Sir, i had purchase a product from amazon on 5th of this month n i return that product to amazon on 6th, and on 7 of this month they inititaed amount in my account. As per bank rule in five days it will come in my account but yet it didnt came. So they provided me refund reference no.[protected]. I contact in bank but they said such type of information they dnt hv.

      Earlier I got refund amounts from the flipkart but this time we didn't get a refund amount of rupees 2144 from the bank, the flipkart agencies confirmed that they were completed their refund issue on feb 13th and even mailed us the refrence number. We contacted Flipkart customer care services before and they said our refund amount is initiated by flipkart but the bank doesn't approving the amount..We can't go the bank address now so we're complaining here.
      Please solve this problem as much as possible..

        Hi sir.am from tamilnadu and i situated in katheri.Here we have our bank branch (canara bank). Last few years I make my all transactions only in your bank only.But today 14/3/19 i went to the bank for make my passbook entry and deposit some amount. Casheir mr. Pradeep told me to wait few minutes.i wait for more than 45 minutes. Then only i go to asked about my passbook entry and deposit chalan to mr. Pradeep sir.
        But their responce was too too bad. They said " we did not do your work only..!! At that time no one in the bank.!! Both i and pradeep had a very bad discussions about this bad responce!! Finally cashier mr. Pradeep try to beaten me suddenly i came out from bank.!! Is this your bank responce sir..!? If you did take any action i make my complaint issue to the police station..!! If you have any doubt sir please check the cctv footage between 10.45am to 11.30 am..!! Last four months i asked for credit card to the manager from now there is no responce for that and till now i did not get the credit card..!! I felt very very shame for this incident.!! Nobody work for half of their salary. Then get the point what are they doing in the bank..!? Surrounding peoples get spinach to go the bank..!! Please take severe action about this incident sir..!!

          I wanted to change my registered mobile number as i lost my previous number and otp was going to my old number.

          I went to the bank and applied for updation of registered mob number. But surprisingly it got updated only for sms services, not for otp which is the important one. My transactions are pending as this one is my primary account.

          Now, i get atm withdrawal smss and balance etc. That's it.
          So, i visited the bank several times, wrote application again and again, made them check the status, only for this but no use..!

          I called customer care and they told me to go to bank and tell them to delete my old number from the server and all. I did that but bank official deosnt understand. Customer care official told me to send e-mail complaints too, to some id's. I did that too, but no reply...!

          I still get the transaaction web page where it shows your account is not linked to any mobile number.

          And also facing problem in UPI registration it shows that my debit card is invalid.

              I asked them future but didnt received any assistance.
              Kindly look into thi matter urgently please.

              I have transacted yesterday for paying 560 rupees in mp high court rti cell but without successful transaction my account[protected] is debited and notification that shows transaction failed due to some technical problem kindly resolve this issue.
              I had ordered a headphone by amazon on 21st of February, refund amount of 1247 was initiated by amazon on 27feb... reference number is[protected]... customer care executive told me it will take 45days...but amazon says it will take a week to reflect back to my account.
              When will I get my amount back.

                    I am unable to receive amount in my account through all type of online payment options e.g nefti imps upi .                           I had made an online purchase from forever 21 on 16th january 2019 using my visa credit card ending 0008, however i returned the items and requested a refund which they initiated as per the email they sent me below:
                          "dear navita,

                          Thank you for reaching out to us! Kindly note that we have refunded rs.2069.10 against your order 20299006 on[protected] at 16:31:43. The amount will be reflected in your account within 4-5 working days. If you are unable to track the refunded amount after specified timeline, please check with your bank with arn no. 74056639029902809584029.

                          The amount has not reflected in my account even today which is 12 march 2019. I'd like the money refunded at the earliest please.

                            I’m an account holder in canara bank begur branch. I have been to this bank several times. The manager bharathi vasanth is very rude. She’s not concerned about the customers. Just give lame excuses if something is wrong. The way she talks to the customer is not responsible at all. She has a very rude behavior. Please authorities take responsible action. And please help the people.

                                      Through this forum i am writing to you in the hope of your urgent attention and action at the earliest possible time. Thanking you in advance.
                                      The matter: i am a post doctoral fellow o[censored]gc since 15th jan, 2015. My file no. F/pdfss[protected]st-man-2153 affiliated to manipur university. And that, i have been regularly receiving the updated fellowship amount of rs. 46500/- pm upto june 2018. However, for the quater of july-sept. 2018, i was credited by the bank with rs. 38800/- only pm. And my regular hra had been rs 4650/- but for the said quater only rs. 3000/- pm had been credicted. I had been waiting for the updated/due amount to be credicted unfortunately it had not happen keeping in mind the services i had been receiving i had remain silent. However, as every thing has an end so is my fellowship. I therefore request you to take this matter seriously and to kindly see that my due fellowship and hra for the above mention quater is credicted at the earliest since my fellowship will end soon and i am struggling for its completion.in doing so your helpful hand at work should do wonders at this critical juncture toward completion of my post doc research work.
