I returned a product (Chevit shoes) which i had paid through my canara bank debit card only to be refunded within 5 days from date of receipt back by amazon i. E on 31st march as it turned out to be a defective piece. I did call amazon's customer care, according to them they are done with the full criteria but my bank account does not show the refund as such. I hereby also submit a screenshot of the mail which i received from amazon regarding the same. I hope you solve this problem soon since it's been more than 10 days from the date which was supposed to be actual receipt date!

    I wanted to change my registered mobile number as i lost my previous number. My transactions are pending. I called customer care and they told me to go to bank and tell them to delete my old number from the server and all. I did that but bank official doesn't understand. I was having problem with my internet banking service, i cant recieve otp at all.

      Hello i had purchased an product from amazon and i paid through debit card of rupay which belongs to canara bank.. Later due to some person reasons i cancelled the order and the same refund of rs 269.00 has initiated the refund on same date on[protected] and as per amazon mail they said the amount should be reflect in account by[protected]... But still now i did not get the amount.. I had contacted amazon they given me a reference number of refund... The authorization code (Refund reference number) for the transaction is[protected]... Please refund the money in my account.. Thanking you

          I had housing loan in february-2006 canarabank kollegal branch of rs 360000.00 (Rs three lakh sixty thousand only) at 240 monts of duration. My hosing loan recovery starts date is february-2007 at emi 3230/ month. My hosing loan closing date is 2027, but the compuer system shows the incorrect closing date 2015. I write request to branch manager to correct the wrong date (I enclose all the request letter). But no use, so i'm request u to correct housing loan closing date.

            I am a pension holder and my age is 75. I am getting my pension through canara bank account at palpannai junction, nagercoil-1, kanyakumari dist, tamilnadu. My sb account number is :[protected]. On[protected] i tryed to withdraw rs.10, 000/- using my canara bank atm debit card at indian overseas bank atm, marthandam. But due to the failure of transaction i did't receive the cash from the atm machine. But the amount was debitted from my account. Till now the failured transaction amount was not re-credited in my account.. So kindly make the arrangement to re-credit the amount in my account.

              I have orderd tattva water purifier from amazon using Canada bank debit card and for some reasons I cancelled my order. Amazon sent reference code:75503729092028317372538 for collecting the money from bank. I contacted Canada bank customer care number and who picked the phone was irresponsible and he was not responding properly. He said that amazon have only not send the money and our bank would have refunded at the time they have sent the money. He said afterwards within 45days the amount would come. It has been more than a week the amount is not refunded from bank. Worst response from Canara bank. I am asking you that to return my money faster.

                  I have paid rs. 7299 from my debit card on 31st march, 2019 to amazon for the transaction which has been later on cancelled on the same say but i have not received a refund till yet of my amount. Its been 11 days for such a nuisance. I have to call the customer care everyday wasting my time for the issue to be resolved in which i have no fault. Kindly help me in this regard and credit my refund as soon as possible

                      This is seethalakshmi account holder of canara bank sb ac no[protected], vadapalani branch, chennai.

                      On 3rd april i made a transaction for paying property tax ₹2090 through net banking process.
                      Unfortunately my account has been debited, but failed to credit the benificiary account.
                      I also contacted customer care on the same day. They assured me it will be credited within
                      Four working daystill 9 th april. Yet to receive my refund.. Please do it at the earliest.

                          I Mohit Pandey have take education loan from your bank .

                          I have applied for subsidy in the first year but have received subsidy in my account for[protected] but not after that, because of which my interest is increasing very fast continuously .

                          Please, I request you to claim the subsidy for moratorium period.
                          Which I have not received yet because of Banks fault.
                          And also,
                          As I have checked I have received the subsidy of[protected] but it is not credited yet on my account.

                          So, I request Canara bank haldwani to take strict action against this and revert back me back as soon as possible.

                            My return was pick up at 2nd of april nd refund of 399 have also been initiated on 2nd april on my account but due too failure of the banking transaction it was not credited to my account.. It has been more than 8-9 days as it has a maximum time of refund is 4-5 business days but till now the refund is not credited to my account plzz its a humble request to solve my problm nd credit my 399 on my account

                                      I (Kamalesh verma) purchased one item from amazon on 17/03/2019 using my canara bank debit card. Latter the item i found was not satisfactory that i cancel the item and ask for refund. As per their confirmation refund was initiated on 30/03/2019 and maximum time frame for refund was 5 days.
