I submitted my application for converting my bank account from minor to major two months ago. I went to get a debit card also. No one informed me that my application was not processed. When i went to update my phone number, it could not be done and they told me that they couldn't do anything as they didn't have enough clerical staff. Now i've to submit my application again.
Canara Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I had tried to withdraw 2000 from Canara Bank ATM on 10th November, 2018, but I had received 1100 rupees only. My Canara Bank Customer number is[protected]. please take my complaint seriously and credit amount to my account.

    Yesterday I sent 3500 to HDFC bank account [protected] of Mrs Bulbuli Borah using the BHIM UPI of Canara Bank account. But the said amount wasn't credited to the account of HDFC bank. And my account was debited 3500.Please give my 3500.But HDFC bank replied to liase with Canara bk.

      On 15 october 2018 i was going to withdraw 10000 rupees form SBI ATM but due to current problem transaction cold not comlpete at that time but money debited from my account.next day I did complaint in home branch they said within 15working days money will refund .But yet it couldn't complete after one month.so please consider above the matter.thank you

          I am using canara bank account from past 6 years. Day before yesterday i made one transaction for Rs 500.00 . Amount has been credited at the same time it got deducted by canara bank account. I dont know why i happend. Kindly take necessary action as soon as possible.             I made a recharge for rs 60 it does not recharge successfully so I make a second time recharge rs 60 it also not recharge successfully but money is debited in my account two times refund only one time only rs 60.               Hi,

              I'm jeni janet the customer of your bank. Recently i have booked a phone from amazon and i have made online payment and the amount has been debited from my account. The product was not up to the mark so i returned it and they have informed me that they will return the amount on or before a week. Eight days have been passed i confirmed from amazon customer care that they have credited the amount but the balance is not showing in my account.
              Please can u have a check that what is the issue and revert back as soon as possible.

Is there any rules that the surety must be working in same company? If so pls provide the circular... Kindly resolve the issue, we people in need of loan have arrived at your doorstep if you r giving lame excuses then what's the purpose of keeping our salaried account in your bank...

But as i didn't received item, i got the refund from amazon.in of rs.2749.00. I got the confirmation mail from amazon.in for the same. As the refund didn't reflect on my account in 4 business days.                   amazon has refunded my amount on 29th october.
                  I withdrew RS. 5000but received partial amount from the ATM.
                  Dear sir mainai apni sister ka account open Kraya h canara bank mai. Or sir account open Kraya hui 24 days ho gaye h Lakin sir abhi tak PASS book nhi di h. Sir admi apna kam chod kar bank jata h Lakin kam nhi hota h.this is bad service for canara bank.mera already is bank mai account h. Sir kabhi printer kharab hota h or kabhi staff nhi hota h.or sir automatic printing machine bhi 8 month sai kharab h.or sir is bank ka manager bilkul bhi responsible nhi h.or sir staff bhi ladkiyo ka h.or Yai staff ki ladkiya apni ada mai rahti h. or sir aik ladki to makeup karti rahti h .                     I have account in canra bank account no:[protected] did transfer of rs 40000/- to my brothers account in state bank of india but it got rejected but amount was deducted from my account and its a miserable faliure from bank. It was done at 12 november 2018 at 21:41 pm please find the attached photo for refrence.

                      I am rejakul alam. My savings a account number is[protected] [Branch= Panjabari]. I did a transaction of 4000 rupees on 24/10/2018 on The Mobile Wallet app but the transaction was failed but my money was debited from my bank account. I contacted with the TMW support and they said they have initiated a refund on 26/10/2018 and I got a refund reference number but the amount is still not reflected on my bank account.
                      I contacted my bank customer support. They are not able to locate the refund with these reference numbers.

                      I contacted to bank customer support. They are unable to do anything for this refund. Their customer support service is very poor. So, they advised me to contact the branch. The branch is also unable to help me with the same.

                      i contacted the payment gateway and the circle officeand got my money back., i got the money many days ago but fotgot to update. and one more thing canara bank manager in my branch is dumb and don't know anything.

