    As I ordered a symphony cooler worth Rs 5499/- and returned it on October 20 but the amount was to credit between Oct 23-25 in bank but it's November 3 today and not yet credited...It is a humble request please check into my problem I'm really concerned about this huge amount...

        Yesterday when i was used canara bank mobile banking for a fund transfer, but unfortunately transaction got failed due to time out but still amount got deducted and not credit either beneficiary account nor my account.

        Kindly look this matter and resolve as soon as possible as i need to make a payment very urgent.

          Dear Sir,
          I am Sushanta residing at Bhubaneswar, Odisha has an account of Canara Bank Cuttack branch. Before 15 days I had deposited 3000 rupees at Canara Bank CDM atm branch saheed Nagar. Amount gone inside and immediately print sheet with the denomination comes out but unfortunately monitor displayed that we are unable to retrieve your account kindly contact the nearest branch. Due to bank holiday of two days. I couldn't raise complaint on same day and after that on 21/10/2021 I visited the bank and give them the print sheet and with my complete account details. Bank officer assured me that the payment will be realised with in 4 days of your complaint but still it's been 15 days there is no updates on this. Bank officer yet saying that he fallowing up this.
          Kindly do the needful to resolve it at the earliest.

              My name is Abhishek Shelar from pune my account required more charges for for only few days and yesterday also 159/- has done how it is I didn't send any one else money so how directly cut it from my account thats why this is boaring bank and also service also so boaring and yours employees also no knowledge about any system for few days before I have open my sister account thats time your mental employee rectifide adhar no linked with that account and I have received one government facility with the reference of adhar that money directly send by another account this is also yours mental and stupid service plz repaire and observed that otherwise I will complaint in police station about yours fraud I am not interested to again to open account in yours mental and fraud bank

                I purchased product from amazon but some reason i retruned but i have not received my refund money reference number was

                My name is shaktivel mudaliar and I had ordered a product of RS.2999 diven layred kurti in Amazon on 16, oct 2021 & I returned this order due to personal reason. And on 23, oct2021 Amazon initiated the amount to my Account (my account number [protected])but I still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number[protected] and told me to fill charge dispute form So please take some action

                  Dear sir,
                  I purchased a product on Amazon on 4th Oct 2021 using my canara bank debit card, that product was not correct so i returned it, and i asked then for refund As per their confirmation refund was initiated on 19th oct 2021 and today is the 29th oct 2021 still it was not reflected in my account.They had provided the refund reference number as[protected].i had contacted your customer service number they is no proper response hence i mail you.

                        I am the account holder of syndicate bank branch code:5059 from last 20-25 years then bank was merge into canara bank, so i found one new account in my ID[protected] this account is wrongly connected with my id. I have not opened any account in online and offline in this branch.I have got ATM card by post, that also i have submitted to my branch i.e branch code 15059 after that i went to branch manger he is not accepting this issue, he has not shown any physically documents of this issue so i want to remove this account with my id. Please let me know as soon as possible.

                          i used to have a savings account with account number[protected]in canara Bank Robertsonpet KGF Branch -563122 i didnt maintain the minimum balance unfortunately so it was showing - 11 Rs and u guys reported to cibil as overdraft loan . later on i visited ur branch in KGF on date of[protected] and informed the manager the same he told me that my bank account is closed so he suggested me to pay the minus balance amount as commission account and suggested to pay 30 rs i paid 30 rs to my account number[protected]on[protected] and paid to the bank cash counter now its almost a year still my cibil report showing overdraft loan of 11 rs written off kindly solve my issue and update to the cibil report .

                            this is thilakram bhudati I have account with bahudurpyra branch I have done gurantor sign to MR M.KRISHNA recently I have selected HDFC bank . I have effected my cibil score due to I have gurantor sign done with M KRISHNA LOAN he is passed away due to Corona I don't have any idea about the loan due recently it is showing my cibil and I went the bank and immediately cleared the dues and received the noc but it is showing active in my cibil iam suffering with this cibil mentally and already paid the amount as a reasonably but your bank is torchering me and not closing that account please resolve my problem with immediate effectotherwise iapproach consumer court with noc .ref:CB 13041 OTS 791/938 2021

                                We are home loanee of Canara Bank Rajouri Garden Branch, New Delhi. It is with deep anguish and frustration I am approaching you to report the insensitive and ignoring attitude by the said branch over my request to implement Repo Linked lending Rate (RLLR) in my home loan account No.[protected].

                                In fact, due to our earlier bitter experiences in the past by the negligent/ignoraning behavior of bank staff, on 02 Sep 21, we visited the bank with a request to close our home loan by paying off the balance amount of approx. 16 lakhs. But, the manager Mr Rajeev Rustagi held us back from closing the loan and instead offered to link my loan account with RLLR (By the way as per RBI guide lines the bank was supposed to inform us about this earlier when this scheme was announced). Accordingly, we changed our view of prematurely closing the loan account and preferred to go for RLLR scheme. We signed certain forms and deposited with Mr Pawan same day i.e. 02 Sep 21. We don’t know what has happened to our application for RLLR. Since then, I had made several calls/whatsup and emails to Mr Rajeev Rustagi, but he has not responded even once. We are very frustrated and disappointed.

                                We would request to take appropriate action in this matter.

                                      My name is Priyanka Rajput and I had ordered a product of RS. 289 Yashika Women Art silk Sarees SDPL-METRO in Amazon on 28-sep-2021 & I returned this order due to some reason. I did payment using Phonepe UPI which is directly linked to my Canara bank account. On 1-OCT-2021 Amazon initiated the refund amount to my account but I still didn't get the money in my account or Phonepe wallet. I cross checked with Phonepe customer care also and they confirmed that it should come directly to my linked bank account. Amazon gave this refund reference number(RRN[protected] and told me to check with my bank. When I checked with my bank then they are saying they don't have any functionality to check refund status with RRN given by Amazon. I checked again with Amazon customer care but they are asking to check with bank only who is giving same reason. Kindly look into this. I am attaching relevant screenshots.
