Today we went to canara bank to pay interest for jewel loan at 9.30A.M (rule by bank ) til now we are waiting to pay interest with the order of random or it may be priority. It doesn't matter for us. But towards customer they behaved so bad by using harsh words. we asked question about First in last out system as we are waiting for a long time to pay interest now it 12.09AM. we felt alot and worried so much.kindly take action aganist passbook entry cabin and manager of mallur canara bank.

    I can log in my account using NetBanking but unable to generate Transactional password which is needed for managing beneficiary.

    I called Call Center but there are no efficient people to resolve the issue. I was told and given the email of technical team to contact.

    I send email to the technical team and nodal officer but no response till now.

    This is the most hopeless bank and government should privatize it as these staff are all stupid's without any knowledge.

    I am an NRI customer and suffering from 3 days now.

      Respected sir / madam,

      i have a savings bank account in canara bank, rajajinagar 3rd block branch, bengaluru - 560 010. They have debitted against my account rs.50000/- (rupees fifty thousand only) instead of debitting rs.25000/- in this regard i had been to branch and met mr. Rajgopal, manager (who is incharge of the thorough transaction). He refused me to provide details and to contact/complaint against him anywhere concerned like rbi, banking ombudsman etc.,

      then, i met chief manager smt. Vijaya kolhapur and as per the instructions i have to contact canara bank, kengeri satellite town branch, bengaluru -60. Immediately i had been to canara bank, kengeri satellite town and met the branch manager regarding the issue. He has instructed smt. Roopa, who is incharge of this transaction and to remove the wrong deduction of rs.25000/-. I have provided all the concerned transaction details to smt.Roopa and to request to do the needful immediately.

      But, she refused to do so. Instead of removing holding amount of rs.25000/- she has been deducted rs.25000/- and to clarify at home branch (rajajinagar 3rd block, bangalore).

      I request kindly take necessary action against mr. Rajgopal, canara bank, rajajinagar 3rd block branch and smt. Roopa, staff, canara bank kengeri satellite town branch, bengaluru-60.

      Im having savings account in canara bank rajajinagar branch, bengaluru-10. I am not having any account in canara bank kengeri satellite town branch, bengaluru-60.

      But, as per smt.Roopa -- having rights to do so (holding, debitting etc., etc., )

      earlier i was having account in kengeri satellite town branch -- due to change of residence i have completely transferred to canara bank, rajajinagar branch, for my convinient purpose. At the time of transfer also she has refused to transfer (earlier complaint lodged against her in banking ombudsman) because of that reason -- now she is taking revenge.

      Kindly do the needful and credit back rs.25000/- immediately which has been wrongly debitted twice.

        I am Ravi prasad of Prop. Of Ravi medical stores Akkayyapalem, Visakhapatnam 530016.having account A/c no.[protected] since 1994. First it was partner ship concern upto March 2019. We cleared all dues. Afterwards it's changed to proprietary concern. This year we are having renewal on 7th July 2019. I, submitted all necessary documents on 30th of June 2019. Staff was also taken necessary signatures on renewal aplication forms. But the staff have not renewed the account. On 6th July 2021, They asked me give a letter for one more month for renewal. I given the same. In the meantime, I called by phone many times for renewal. But every time they told me today it will be cleared. But they don't done renewal of account. Next renewal of the account should be 6th August 2021.On 5th August I asked personally asked about the renewal. They told me same story today it will be cleared. Even 6th also I was reminder about renewal by phone call. They told me same story. I went on 7th of August 2021. They not yet done.
        Sir, Ball can be bounced, but not Cheque.
        On 7th August 2021. I got 9 (nine) cheques were bounced.
        Because of purely negligence of staff. I suffered a lot.
        I am the one of the oldest customer.
        Please do justice in this regard, and refund me, necessary charges after verification.

          We had ordered a w women top on 5th january 2021 from W online shopping website and we have to get a refund of the order immediately and the refunded the amount is rs 1149 and from your side we did not get the money so send the the money quickly

                I am Nataraj K a sincere and dedicated daily pigmy collector served syndicate bank for over 35 years started my service on 07011985 was terminated during COVID 19 time stating I did not meet the quarterly targets although an error was from bank side not making upload or downloads from pigmy collecting machine on time I was terminated when all financial institutions was not operating during pandemic circumstances by then branch manager Mahesh Gowda on 20042020 I would like to highlight that I had submitted a request to receive gratuity amount for the tenure I spent in syndicate bank Kyathasandra on 24122020 however it has been 8 months from the date I submitted the request but I did not receive the gratuity yet When followed up in bank we had been advised to wait since it has not been approved by banking personnel due to bank employee been found Covid positive certified I have been awaiting with no hopes of receiving gratuity and final settlements which bank could provide for a person who worked for 35 years Pigmy agent deposit also not provided back which is approximately 3 and half lakhs I would request you to look in to subjected issue and provide resolution at the earliest possible

                    Kindly issue LOD Updated SOA four closer on an urgent basis.I need it, because I want to close my loan from your bank.I don't want to provide you with any explanation against this.i'm not able to come to your branch, So Requesting you again, Issue these documents through mail.otherwise I'll follow the legal process & go through to the grievance cell.will do complaint also in different organisations according to RBI Guidelines.release my these Documents ASAP.

                              I'm unable to use G pay and phone pay from few months. Getting error as too many customer ID active. I have accounts in canara bank and syndicate bank. And unable to use both accounts. Request to solve this issue ASAP.

                                I deposited RS.17000/- in Canara bank ATM deposit machine at Devanahaalli - 562110 on 12.08.2021 at 1.47PM but I am not get receipt of the same from ATM machine and deposit amount also not creditade to my account.
                                I give complaint to the Manager Canara Bank Devanahalli Branch but they not issued complaint reference/acknowledgement and they said, complaint will forward to head office and it resolved within 15 days. Hence resolve my complaint urgently, thanks.
