I ordered an item from amazon.in, and used CANARA BANK SAVING BANK DEBIT CARD to purchase an item, but the product did not delivered. The dealer have initiated full refund. The refund has been completed as of 18th OF OCTOBER 2018, but the money has not been credited to my bank account yet. It has been 13 Days since the refund was initiated.

The Authorization Code (Refund Reference Number) for the transaction is 337904.

I ordered jeans from mantra via phone pay debit card. I returned the product. Phone pay updated that they credited the amount on 22/10/2018. Then i waited for 10 days but amount not reflected back in my account. I call customer care services but they told there was no amount credited in my account. Their services are not well. I call at my branch office jalandhar but they are not interested in my complaints. I am attaching the reference no....
