I am a customer of Canara Bank holding Current Account [protected] in the name of Yadav Medical Store, Tauru Distt Nuh-122105. Due to poor service by the bank staff facing problem Like:-
Due to a technical issue, the Bank App is not working on my phone. To get a monthly current statement for return every time the system is not working properly, unable to give you the same.
Cash not deposited easily, neither cheque book released. Regularly follow ups with bank staff.
Now I finally decided to close the current account, the same issue I have had to face again for the last 4 months. Number of applications given to banks for close accounts. Cheque books are handed over but the problem is still as it is.
PAID APPROX RS.7000/- MINIMUM BALANCE CHARGED BY BANK IN THE SAME PERIOD OF FOLLOW UPS AND I HAVE TO PAY THE SAME FOR CLOSING THE ACCOUNT . BUT NEITHER THEY STOP CHARGING MINIMUM BALANCE NOR THEY CLOSED THE ACCOUNT . NO BODY TAKE IT SERIOUSLY AND LISTEN IN BANK.
PLEASE HELP IN THIS MATTER.
