I have my locker in Canara Bank, Indirapuram Branch, Ghaziabad, UP.
Today (Thursday, 13 April 2017) I visited bank to operate my locker. x I reached at 3.34 pm, Bank shutter was closed. I requested them to operate my locker as I had some urgency. One peon came and said that time is over by 4 minutes. I again requested that I am coming from my office and became only 4 minutes late please let me operate locker as I am very old customer of this bank or let me talk to any officer on phone. He didn't make any calls to any officer. Is this the right behavior? I know i was slightly late but for only 4 minutes any good bank can deny this? Can't any officer talk to me regarding this?
They don't have any courtesy to their old customers? I have called their customer care but couldn't connect. I tried at Circle number but that also not connected.
Kindly look into this matter and do the needful.
