Please recredit it.
I have money problem.
Credit it beacause 3 days has passed.

Even my next customer had same problem.
So please credit my account 6000rs

    I received the following email from amazon.in:

    I have also been warned by a Canara Bank official on phone not to indulge in excessive online shopping as it was creating too many problems for them.

      Under-signed used my icici debit card linked to account xxxxxxxx1402 for a cash withdrawal of inr 10, 000.00 at an atm. Info nfs*cash wdl*20 on 20th april’2017 at 6.24pm at canara bank atm, agra college raja branch, but i received only rs. 3000/- against withdrawal amount rs. 10000/-.
      Again i tried to withdraw rs. 5000/- using same debit card at same atm machine at 6.29pm on 20th april’2017 but could not receive any amount.
      Again i tried my same debit card to withdraw rs. 10000/- with other atm machine adjacent to canara bank agra college branch which was successful.
      I lodged complaint no. Sr[protected] dated 20.04.2017 at customer care no. Of icici bank against my first transition, transition no. 9085 made at 6.24 pm on 20.04.2017 for which i received only rs. 3000/-against withdrawal amount rs. 10000/-
      When i could not receive my balance amount rs. 7000/- nor any satisfactory response from icici customer care, undersigned again lodged complaint on 30.04.2017 complaint no. Sr[protected] but still neither i received / refunded my balance amount rs. 7000 nor any satisfactory response.
      Copy of transition slip is enclosed for your reference pl.
      Undersigned again lodged on line complaint on 03.05.17 for which we received your response as :
      “your request has been registered vide sr[protected] on 04-may-17. It will be completed within 1 working days”. But till date neither i received my balance amount rs. 7000/- nor any cctv footage as i requested. Icici bank is blaming that canara bank is not cooperating with them.
      Requested to do the needful for refund of my balance amount earliest or send me the cctv footage for the transition no. 9085 made at 6.24 pm on 20.04.2017.

      I bring to your kind notice that I have been paid ₹346 in canara bank kr puram bangalore. For bbmp house tax. But they have not send bbmp copy to bbmp office.

          Hi,

          I made an IMPS transaction on 02nd May which failed due to Unknown Error but amount is deducted from my account which is not reversed. I have raised this issue with Bank but have not received any update. I wrote to Customer Care, Branch Manager(Raisina Road Branch) and IMPS Transaction support team but no one replying on the mail.

          I have already shared all the required details and screenshot in the mail. Could you please look into this issue and credit the amount in my account.

              Dear Team

              Worst security design setup of Canara bank mobile app - CANMOBILE

              The app requires my registered mobile number in Sim 1 slot, mobile data should be enabled on that or the app will not allow you to login.
              So the app will not function on wifi, hotspot or other sim mobile data.
              I am just wondering how other banks have designed thier apps without any dependancy???.

                  Ir, please check my problem and refund my amount.

                    This is in continuation of my earlier complaint on the above subject matter, I have received a reply through mail that my complaint is solved, but it is not solved till date, I cannot understand why they are repeatedly sending to my mobile No.[protected] and to my email id chandrashekarts.[protected]@gmail.com the above message. I am an savings bank account holder of KP West Canara Bank, Bangalore, S.B.No. 11235 this account is operated by me since more than 30 years, recently i.e. about 24/25 months ago I have borrowed car loan and have availed Rs.4.00 lakhs out against total cost of Rs.9.00 lakhs, I am regularly paying the EMIs (also I have made extra payment ) and at no time I have failed to pay EMIs in fact the EMIs are deducted through my SB Account and credited to loan account.
                    I am planning to borrow hand loan for remaining amount and would like to clear the balance which is less than Rs.25, 000/- close loan account and also close Savings Bank account and say good bye to canara bank after more than 30 years . The Senior Manager/Divisional Manager presently leading the KP West Branch is very rash, negligent and pay any attention towards the account holders, in fact he says it is not their mistake, and it is computer mistake, he is behaving like primary school boy. Please reply as soon as possible and solve my problem. Otherwise I will write to RBI and also Central Finance Ministry.

                        My name is bhushan kumar. I have gone to canara bank sector 1 noida for submitting money to my brother (Mukesh kumar) account. Problem is i'd written one wrong digit of bank account but the name was correct. Cashier (Mr. Pandey) have not seen the name on deposit slip, he directly sent the money to other account without verification of name and account.

                        When this confusion have created... I've gone many times to the cachsier but he always giving excuses. He didn't help to retuen my money.

                            With reference to the above, even after three letters we have not received any intimation / information regarding the rate of interest on housing loan which is being charged as housing loan-np-commercial real estate – housing loan np – commercial from your god offices. We have availed the housing loan for first floor, which is exclusively for residential purposes only. The ground floor has been constructed from own funds and the same has been let out. This has been intimated time and again to your bank branch officials, right from the day of making request for housing loan. It seems this has not received the attention of the branch officials. However after receiving the terms of sanction, we had represented regarding this, but till date we have not received any intimation from either the branch officials nor the bank officials.
                            Hence it is requestedof your good offices to kindly look in to the matter and see that the rate of interest is reduced which is applicable for housing loans at the earliest.
                            Awaiting a favourable response with in ten days of this letter, failing which we would be left with no other option than to approach consumer forum for the redressal of the injustice caused to us.

