    Sir/mam, i had book my train ticket and after wards i had canceled it then they said your money will be return within 3 days but till now it was not returned i booked my ticket on 14 october and canceled on same date so please go through my complaint and return my money as soon as possible

      Hello canara bank i ordered a mobile phone at amazon through my debit card but the payment failed.
      But the money was debited from my account then again i tried to do payment but it again failed and money was debited from my account. And now i have still not received my refund. When we contacted amazon about this they gave me the reference no. Of the two transactions which took place. I also have the proof that my money is credited to amazon. I have also filed a complaint in my canara bank mulund (W) branch they gave me a complaint no. So may i know the status of my refund. I hope canara bank will help me out in this.

        Hi my name is nitin r goyar and i have a account in bank of baroda mount abu rajasthan, i live in lambha indiranagr 2.

        Today i have gone through 2 transactions from your atm in lambha indira nagar 2,

        My first transaction was of 10, 000 rs then i take out 2000 rs

        So my issue is when i count the notes they. Come out in mixup of 100 and 500 rs notes in between due to which when i calculated the amount its shows missing amount of rs 800

        I think that someone has mixed the 100 rs notes with 500 rs to get the advantage

        I have also sent a copy of mini statement

        Now i just want somebody to look into it and i want my money back in my account.

          Ordered a moto g5’s plus mobile phone on 14 october 2017 but when i payed it showed payment failed but the money were debited from my account and again i tried to payed it again showed payment failed and the money were debited from my account. I have my passbook entries as my proofs that the money was debited from my account. I only wanted to know that how and when will i get my refund. I hope amazon will help me out in this. Thank you.

Rs 51 debited from my account but tez app transaction status was failed. And also i received my debited sms frm canara bank. When i called canara bank customer service calicut, a man said, i will be credited after 2 to 3 days in my account. But still now, i didn't get anything. I want my money back.

                Sir, i placed an ord­er on 15/10/2017 amo­unt 35090 and it was cancelled at that time only, refund was processed on same day by amazon to cana­ra bank. But till now it is not being cr­edited to my account. As per following details:

                I want to know from canara bank that if refund is not initiated then from where amazon has provided me reference number.. Amazon has also received reference from bank only then how canara bank can refuse that ki refund is not initiated till now...
                I'm very disappointed
                I want to say just that i want my refund to be credited in my account as soon as possible...

                  Canara bank team,

                  I'm kapil meena, customer of canara bank, a/c number[protected], virtual address - [protected]@cnrb branch - delhi 'hans raj college', i tried to book train ticket through irctc on 19 october, but transaction failed and money deducted from my account 2 times amounting '1302' which i didn't get back in, i want to know when it will get reverse to my bank account.

                    Paytm credited my sb account[protected] rs 195/- on[protected], but till date not credited my account, please verify the same and credit my account or return paytm a/c, as per paytm information contact bank customer care only

                    I tried to book a loan from my account with Canara Bank at Rs 55782 via a scooter paytm. But the deal failed. I've reduced the amount from my account. I approached the paytm. They do not have to pay the money and they say that Canra is contacting the bank so I want to know how long it will take to get credit for my account. My account number is[protected]

                      I have contacted bank customer support for esquire about refund amount processed from shopclue and amazon. They are not able to locate the refund with these reference numbers.

                      Please help me to register the ccr complaint to receive these amounts.

                        If this doesn’t happen, my parents (Both central govt employees, bsnl) have decided to close both their accounts from canara bank.

                        Me and my frnd applied for education loan in the nearest branch by submitting all the house documents and university offer letter. We were informed that we have to start paying back the loan only after 2yrs and 6 mnths since its a 2 yr course. But after sanctioning the managers told us to pay the interests from the first month itself since more than 20lacs is sanctioned.

                        The major problem was the bank is unwilling to disburse the fees to the university without the VISA. But for applying for Australian VISA we need COE ( confirmation of enrolment) which is issued by the respective universities only after fee payment for the first semester.

                        Our classes will start by Nov 1st 2017. The only solution given by manager is to put the amount equivalent fees in our account by arranging from somewhere, then they will freeze the account and disburse the loan. IF WE HAVE THE MONEY IN OUR ACCOUNT WHY WOULD WE APPLY FOR A LOAN?? What sense does it make?? Our admissions will get canceled due to the bad policies of canara bank.

                        If this doesn’t happen, my parents (both central govt employees, BSNL) have decided to close both their accounts from canara bank.

                              I made on line purchase through the subject debit card & made a payment of rs.197/- on 27/09/2017 to vendor fipkart. Unfortunately l cancelled the order and the refund was made to me on 10/10/2017 through my debit card and it was notified to me. Even after so many days my account was not credited of rs.197/-. Then i inflated the non credit with vendor and the vendor has informed as under: i quote,
                              "we? D like to confirm that the seller has refunded rs.197/- to your bank account on 10/10/2017 with reference number: 74056637284728393666128, this amount should have been credited by now.
                              In case the amount has not been credited, please contact youy bank? S customer care using the number mentioned on the back of your card and check the status by providing the reference number. If they are unable to help, you may raise a dispute with the bank's grivance cell by following these simple steps:" un quote.
                              I think above reply from the vendor is self explanatory; please look into the refund of rs.197/- immediatly and notify me resolve within time norm.