                          Pension loan danctoned not disburses stating door locked. I had given flat secretary and neigjbour phone number. You cant imagine to stay in one place. Just i want to know youare going to give credit or not. Dont harrass the pensioner and moreover my hdfc policy to the tune of 2 lacs is with you. They say that there is a lockin period of 5 years. I want to know either disburse or close my policy. Dont tell that id different and this is different. Today i need a reply.

                          Pension personnel loan sanctioned but not disbursed stating door locked.I am sraying in that flat from 1984 and thete are certain owners who are staying now also. I had provided flat secretaries number and neighbours numbet. They could have contacted them I am 58 years and for a mere losn of 205000 i cant run behind you. If tou people are so stubborn ask them to close hdfc insurance to the tune of 2 lacs and give me. They say they cannot do as it is in lockin period of 5 years. I want mt money how can you say lockin period of 5 years. I think lock in and locked are the only 2 words hdfc bank knows. Either disburse the loan or tell them to close my hdfc insurance. Anyway my money is blocked in your bank only and dont reply that is different a5nd this is diffetent. I need an immediate action due to which my blood pressure is shooted up. If you want to call in person and speak to you i am ready. I am 58vyears old that too lady and you people harrass me. I dontkno either close my pilicy or disburse the loan today. I[censored] go on troubling me i will end in a stroke and die and i will write a letter to commissioner that the high blood pressure has caused duevto hdfc bank people. Immediate action is required. Do t play with my health. Dont makr me fool.

                              I purchased a product on 14/9/18 of rs. 665.00 using my canara bank debit card and the product was returned and asked them for refund. As per their confirmation message, refund was issued on 2/11/18 and they sent a message "refund sent ; rs. 665.00 for craft villa silk sarees and it will be available in your card by nov 7". Still it was not reflected in my account.

                                Hi my name is punegirl. I am an account holder of canara bank, dhanori branch, pune. My refunded amount from amazon.in for 4 products was in parts.. My canara bank account number is[protected]. On 20th october 2018 returned 4 products to amazon.in... They said my refund for all the 4 products have been processed... Usually i get the amount the same day.. But this time it didn't occur even after a wk.. So i called amazon customer care.. They gave me reference numbers for all the products.. Went to canara bank dhanori pune branch.. Asked them about it.. They said no such reference number can be seen.. Again called amazon customer service... They told me the amount has been refunded from their side.. They said we will mail you the details again.. Received the mail.. As the bank people were not helpful.. Registered a complaint with canara customer service. The complaint number is 1819am2799. They said you'll hear it from us in few days.. Trying to call amazon.in customer service they are declining the call as the order doesn't exist anymore.. Till today that's12th november 2018 refund not yet received. Here is the email that i received from amazon.in

                                No response and refund from canara bank.i am really not sure whether the problem is with amazon.in or canara bank.
                                I withdrawn 10000rs. From ATM on date 06/11/18 but cash didn’t withdrawl and debited from my account. I am trying to call tollfree no. [protected] for many times but call cannot be connected. So tell me what can i do in this situation? Because banks are closed on occasion of diwali

                                  I was done transaction in amazon on january. I got only one otp but canara deducted twice so due to that i charged double. I did complaint but no solution until now. It's their system problem but they keep given unlogic reason and blaming other parties.

                                  Don't you all count, how much total of 'hot money ' from unsolved complaint in canara bank? It will be crores, where they go?, if they still pending and give lots of reasons. There will be something going on inside their management.

                                        I had raised complaint on cpgrs. They reply me that they had refunded the amount on 07/11/18. But the amount of rs.3107.88 i got on 7/11/18 was from phonepe. Thats another case. I am sending you the screenshot of passbook. Where you can see both the debited and refund amount of canmobile and phonepe.
                                        Now the banks is saying that the refund i received on 7/11/18 was from bank. But that amount was from phonepe, as you can see on paasbook. The bank closed my complaints without refunding my money...
