On 28-oct-2018, i booked a flight ticket from delhi, but due to unavoidable problem, i have cancelled it.
Yatra refunded an amount of 5355 inr after canceling my transaction dated 28-oct-2018, but i didn't receive yet in my account.

It already too late.
Kindly look at it.

      I made a transaction during tatkal booking of a ticket at irctc using my canara bank account through phone pe. I couldn't book the ticket but amount was deducted.
      According to irctc the refund is made to phone pe and also phone pe has made the refund to my account on 21st october 2018. But that refund has not reflected on my bank account yet.

        I am totally diseased with the worst service ever seen in canara bank.. My name is paul immanuel i am writing this letter to complaint on high priority since my pass book got over & i went to kgf canara bank to ask for new one & it was very urgent why because i need to apply for some personal loan were they asked me for last 6 months bank statement. So in this regard i approached to bank for the help of passbook and the lady with speckes telling me to get my photo for the passbook.. So even i went with photo of what she asked and regularly she is telling me to come next week since new passbook got over & again when i went again she tells me to come next week this is happening from july 2018 till right today i didn’t get my passbook yet and today the date is 5.11.2018? Can i know is the service you people do for the public hardly i am earning 12k per month in this i got some personal loan approval. So when i approached just for a new passbook you people are doing lik this? I am seriously fed up with the service just take the best example of hdfc, axis bank it’s so friendly if i requested it directly comes to my mail id for the statement.. I hope this issue will resolve from your end.

          I rakesh kumar filed a complaint for fraud atm transaction on my account on 24/july/2018 5:45 pm to bank. I lodge a fir complaint in cyber crime hari nagar as well in canara bank hari nagar branch new delhi. But over 4 months canara bank doesnt respond me on my complaint as well not credit the fraud transaction amount till yet they provide me claim number baf[protected]. And tell no.[protected] and mobile number [protected]. But no body will pick the phone from last 7 days i also attached the fir copy here and related documents. Kindly do the needfull asap..

            On 01-11-18 an amount equipment to rs. 2000 has been deducted from my account against an unsuccessful atm withdrawal the same day. But refund has not been made for the same.             Deducted money not yet given back. Its already 6 days gone now. Vey shameful for a govt bank to do this kind of thing
            I tried to withdraw Rs. 5000 from atm. But it showed connection timeout. After some time I got a message that money had been deducted.

              Hi i am anita and i have account in canara bank ghitorni branch... I made a transaction on amazon on 26th october, which i later cancelled on same day and amazon issued my refund on 27th and which was preceded the same day.. But till today 3rd november i haven't received my refund... I contacted my branch but they are saying that they cannot do anything... I then contacted canara customer care and they also are saying they cannot do anything... Refund reference number...384439

                I have to get refund amount of 899 from amazon, which they r saying that they have issued my amount to my account but the bank hasn't passed it. They are saying it's bank related issue and suggested me to call bank customer care number, so i called 6-8 times but i didn't get any respond from it.                   On thursday 1 of november 2018 i was try to withdrawing an amount of rs 6000 for 2 times. It got deducted from my account but i didn't receive the cash from atm. What should i do.
                  The message i received was this
                  Your a/c xxxx9534 linked to card no ending with debited for rs 6, 000.00 on 01/11/18 seq[protected] towards atm withdrawal. Avl bal is rs 3, 894.02 use canara bank atm to avoid charges. If this transaction is not initiated by you, type suspect and send sms to 56161 as report o[censored]nauthorised transactions and to block further debit transactions in your accounts.
                  Please help

                    Dear officials,

                    This is to bring your notice the abuse and the way canara bank, vidyaranyapura (Cnrb0002615) behaves with customer..

                    I had come to the bank with a query that i need locker to be opened along with a/c. The manager agreed and requested me to submit the form.
                    I have submitted a/c opening form as requested by the branch on 29/oct/2018 along with request to have atm, cheque book and locker.

                    I spoke to the employee responsible for the locker ms/mrs. Shwetha, who showed me the locker which is available and also asked me the locker costs 4700+gst.
                    Shwetha requested me to bring e-stamp paper of rs.200 along with my pictures on saturday, as the bank will be little free on saturday.

                    Today 03/nov i came with the e-stamp paper and now she says the locker is being assigned to someone who is personal to her/manager and is not available now.
                    When i request her for another locker which is available, she refuses to let me know and says that would have been assigned to people closer to manager, but the status wont be updated in the system.

                    The manager is not available in the branch, when i request who should be contacted when manager is not available, her response is no one.

                    There is another person sitting next to ms. Shwetha, who abused me for not talking in kannada. I do not understand kananada. He said u eat kannada food, kannada water but cannot speak in kannada etc. Abusing me a lady customer who cannot speak kannada is not acceptable and i do not expect this behavior from cananra bank.

                    I request you to kindly check the officials of this branch, not to abuse lady customers, not to show favoritism in allocating locker.

                      I am bheemabbovi. My saving account number is[protected]Branch.: medakinal). I purchased a redmi note 5pro from flifcart.in and paid from my master debit card *0493. The amount is 14999/-. But i canceled my item in next day i. E. 12 oct 2018. The refunds for the same were initiated and successfully processed to my debit card and i got refund reference numbers for the product, it has been about a 3 week and yet the amounts are not reflected in my account.

                      I contacted my bank customer support. They are not able to locate the refund with these reference numbers.

                      I contacted to bank customer support. They are unable to do anything for this refund. Their customer support service is very poor. So, they advised me to contact the branch. The branch is also unable to help me with the same.

                      I have already contacted canara bank customer care to solve this issue but there is no use. Please resolve it and credit my refund into my account. Plz, help me. I have needed my amount. Plz, help me as soon as possible.

                                  I purchase the product from amazon on 17th of october and it was cancelled by me and afterwards i receive a message from amazon is that refund initiated on 20th october 2018. The refund amount is 5923. I also show the mail details which amazon send to me for the payment reference number
