        Hon. Sir, i am the long standing customer of your esteemed bank dombiwali east branch since long many years. I am retired senior citizen. I hold two debit cards one rupay and one visa and operate the same through the canara bank mobile app. 3 days back, i tried to make the payment through the debit card but card was not accepted. I went to atm but the card is shown as invalid. I approached dombiwali east branch where the shutter was kept in closed condition, customers were standing in que outside the gate, one official was talking to customers from inside the gate, it was raining also. Hence i could not approach the branch. I tried customer care no. Where every time evasive replies have been given, there was no inclination to attend to the problem. Then what is the use of customer care no. I have then gave telephone case to dombivali east branch where one madam was good enough to respond but with a rider to send the complaint on wards to the thane regional office. I have again called the local branch office but this time the lady who lifted the phone was highly evasive and was telling me to come to bank personally and abruptly put off the phone. I have sent emails to [protected]@canarabank.com. But nobody seems to be attending to the same. My problem still continues to remain unattended. My work is badly hampered, i could not make payments and make online purchases o[censored]rgent essentials during this lock down period. Anybody please pay heed to my grievance urgently & oblige - gorakh ramchandra dillikar (Mob. [protected]). Nobody attending

          ordered a semi automatic washing machine from amazon on 6th july than i cancelled it on 8th july. I talked yo amazon they told me they have initiated the refunf of rs. 8650/- and it will be credited to your account in 3 to 5 working days but till now i have not received any refund from them. I again talked to the amazon they gave a refund reference to talk to the bank, i confirmed from the bank they said there is no refund from that reference number. Again i talked to amzon they gave a link to fill a form and send so that my refund should credited to my account. Please do the needful and credit my refund of rs. 8650 to my bank.

          For your ready reference, i m attaching the mails received by me regarding the refund initiated by amazon. Please find enclose below the files

            Respected Madam /Sir,
            Greetings of the day! Hope you are safe and secure .
            This is with reference to the transfer of the proceeds of Fixed deposit (FD). Let me tell you the background of the story . My mother opened a FD as the first holder and myself as a second holder way back in 2010 without opening a savings A/c. Myself had a savings A/ C in that branch with my brother . At that time the bank staff insisted that it was not necessary to open a savings A/c and my mother does not have a savings A/c till date . Now the crux of the problem, is that at the time of maturity, the branch is refusing to transfer the proceeds to my savings A/ c stating that the system does not permit even though I am second holder and had a bonafide savings A/c .
            Now how to address the issue.
            1. How can the branch open a FD a/c without opening a savings A/c .
            2. If FD A/c was opened, how can the bank refuse me now to transfer the proceeds on the ground that the first holder does not a savings A/c .
            3. If this was the case, my mother will not have opened the FD A/c .then .
            Please suggest a wayout to solve the impasse.

              Had done a transaction using amazon pay upi using scan and pay feature. Amount was debited from bank but not received in receiver bank account. Amount has not been refunded yet. Transaction is still showing as pending.

                I was paying ₹200 to "ranjeet" through amazon pay upi but the transaction is stuck and it's still showing in pending, ₹200 was debited but not refunded yet. I compliant it to several platforms i. E amazon customer care, canara bank customer care and bhim upi complaint form, but still my problem isn't resolved. I hope the problem will taken into immediate assistance.

                        Dear bank,
                        What is a customer to you?
                        The reason for my question is the behaviour of your branch manager of kampel branch mr. Rahul bawne.. The bm doesn't have a sense to talk to a female staff even.. Rather focusing on my problems solution he was busy in threating me that what i can do.. He said me in open that do what you can do against me.. You want to complaint to zonal head or regional head or any person on this earth.. He proved me in those few minutes that he is not afraid of any one also if i would have sat there for more minutes he would not mind hitting us.. He was busy showing us that we are illiterate and he is smart enough to fool any customer for completing his so called targets.. I want to ask this bank that when your employee is unable to deliver any sort of target do you guide them to abuse a customer to threaten a customer.. Does your branch manager represent such identity of your bank.. This is against rbi rules to think that only canara bank is bank and it's employees are employees rather all are fools.

                          On 14.07.2020, i made a transaction through bharath bill payment system of canara bank towards payment of bill dated 13.07.2020 for tneb service connection no.[protected] vide client code: client_code and merchant reference no. Cao[protected] and an amount of rs.380/- was debited in my account no:[protected]. But, the payment was not made to tneb account by bbps. Hence, i request that action may please be taken to credit the amount of rs.380/- to my account, early.

                              This is to inform you that my mother smt l thilakavathi holds a canara bank account number xxx08 there has been multiple upi transactions made on her account allegedly by her son sri ananthapadmanabha l with re[censored]pi transactions in may, june 2020 and upi id as below

                              Via bhim axis pay

                              My mother is unaware of the upi related procedures and she did not do any transactions using upi she has been informed by ananthapadmanabha that certain transactions are made online to pay bills whereas we are unable to verify the same.

                              We have informed the same to the bank branch manager of kodandaramapuram branch canara bank as of[protected] around 1555 however she merely dismissed my pleas without further investigating into the matter

                              Whereas this is clearly established that someone else is doing the transactions by using the kyc & account information of thilakavathi. L kindly investigate and let me know what are other details needed thanks

                                      My name is Preeti bala and i have an account in canara bank. I have ordered samsung m21 mobile phone price Rs 8399 with exchange offer from amazon on 29th June but then i cancelled it on 3rd July. Amazon gave me an estimated refund date by 8th July but still i didn't get the refund yet. I call them daily, the customer care of Amazon gave me a refund reference number- 30005401870181210021983. Today I called Customer Care of Canara bank and they said they don't have any case by such refund reference number.
                                      Both amazon and canara blaming each other, no one is clearing stating where is my money!!!