                                Sub– complaint against your retail asset hub kothrud, pune branch housing loan department particularly mr. Sagar ukade - manager, for committing breach of trust and misusing our cancelled signatures & documents to illegally deduct amount from our account maintained at dahisar west branch (Mumbai) and illegally holding an amount of rs.5, 000/- from my husband’s account at new marine lines branch (Mumbai) and and causing physical & mental harassment to us on 27/09/2017.

                                Respected sir,
                                I have to address to you my complaint against your retail asset hub kothrud, pune branch particularly mr. Sagar ukade, manager of housing loan department of kothrud branch,

                                1) myself and my husband both are your bank’s old customers since long. We had accounts with your mahim west branch (Mumbai) since year 2000 which we have now transferred to dahisar west branch (Mumbai) and we also have an account with your new marine lines branch (Mumbai) for more than 13 years.

                                2) in august, 2017 we decided to avail housing loan for a flat purchased at baner pune on 05/08/2017 by a registered agreement of sale, and hence a loan proposal was forwarded through dahisar-west branch to kothrud branch. It took about around 40 (Fourty) days for your kothrud branch to process our proposal. On 27/09/2017 we travelled from mumbai to your kothrud branch, pune as per their instructions for the purposes of completing process of disbursement of loan. On our arrival at kothrud branch about 10.45 a. M. We were informed that pre-sanctioning formalities are completed and the demand drafts of loan amount will be handed over to the vendors on the same day once we sign loan documents, mortgage deed, receipts.in good faith we signed all the blank (Unfilled) loan papers. Thereafter your loan officer required us to bring vendors for their signatures on receipt of demand drafts. The vendors were at their service place, hence they arrived in bank at about 4.15p. M.. Till that time we were in the branch (Except a lunch break), but we were not informed anything about conditions put by bank’s panel advocate advisor. After arrival of vendors they were also informed that once they sign receipts, original demand drafts will be handed over to them. Your said loan officer showed us xerox copies of demand drafts. Relying upon his words, vendors signed the receipts. Thereafter we requested your manager mr. Ukade to hand over demand drafts but he refused to hand over demand drafts and told us that we should execute, register and submit a sale deed to the bank if we want the demand drafts. We were shocked to hear this unwarranted condition mentioned at the eleventh hour to us. We told him that the vendors have already signed a receipt of demand drafts because your loan officer was supposed to hand over demand drafts to them for which they have signed a receipt in good faith, and now putting such anilllogical and illegal condition at eleventh hour is not warranted by logic as well as by law. We told your manager that he should have informed us in the morning itself that without execution and submitting a registered sale deed bank will not hand over money to the vendors and then we would have been in a position to decide whether to accept this condition or not i. E. Whether to proceed with proposal or not. We told him that if the demand drafts are not in hands of the vendors, then it legally means that the price consideration is not paid to the vendors in the eyes of law and in that position we will not execute a false statement on oath that payment of price consideration is paid & received without having amount transferred to the vendors’ accounts on said date. Further, it was highly impossible to execute & register any document at that time of day i. E.4.30 pm. However your manager acted highly adamant and refused to budge. At that time we went through the sanction letter and observed that execution of sale deed was never required by your panel advocate advisor as a condition precedent for disbursement of loan and same was put as a condition post-disbursement. Thus your manager acted against the report of your panel advocate too. (Said report & sanction letter are with your kothrud branch.) hence we decided to not to proceed further in the proposal and we cancelled the proposal by submitting a handwritten letter dated 27/09/2017 to said branch interalia mentioning the reason and declaring that all signatures, authority and documents are treated as cancelled. Hereto annexed copy of our letter dated 27/09/2017. We had to cancel the proposal only because your said manager acted adamant, against report of your advocate and demanded performance of an unwarranted & false act from us as a condition precedent for disbursement of loan amount.

                                3) on 28/09/2017 we learnt that your said manager deducted an amount of rs.343/- from dahisar west branch. He did it on the basis of authority letter on which he had obtained our signature on 27/09/2017 but was cancelled by us on 27/09/2017 itself. We had not availed loan facility from kothrud branch altogether, and said letter & all documents & signatures were already stood cancelled/non eston 27/09/2017, hence he had no authority to deduct amount from dahisar west branch. His said act amounts to misused of our cancelled signatures and cancelled documents in breach of banking trust and personal trust.

                                4) on further enquiry with your new marine lines branch, we learnt that an amount of rs.5000/- was kept on hold i. E. Can not be used by holder, under the instructions of kothrud branch. It is highly illegal on the part of kothrud branch to assume authority and to instruct new marine lines branch which was no way concerned in said proposal of housing loan, to keep said amount or any amount on hold i. E. Make it unusable to my husband who is first holder. Kothrud branch has no authority neither written nor implied to do so. By doing this your said branch had inflicted serious mental pain and agony to us. We have already suffered a loss of amount of rs.3100/- which we paid towards payment of stamp duty of mortgage deed which is one of the documents cancelled on 27/09/2019.

                                5) your said manager and his loan officer of kothrud branch have misused the cancelled documents & our signatures of loan proposal which were obtained from us under a false pretext. We required them to destroy our signatures and documents as same are non-est, however they have not done it till date. We apprehend that they will further misuse our cancelled signatures. We are under constant mental pressure which has adversely affected our health too. Your said manager and loan officer of kothrud branch have inflicted physical and mental harassment to us.
