    There was some refund from myntra which is to be credited between 27 december, 2018 to 5-6 january, 2019 with refund reference no. 75503728363025748244777 and 75503728363025748253398.
    The refund has still not been credited into my account.
    We have been our branch also (Thana road, najafgarh), even they are not helping. Please help!

Per unone mana kar diya. Mere bar bar request ki per unono ne mana kar diya. Bad me kaha 1500 rupee lagege.                   Earlier I got refund amounts from the flipkart but this time we didn't get a refund amount of rupees 2144 from the bank, the flipkart agencies confirmed that they were completed their refund issue on feb 13th and even mailed us the refrence number. We contacted Flipkart customer care services before and they said our refund amount is initiated by flipkart but the bank doesn't approving the amount..We can't go the bank address now so we're complaining here.

                    Hi sir.am from tamilnadu and i situated in katheri.Here we have our bank branch (canara bank). Last few years I make my all transactions only in your bank only.But today 14/3/19 i went to the bank for make my passbook entry and deposit some amount. Casheir mr. Pradeep told me to wait few minutes.i wait for more than 45 minutes. Then only i go to asked about my passbook entry and deposit chalan to mr. Pradeep sir.
                    But their responce was too too bad. They said " we did not do your work only..!! At that time no one in the bank.!! Both i and pradeep had a very bad discussions about this bad responce!! Finally cashier mr. Pradeep try to beaten me suddenly i came out from bank.!! Is this your bank responce sir..!? If you did take any action i make my complaint issue to the police station..!! If you have any doubt sir please check the cctv footage between 10.45am to 11.30 am..!! Last four months i asked for credit card to the manager from now there is no responce for that and till now i did not get the credit card..!! I felt very very shame for this incident.!! Nobody work for half of their salary. Then get the point what are they doing in the bank..!? Surrounding peoples get spinach to go the bank..!! Please take severe action about this incident sir..!!

                      I wanted to change my registered mobile number as i lost my previous number and otp was going to my old number.

                      I went to the bank and applied for updation of registered mob number. But surprisingly it got updated only for sms services, not for otp which is the important one. My transactions are pending as this one is my primary account.

                      Now, i get atm withdrawal smss and balance etc. That's it.
                      So, i visited the bank several times, wrote application again and again, made them check the status, only for this but no use..!

                      I called customer care and they told me to go to bank and tell them to delete my old number from the server and all. I did that but bank official deosnt understand. Customer care official told me to send e-mail complaints too, to some id's. I did that too, but no reply...!

                      I still get the transaaction web page where it shows your account is not linked to any mobile number.

                                      I had made an online purchase from forever 21 on 16th january 2019 using my visa credit card ending 0008, however i returned the items and requested a refund which they initiated as per the email they sent me below:

                                        I’m an account holder in canara bank begur branch. I have been to this bank several times. The manager bharathi vasanth is very rude. She’s not concerned about the customers. Just give lame excuses if something is wrong. The way she talks to the customer is not responsible at all. She has a very rude behavior.
