I had raised complaint on cpgrs. They reply me that they had refunded the amount on 07/11/18. But the amount of rs.3107.88 i got on 7/11/18 was from phonepe. Thats another case. I am sending you the screenshot of passbook. Where you can see both the debited and refund amount of canmobile and phonepe.
Now the banks is saying that the refund i received on 7/11/18 was from bank. But that amount was from phonepe, as you can see on paasbook. The bank closed my complaints without refunding my money...

Amazon refund reference no[protected] rs. 6790 dated 24/10/2018. Yet not the refund amount shown in my account. Amazon payment had done through rupee debit card ending 6049.17 days is over yet not the refund amount credited in my account. I will hope refund amount will credited in my account as soon as possible.

        I have an issue with my account in canara bank in dindigul nagal nagar branch.. My account no ending with7241, my refund in amazon was not credited to my account, not only amazon and also growroad app, wooplr.. That customer service tells we transfer yes account but the gateway was error so not credited yet talk to ur canara bank customer service.. But i try to call that service no... No one attend the call.. Many days passed.. I want my all refund money.. Pls help me

As per their confirmation refund was initiated on 23th october maximum time frame was 5 days. Still it was not reflected in my account. They had provided the refund reference number[protected]
          I had contacted your customer service number they is no proper response hence i mail you. Please check and confirm the status if your response was worst in mail too i'm going to file in banking ombudsman.

                  Sir, I booked a ticket through Skyscanner, Happyeasygo portal but the payment failed and the amount Rs 2616 was debited from my account number[protected] but the ticket was not confirmed. I contacted them but they said that no payment was made and asked me to contact the branch. this happened on 3rd November 2018 but still, I haven't received my refund.

                  I tried to make the payment from BHIM the transaction ID is[protected].

                  Please see into the matter.

                    Sir i ordered crompton pedestal fan in amazon through the payment gateway cash on delivery, but it was the damaged product, so i returned it. They issued money on oct 26th of this year, but the refundable amount has not been received still now, i contacted amazon customer care, they gave some reference number to file charge dispute.

I have returned a product in amazon for rs 414 and they mentioned that my refund of amount rs 414 has been initiated on 26 october 2018 and it will be credited to my account on nov 5, 2018. Till now (09 nov 2018), i didn't get my refund to my account. I have received a refund reference number and transaction code through mail. These are the messages received from amazon.

I checked my acc stmt thru net banking, it was entered as fund transfered to some acc of rs.1544/. Kindly help me out in this problem.                                 about transaction failed due to internal error

                                My name is loveleen and account no is[protected]. My transaction failed when i was tried to book tickets twice through upi in jazz cinemas but my amount got debited from my account at 10: 24 & 10:41. I am attaching the screenshots of these.
                                I called jazz immediately and they said it is locked by bank. Kindly look into this and refund my amount as quick as possible.

                                Dear all /team canara, i was very upset and worried a lots.. No ones action taken in police and canara bank even i complaint in grievance redressal.. I has lots of facing issues our loan such a times.. Pls help and save our lives... I has tested both of them in canara bank ac as tested 1 rupee.. They are still actively of their ac.. We need them to give back our funds to ensure clearly our loan parts... Regards. Manoj

                                  I ordered a show in amazon and i returned it...they have iNitiated my refund and says that it will be credited within 4 to 5 business days...but now it goes past 6 days...they have given reference number...i tried of contacting canara bank...but it asking to wait and the call ends automatically...poor customer service... Tried many times, but call gets disconnected automatically asking us to wait.

                                    According to the message from amazon, the refund should have reflected in the account by 21st Oct.

                                    I am Anushka kadam . I am purchase the product from Amazon and now i want my refund price of product. Amazon service provider clearly send mail to me of the refund with refund transaction no cc is attached but bank service provider not provide the information kindly chek my account and rewart on my mail.
                                    I have cancelled the order on Amazon and Amazon people have given the refund reference number. When I called to canara bank customer service they told we have no authority to charge dispute. What should I do?