                            they have deducted my 10k and 15k in 2 times without noticing me for failed IMPS transaction. because of canara bank i lost total 25 k, please dont use canara bank.

                              On 22 april 2017 I entered the canara bank atm (id[protected] to withdraw Rs1500.00. After entering the password and the amount the screen was hung. The guard was also present inside the ATM. The money never came out and the amount was deducted from my debit card of Kotak mahindra bank. This machine is located in arekere near Nano hospital. The bank made flase claim that the money was despensed properly. This is shocking.
                              Canara bank please check your camera records. I have registered complaint against this false transaction.

                                I ordered a dslr from amazon amounting 21999 but i had to cancel it for certain reasons. The amazon officials says that they have processed the refund on 20 april 2017 but i haven't recieved the refund yet.

                                Please look into the matter and resolve it as soon as possible.

                                      I, jessy jose aged 58 had visited canara bank at thalayolaparambu on 26th april 2017. The purpose of my visit to the branch was in regard to the withdrawal of money (Rs 42281) from my husband’s account (P j jose) a/c no:[protected]. I lost my husband on 1/12/2016. Since my financial status got disturbed after the death of husband, i approached canara bank branch at thalayolaparambu, where my husband had an account. I had been visiting the branch from the month of 2016.
                                      I am survived with 4 children of which my son johny jose is differently abled. One of my daughters, jaya. P. Jose is studying abroad. For the release above mentioned amount we were asked to submit the following documents.
                                      · death certificate of p j jose

                                      · legal heir ship certificate

                                      · legal guardianship for my son johny jose

                                      Since my son is differently abled, a share of the amount is to be deposited to a joint account of mine with my son. On the matter, there was a mail sent to the branch manager at canara bank thalyolaparambu, stating the formalities on withdrawal by district collector, kottayam.
                                      I had been in touch with the branch manager mrs. Sheela aandavan from the month of december’16 for the matter. We had been submitting the documents as per the manager’s instructions. Since one of my daughter jaya p jose is studying abroad, we had submitted a copy of power of attorney. When i visited the branch on 20/4/17, i was told that the withdrawal request cannot be processed without signing appendix 5 form. I took a copy of the same as it had to signed by children. On reading that i learnt it was an acknowledgement that i have received the money.
                                      I walked into the branch on 26th april 17 and enquired with the manager on why to sign the appendix without receiving the money. To my question the response was that it was to make the process faster. When i submitted the copy of power of attorney, she demanded the original of the document. Since i thought it be verified, i produced the originals. She told that the copy of the same cannot be accepted and only the originals are to be submitted. On enquiring if the copy couldn’t serve the purpose of withdrawal process, she told it wouldn’t. The principal document was required for any transactional deeds during the absence of my daughter.
                                      Throughout these discussions the manager, mrs sheela aandavan was raising her voice at me for no reason. She was too rude to me, that she threw the forms on me and shouted at me for the matter. She seemed too rude that i was even told that she would not process the request until unless my daughter who is abroad reaches the branch to sign the documents. I felt humiliated in front of so many other customers, who indeed are my neighbors.
                                      I have dealt with so many other banks and this is the first time i had to undergo such rude behavior. As i mentioned, the process of amount withdrawal from federal bank was at too good service levels. I never expect empathy in service but to rate service level of canara bank with my experience is worst and no words can express the humiliation i went through.
                                      Video recording at the branch would be a solid proof for my statements. My visit to the branch was between 4:30-5:20 pm on 26/4/2017.

                                      I need a solution for this issue at the earliest. I cannot wait for the mercy of the branch manager when i have walked in to the branch many times with all the documents. Why should i undergo through this kind of a mental torture. Why the manager think a customer has to beg with her, a manger should be able to control her emotions. No one will visit a bank to to waste a manager's time or to disturb her, when a customer is spending time that will be for a genuine purpose. It was a very bad experinece.

                                        My name is arjun panicker and my account number is[protected], canara bank punalur branch. I have returned a product in amazon for rs 243 and they mentioned that my refund of amount rs 243 has been credited to my account on april 16, 2017. Till now (25 april 2017), i didn't get my refund to my account. I have received a refund reference number and transaction code through mail. These are the messages received from amazon

                                        Sir mare father ka account (canara bank) main hai hum atm se paise niklane ne corporation bank main 10000 RS nikal ne gaye the aye 4000 RS or 6000 rs nahi aye account main debit hogaye 10000 sir humne complaine ki canara bank to wo kehete ki ab app ka balance nah ayaga
