Transaction in atm is failed, complaint registered online and also at branch officeon 27.10.17, till now it is not resolved. Complained at jp nagar 2nd phase branch. Bangalore, not git the money, do not know whom to escalate, they are providing only customer care no... They say it us under process. Next escalation, they don't tell at the branch neither at toll free no.
Ourmobey gets debited even before we get or don't get the money from atm,
To get back this money it takes months and we need to go on complaining and may not get resolved many times,
Customers are taken fir ride, we do not get our money

Canara Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
On[protected] i tried to book railway ticket, ticket was not booked but money was debited from my account, till today it was not refunded please request you to refund my money
