Sir i had tried to withdraw amount 10000 in two transactions by aadhar card from the account at 15 may2017... The amount is being deducted by my account and told by officials that it's a fault transaction but there r not returning my amount by last 7months. A/c[protected] canara bank bah.. The manager was assuring that the amount will b refunded in 3months but now he is not even ready to talk about it.in the entry of my passbook its shown that the money is being withdrawn. No officials is giving any written explanation regarding this. Pls help

    13/11/2017 i have done imps transfer from my account using mobile app, there was error timeout process later i received sms saying that amount got debited from my account imps ref. No[protected]. But till now amount not yet credited to target account or reverse to my account, i put a complaint to canarabank website after some time i received message saying that complaint resolved but nothing happen, customer care number not working. Worst service in canarabank who should i contact not able to understand transact amount was 90000/- (Ninty thousand)

    No cash in ATM. No server in Branch. No passbook entry machine working. No Manager in chamber to complaint. This is the condition of Canara Bank, Station Bazar Branch, GULBARGA(karnataka). Very worst services to customers.
    In GULBARGA STATION BAZAR BRANCH always ser er remains down. And always NO CASH at ATM. Passbook entry machine iin operative. Very very worst services to customers.

      Hi,

      I payed the vtu fee of rs 2241 rs on saturday around 4 to 5pm time, in which the amount got deducted from my account successfully but i didn't receive any confirmation receipt.

      When i called customer of canara thy told money will be refunded within 48hrs but till i can see that money is not refunded

      Please help me to refund my money... The customer care people are also not responding properly

        Im using canara bank credit card and i had a un billed out standing in between 9000 and 10000. And i got my new sbi style up card, which has facilities to transfer balance un billed amount from other credit card to sbi card to avail emi facility on un billed amount. And i requested to book balance transfer request of rs 9000 on 07/11/2017 and it got confirmed also.. Then i paid monthly due amount as first emi (Total 3 emi) rs 3383. At same time canara bank debited an amount of rs 4800 plus as auto debit. Presently there is excess credit than unbilled. So kindly give information regarding this

              Hi,

              I am naveen joseph p from settihalli, hassan, karnataka. I had visited canara bank, settihalli branch thrice to change my my registered mobile number and to update a new one and i had also filled the form which is necessary for the same procedure. Each time they said it'll get updated but it hasn't. This is really poor service. I need to change my old registered number with the new one because i don't have that old number. I am not able to do any online banking procedures, transactions since it requires the otp which will be sent to registered mobile number. Hence consider my request and try to solve as soon as possible.

                My name is urmila and my account number is[protected], canara bank, sector 24 branch. I have returned a product in amazon for rs.1206 and they mentioned that my refund of amount rs.1206 has been initiated on 1st november 2017 and it will be credited to my account on 6th november 2017, till now (13 november 2017), i didn't get my refund to my account. I have received a refund reference number through mail.

                  So please, help me to get my refund back, as soon as possible.

                    I had cancelled an order from amazon on oct 30th and had received refund processed successfully message from amazon on nov 3. But haven't received the money in my account yet.
                    When i asked amazon for this they gave me this message-
                    Refund of 7400 processed successfully. For delay over 3 days, contact bank with ref #74332747308730767686190 & charge auth # 943679.
                    Please solve this issue soon i want my refund to be credited asap

                      Transaction in atm is failed, complaint registered online and also at branch officeon 27.10.17, till now it is not resolved. Complained at jp nagar 2nd phase branch. Bangalore, not git the money, do not know whom to escalate, they are providing only customer care no... They say it us under process. Next escalation, they don't tell at the branch neither at toll free no.
                      Ourmobey gets debited even before we get or don't get the money from atm,
                      To get back this money it takes months and we need to go on complaining and may not get resolved many times,
                      Customers are taken fir ride, we do not get our money

                        I am himanshu raj maintaining a/c no.[protected] in canara bank mahanagar, lucknow branch. I have made payment from this a/c to my travel ticket purchased from etihad airways for rs. 84422.00 on 22nd october.
                        Due to some unknown reason the same payment was again debited to etihad account on 7th november in two equal denomination of rs. 42211
                        I had words etihad airways in this regard, they require “authorization code” from your bank for further processing purpose.
                        Therefore, i request you to be kind enough to provide the authorisation code.

But affter a minute i got message from canara bank (Beneficiary bank node is offline please try again latter) then i called to canara bank help line they said that amount will be refund with in 48hrs but still i didnt refunded amount and also we are cheked trnsferd a/c but that amount is not credited in that a/c...                             ₹4000 was credited to my account via paytm on 31st october. Its been 11 days and i have still not recieved the amount. I contacted paytm and they asked me to file a reversal request as they have successfully transferred the amount to canara bank. My account no. Is[protected]. I request you to please check what went wrong. If the issue cannot be resolved, i request for a bank reversal of my amount.

                                    My kcc loan amount was sanctioned on 03/08/2015 for rs.4, 20, 000/- as i was not in need of money i didn't transferred the money to my savings account. However, on 27/09/15, the amont was transferred to my savings account without any intimation. Two years after the bank manager has suddenly at home come tell your loan is going on and from our penalty and interest deposit made.

I have returned a product in amazon for rs 444 and they mentioned that my refund of amount rs 444 has been initiated on 30 october 2017 and it will be credited to my account on november 6, 2017. Till now (10 november2017), i didn't get my refund to my account. I have received a refund reference number and transaction code through mail. These are the messages received from amazon.

                                      Your refund of rs 444 has been processed successfully on[protected]. The amount should reflect in your account by[protected].

                                      The authorization code (Refund reference number) for the transaction is 74332747304730315686860.

                                      In case you do not receive the refund within 5 business days, please contact your bank’s customer care and mention the above authorization code (Refund reference number). Please remember that you will have to call your bank’s customer care center and not visit the branch for this query.

                                      Some nationalized banks may take more time than usual to credit the refund. If your bank is unable to locate the refund with the authorization code provided, please dispute the transaction as 'refund not processed'. On disputing the transaction, the bank will see a pending refund and will follow the path back to our payment processor to locate the refund.

                                        Borrowed education loan for the period of[protected] in canara bank & i have asked to attend ots (One time settlement) meeting at reginal office.

                                        Finalized the settlement amount during meeting & asked me to pay the confirmation amount initially and given 1 month grace period to pay the remaining amount. Finally paid (Jan 2016) in my bank on the date mentioned during ots (One time settlement) meeting & submitted the letter provided from the regional office.

                                        Went to my bank several times & asked noc to the manager. Got reply as "still we didn't get any confirmation from the head office & will inform you once got". But manager didn't inform yet though mailed.

                                        So, i went to the bank recently few months back & inquired again, the new manager checked the details and informed as "still it is not closed so you have to pay the whole amount again". I said i have closed the loan via ots (One time settlement) before one year itself. Again he checked the proof of ots (One time settlement) details which i submitted before a year & asked to pay 5, 000 to 10, 000 rupees for idle account, then will initiate as second time payment & close.

                                        What shall i do next? Shall i complaint to rbi directly???
                                        I'm totally blank & don't know why still they have not closed and asking to pay again 5, 000 to 10, 000 rupees?
