Sir,
I had taken education loan of 2, 40, 000/- for mba course in bangalore at the interest rate of 12.5% in the year 2015.

Now i have completed the course and approached the bank manager to known the details of repayment etc.

After a lot of calculation manager said that i need to pay 10000 rupees from the month of february/june 2017 for 84 months i. E 7years.

Sir, i am not complaining but in a state of shock and doubtful of the calculation.
Because 10000*84 is 8, 40, 000 against the loan amount of only 2, 40, 000/-

In bangalore a mba fresher gets only 8k to 10k salary and i am single mother of a 5yr old daughter. I have a mom who is dependent on me. How will i pay such huge amount sir?

When i explained the manager about my situation he said..."you should have thought about this before taking the loan.. And made sure if it was feasible to you".

What should i do sir? Is this calculation that manager made is right?
With such less income how can i pay so much sir?

    Sir i have used my atm card for transaction of 2500 but transaction was not successful. But after five minutes i go to icici atm and withdrawl the amount of 2500rs. But when i see my account there was also a transaction of twenty thousand from my account. So i have a request to you to see in this matter at the earliest. And help me as soon as possible. I will be very thankful to you

      There is no proper email id to which i can report and the customer care official was not ready to take complaint from her end and gave me an invalid email id.

      Yesterday from my account 266 rs has deducted.when i check mini statement it show deducted for "CAN SARAL".

      I would like to know what is CAN SARAL, and why 266rs deducted from my account.

        I have withdrawn five thousand rupees from canara banks atm of lakhimpur kheri branch at 6.25 pm at 5 november 2017, but few currency ie.. 1000 rs is not good condition (Tow pair of 500 rs.) but bank stafs deny it and not exchange this amount. Cctv futez is available in bank.
        So tel me how i exchange my mony

            I transferred money rupees 5000 to my friend account through chillr app but it gets failed. So i choose another account to transfer the money to my friend but in my canara account that 5000 rupees was deducted. Nearly one day was gone but it's not refund.

              I have ordered a Honor 7X Mobile from Amazon Bye using my credit card but that product is not compatible therefore i ask for refund from Amazon and they told me that your refund processed from our side. But refund is not credited in my account.

              The refund Amount Rs.12999/-has been successfully processed on 28 February 2018 as per there message and the authorization code (Refund reference number) for the transaction Reference # 5198336581366472903018 Auth # 738697 given by Amazon.

              Now they told me to ask to your bank.

                Earlier we got refund amounts from the flipkart but this time we didn't get a refund amount of rupees 1209 from the bank, the flipkart agencies confirmed that they were completed their refund issue on oct 30th and even mailed us the refrence number[protected]. We contacted your customer care services before and they said our refund amount is initiated by flipkart but the bank doesn't approving the amount.. We can't go the bank address now so we're complaining here.

                    When withdrawing money from pendurthi pulagani paleam road an canara bank atm, the transaction failed because of which 7, 000 rs was debited from my account. I raised a complaint to the bank they said within 24 hours the amount would be credited back to my account, but no response till now. I have faced this situation before, with an icici card but the amount was credited back to my account immediately. Can you please resolve this issue at the earliest possible?

                      I went to canara bank today as i got a message stating my atm card was blocked. When i talked to branch manager, he suggested me to go to near by atm and try changing pin. I asked him for nearby atm. He said near by atms don't work, so i need to go to some place 40km away to change my pin.

                      This was the most stupid and idiotic reply any branch manager can ever give. But thanks to him for making my choice simpler. I will make sure that i close my bank account in your bank asap. Please ensure that your employees have some courtesy and manners when they interact with customers. Branch manager being rude doesn't make any sense to me. To sum up, i would rate you guyzzz 0 out of 10 for customer satisfaction.

                        When withdrawing money from an sbi atm, the transaction failed thrice, because of which 25, 000 was debited from my mother's account. I raised a complaint to the customer care, they said within 24 hours the amount would be credited back to my account, but no response till now. What do i do? I have faced this situation before, with an hdfc card but the amount was credited back to my account immediately. Can you please resolve this issue at the earliest possible? Her home branch is in another part of the city, and we live in another part of the city. My mother is a senior citizen and i can't take her all the way to resolve this issue. Please do take this complaint seriously and resolve this matter at the earliest possible.

                            I have a very serious complain regarding punjab university canara bank branch one employees/manager... Its a shame for canara bank, punjab university branch to employed such a person. We were asking for her help, instead we got lectured on 'if you are an indian, you should speak hindi'really?? I mean.. If being an indian is about speaking hindi or about language, more than one-third indians will not be able an indian... And besides, when we're trying to tell our problem, she was saying that "its none of my business".. She surely can say something nicer while the whole panjab university st/sc cell staff were very helpful... Its that canara lady who stole our indian pride and our mood...

                              I want to complain against bank manager mr kumar, chiplun branch for his misbehaviour. Todayi went to branch for getting information regarding my complait for failuer of atm transaction. When i tried to communicate with him, he become rude and start shouting on me. He humiliate me in front of all bank employee and customers. Sir i am a lady costumer of your bank. Please consider my complaint and tell them how to bahave with customers, specially with lady customers.

                                My money is went debited from my account but my benefisery not found any money from my bank. My total transferd amount is 5850. N i have received a massage from bank that my account debited by rs 5850, but my benefisery not fount any amount yet within 24 hours.

N the lady who received my call, she is such a very third class level lady she don't want to listen my complaint n cut my call agan n again. I am getting tired for this at all. If your bank is unable to locate the refund with the authorization code provided, please dispute the transaction as 'refund not processed'. On disputing the transaction, the bank will see a pending refund and will follow the path back to our payment processor to locate the refund.

                                      I have already contacted canara bank customer care to solve this issue but there is no use. I even went to the branch but they told me we cant solve the problem with reference number, but amazone customer care executive said that to charge dispute but the bank is not ready nor amazon is helping in this problem please resolve it and credit my refund into my account.

                                      I m not getting MPIN CODE for registration number and the bank unnecessary charging the while I want getting MPIN code they charging SMS cost. I have lost my 10 rs for the same and then also I am not getting MPIN code so plz provide the MPIN code to me as much as possible

They initiate the refund at 14.10.2017 and sill now i did not get the amount i have attached my reference number in the complaint please do any need full, i did not get my amount the amazon initiate the refund at 14.10.2017 but still i'm not get the refund so please take further action as soon as possible.
