Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing this email to bring to your attention an issue I have been facing with my ATM debit card. I received the card three days ago and attempted to activate it by following the instructions provided on the accompanying paper as well as through IVRS. Unfortunately, my debit card has been hotlisted due to a mismatch between the IVRS details and the information on the paper. I would like to clarify that this issue is not my fault. The hotlisting of my card has resulted in a charge of 150+GST.
I kindly request you to consider this email as a humble plea to verify the accuracy of your IVRS details and compare them with the information provided on the activation paper for my debit card.

    We want inform ceo of canara bank and all management staff officer and director we have a nre account in canara bank siwan main branch.
    We want to inform about in the very poor service of canara bank and Indian financial management.
    Our debit card is expire in last December 2022 and now july but card is not received.
    We want to inform all of you if you need seven months for card issue then how about your service.
    I had 20 time complain to customers care executive.

        I am deeply disappointed by the treatment I received as a customer at Canara Bank Kotturpuram branch today. Ms. Archana, one of your employees, displayed favoritism by allowing someone she knows to jump the queue, despite arriving half an hour after us. When I raised my concerns, she dismissively laughed at me.

        This incident has shattered my trust in Canara Bank's commitment to fairness and impartiality. I urge you to investigate the matter, take appropriate disciplinary action, and provide a formal apology for the disrespectful treatment I endured.

          Money getting debited twice 400 has been debited without our knowledge. Totally 800 has been debited from account[protected] at 2/7/2023 and 3/7/2023.

                Refund received from merchant but not returned to account

                Dear Sir, I load 100 Rs for top up in Delhi Metro ONE card number 39301536 on[protected] under transaction number IB ITG[protected] ONLINE TRANSACTION BDP-AIRTELPA-CBIBIBO-[protected]-CBIBIBO. after long gap, when I went for top up, it was not available, I asked the merchant, he replied that it's refunded from his side. But it is not yet added in my account. Kindly resolve and reply.

                During imps transfer from canara bank app, the transaction failed due to some reasons but the amount is debited from my account and it was not credited to the person whom I have sent the money.

                A message also came as.
                An amount of INR 5, 500.00 has been DEBITED to your account XXXX5791 on 02/07/2023. Total Avail.bal INR 5, 067.79. - Canara Bank

                My passbook also shows that the amount is debited.
                Please look into it.

                  I made an online IMPS transaction througn net banking transferring Rs. 1, 10, 000/- from the debit of my account No:[protected] with Canara Bank to the Beneficiary Mr. J.R. Muralidharan's account No:[protected] with Indian Bank Rangarajapuram Branch, on 01.07.2023 morning. The amount has not yet been credited to the Beneficiary's account till now (02.07.2023 - 02.35 PM).

                  Kindly instruct Canara Bank to credit back the amount besides reversing their charges with a penalty of Rs. 200 /- immediately. Otherwise I would be constrained to lodge a complaint with Banking Ombudsman claiming huge damages.

                    I am Hashim.I have a Current account in Canara bank named as HIT CASH with an AC No.[protected] at Chelannoor branch (CNRB0001909) I am doing ATM maintenance Services . I had been Confirmed with the branch, prior to open the account that Bank are not imposing any charges like withdrawal charges. Initially they charged me commission for withdrawal .When I complain about the charge they waive me the charge and promise me that charges already debited from the account will be credited soon. So far that amount not credited in account. Recently the bank reinstated this charge without any notice.this is purely injustice to an account holder. If you had informed me earlier about such a charge, I would have opened an account in some other bank. I cannot do business with this charge because you are charging me more than my commission that I am getting from the company.I request them waive this commission at least for a month to open account in another branch. but not admitted iam trying to open account in another bank and I request you to take action to get back the commission debited from my account
