I have opened a ppf account in my nearest branch (On august-2019) and made a initial deposit. But i am unable to view my statement by any means, whenever i try to check my statement it always says "your ppf account is not linked with your casa account". I have even registered a complaint through my branch, but even after 2 months it wasn't solved. Since a person can open only one ppf account i have no option to look for it in other providers....

It is noticed that from my sb a/c statement of 27th sep 2019; the ecs mndt chrg of rs. 177.00 debited to my sb a/c two times. There is no prior communication from bank and local officials are not aware of these transaction.

This is a violation of rbi guidelines on ecs transfer.

We would like to register a complaint on canara bank...

Had initiated an imps transaction in my mobile application to my account in a different bank thhat like hdfc bank (4 september, 2019) at 6:36;26 pm. However, the session timed out after i entered my one time password. The amount was debited from my account but the transaction failed and also not credit in hdfc bank. Hi,
I am account holder of canara bank. I withdrawed 10000 ruppes on 21st jul-19 from sbi atm (Fraud device attached in machine). After that 40, 000 deducted from atm on 27th - jul-19 and 10000 on 28-jul-19. During this period of deduction i didnt receive any message from bank of deduction i dont know why?

Dear canara bank team,
On 5th august 2019 i had made a online transaction for rs 500 through ccavenue mumbai vide transaction no.[protected] around 10.15 am.
This transaction was not successful but the amount was debited to my account and till date it is not reversed back to my account. Ccavenue mumbai has sent me a communication email that this transaction was not successful as the bank declined the payment.

I have been maintaining Minimum Balance in my account. Even then, the NMMB account is deducted for 3 successive months.

Also, Rs.18 is deducted towards SMS charges. I have not opted for any SMS and haven't received any SMS regarding this account till now.

Please stop deduction of these unnecessary charges.

So they have a clearing time of 1 pm and 4 pm from the cheque drop box which is only located inside bank branches, which are open only between 10 and 6. I visited a merchant on january 2nd, 2019 and subsequently two charges of rs 57000 were placed on my debit card. Upon further investigation, it was confirmed by merchant that they did not charge twice.
