amazon customer care. But till money has not been credited to my account. Please do consider this complaint and credit money to my account.

                              I purchased a product on amazon on 26th of march using my canara bank debit card same was not received and i asked then for refund. As per their confirmation refund was initiated on 31st of march maximum time frame was 5 days. Still it was not reflected in my account.                               I had contacted your customer service number they is no proper response hence i mail you. Please check and confirm the status if your response was worst in mail too i'm going to file in banking ombudsman.

                                      I cancelled my order from amazon.in on 28th March 2019. They are confirming that they sent refund amount to my canara bank account. But still now i didn't receive any amount and i am really confused whether the problem is with amazon.in or canara bank and this is not the first time happening whenever i pay by canara bank and cancelled the order and always my refund stuck. Pls resolve my issue.

                                        I made a transaction on 26 march 2019 by using my card ending with 0768. Amazone. India refunded amount for rs-5049 into the card ending with 0768 on 27 march 2019 on 4 april 2019 amazone. India provided the refund reference number[protected] the refund amount still not credited into my account. Kindly look into the transaction and help me to get the refund.
