Due to server problem in canara mobile banking my money not transfer and debit from my account. Plz refund my money as soon as possible. Your customer care service is very ideal my disappointed from your bad service. Plz solve my problem immediately and refund my money

      I, saurabha srivastava, have canara bank saving account in jeet singh road branch, new delhi.
      I have debited 10000 rs from icici atm, sarita vihar, new delhi. (Atm id: s1vdb997), but money didn't dispersed from atm. Recipt is attached as a photo.

      After that from another atm, i withdraw 10000. But the first transection was not happened successful.

      Please give me back my 10000 rs as soon as possible.

        I have ordered a earphone from Amazon by paying ₹1349 from my debit card on 25/11/2017. After that I have cancelled my order.The refund process for the order does not takes place even after 5 days from the cancellation. The seller send me an Authorisation code or refund Reference number as :[protected].
        5 days passed, I didn't get my refund, so please consider this and refund my money as soon as possible.Also I have attached the mail from seller .Thank you

          Dear sir
          I went to canara bank, ramwadi branch pune at 1.30 pm. The service manager, south indian lady refused to give form for a deceased person. Asked me and my law firm partner, adv. Atul ashok lagad to come after 3.30 pm. We have requested her to give us as we had to go to court. And we will be back by 7 pm. Thus the bank will be closed. But then she remained rude and reluctant. She asked account number, finally we provided the same. Branch manager intervened his name is mr. Avinash d khaparde and he was also rude asked for account number of the deceased in a rude tone. There is no such rule for merely giving a form. He made a fuss and pointed finger also told me shut up all his female employee manhandled me.in cc tv it is recorded. He told more than 100 lawyers are enslaved him. I told him to mind his language but he was abusive and threatened me also insulted me, called his security guard.
          This kind of public humiliation to an educated customer, who is a lady amounts to outraging modesty of a women as he did battery and his female employees assaulted me.

          Please give me and other customers of canara ramwadi branch a right to avail banking services in prompt positive atmosphere. A senior citizen was insulted by the cashier at the same time.

              I'm a multi bank account holder, also maintaining account from long ago in my home town nanguneri branch, there is an employee who is doing deputation duty his name is jewahar he is announcing in public bus stand that how much a personal account holder got loan from his branch.even he is from same village and teasing about person account details gold loan, other loans etc.it looks like only by jewahar this branch is running and he is processing all loans in his branch.so I felt very insult and feeling like I brought loan from local financer as a genuine customer.
              Bankers please give some sense of training before placing your employees to work with certain circumstances

                I, indrani roy have an account bearing number[protected] in canara bank budge budge branch. On 24th november i have done an online purchase of 630 rupees for which the amount was debited two times from my account.
                So it is requested to you that please refund the amount that had been deducted wrongly from my account. L hope you will take necessary steps in this regard.

                    Dear sir or madam, i applied loan against cmegp scheme and my project got selected from kvib (Dic) and loan application forwarded to branch. I approached bank manger regarding cmegp loan bank manager told she cant sanction loan bcs of last year loans not recovered and she got instruction from higher authority to not sanction any cmegp loan from that branch. Now what i need to do my project already selected from dic i can able to reapplied next year under this scheme bcs some one i am unable to getting loan.

                      I submitted an sbi draft on 8th nov early morning. As its a nationalized bank draft, the bank should have cleared it on the same day as confirmed while submitting the draft. However the bank held to the draft and cleared it only on 10th nov. After clearing the draft, the bank charged me incorrect cheque bounce charges on rs. 400. These charges should be reversed back to my account and any cheque bounce history indicator on my account should be cleared immediately as in this case these charges are forced onto me due to bank's delay in clearing my draft on time.

                      I talked to the branch manager, who did not seem to understand the problem or was ready to accept the bank's mistake. Also wrote/called to canara bank customer care and did not receive any response.

                        I had done an online booking in amazon on 2th november, 2017 but cancelled the order the same day. (Order no : #[protected].)
                        Amazon processed the refund quickly and shared me the details confirming that the amount of rs 8389 will be credited back before 24th november. There is no further response from canara bank on the same.

                        Your refund of rs.8389 has been processed successfully on[protected]. The amount should reflect in your account by[protected]. But amount not reflect into account no[protected].

                        The authorization code (Refund reference number) for the transaction is[protected]. I tried to contact the various customer care numbers several times but no one responded.

                        Please help me.

                          During transaction there was a message "beneficiary bank node is offline, try again". Imfps no : #

                          But money is debited and amount not transferred to beneficiary nor credited back to my account.

                          Please look into this and replay to this mail, let know the status.

                                I did try to book a ticket through pytam for an amount of rs.55472. But then somehow the transaction got failed and the amount was deducted from my account. I tried contacting paytm and they said that the amount has been initiated for a refund. So i would like to know how long it would take for the money to get credited back to my account.                                   I am vinod kumar s/o satpal sharma holding a salary account no.[protected] with canara bank, branch 34 sector, chandigarh.
                                  In this regard, i would like to inform you that on 09.11.2017 (Thrusday) at 3.11 p. M. I received a sms from dm-canbnk referring the towards pos withdrawal of rs. 89, 900/- from my said account number without my knowledge and without usage of my debit card (Canara bank rupay card). I got series of sms about withdrawals of different amounts. I very surprised to receive such massage and immediately called the customer care but nobody picked the call. Then logged into netbanking account and learned that a total of rs. 139900 the unauthorized & fraudulent debited to my account in four trenches.
                                  Regarding this withdrawal of rs. 139900/- from my account. It was very shocking for me that since i was sitting at my office desk at the time of withdrawal at pos and atm machine and my atm card was with me and how the amount of 139900/- got withdrawn at different points?

                                  I’m very disappointed at this incident. It is my hard earned money. And i trusted it with canara bank. They failed in every capacity to provide security to account holder`s money. I learned about the these transaction by sms alert got from canara bank i tried
                                  Ito call customer care of canara bank phone no. [protected]. But nobody answered it the call. I called from my landline number [protected]. And again called them from my mobile number but nobody responded to it. After that i transferred my balance amount to another account using neft. It left me emotionally devastated. This card was issued to me in 2014 and it didn’t had any security chip. The bank never initiated any step to reissue the more secure card for me.

                                  Since the bank is a custodian under whose supervision & control, innocent customer’s keep their money/funds with full confidence and trust. It is totally the responsibility of the bank to efficiently install, manage, check & control its entire safety measures, safety tools & confidential information's etc.in order to avoid such kinds of losses, thefts and frauds.
                                  You are therefore requested to take immediate corrective action in this regard and arrange to provide us the damages/losses of our hard earned money amounting to rs. 139900/- as early as possible since it is also a clear case of defeciency of services on the part of the canara bank, sector 34, chandigarh

                                  And they gave a computer generated reply on 14-11-17
