        I purchased a product on 21st june 2020 using my canara bank debit card in phone pe app same was not received i asked them for refund. As per their confirmation
        Refund was initiated 1st of this month maximum time frame was 7 to 9 days. Still it was not reflected in my account. They had provided the refund transaction id - p2007011224312642866003
        I had contacted your customer service number there is no proper response. Please check and confirm the status.

By mistake i type wrong account number and i lost my 8100 rupees. I want my money back. Kindly process some legal processes to refund me.

              The transaction got failed after i gave all the credentials and otp and proceeded. A failed server page occured. But money got deducted. The payment was not successful. Please take necessary steps to refund the amount.

                I am a ugc jrf scholar and my university has linked my details on canara bank scholarship web portal.. But i have failed to get a beneficiary code till date. It's been one month and i am sitting here without having received 6 months of my scholarship funds.
                Please generate my beneficiary code as soon as possible. Mailed canara bank numerous times but failed to get a reply. Please help as i have nothing to survive upon in these difficult times.

                  I am an account holder with savings ac [protected] at the vayu sena bhavan, new delhi branch, syndicate bank

                  On 20th march, 2020 i attempted twice to pay my mtnl bill via bank transfer but on both occasions, the transfer failed, however, my account has been debited with rs 263 on each occasion. Mtnl has not been credited by the amounts. The transaction reference is given below. The help desk advised me to wait for 5-6 working days but now it has been a long time.

                    I have placed an order on netmeds worth rs 6278.75 i made the payment using amazon pay how ever the transaction faild and amazon pay as return the amount rs 6178.75 wide refund reference no [protected] dated 02/07/2020. Till date the refund has not been credited to my savings a/c no.[protected] i kindly request the conserned person to look in to this and resolve the issue immedietly

                      2 july initiated refund from amazon to my account and expected date to refer me on 7th july... I checked my account but money is not initiated in my account still 10th july. I call amazon service center then agent gives me reference number for 2 items refund policy... Then i call canara bank service center then agent said me that i have not access to check reference number.
                      When my refund reflect to my account?

                            Respected sir,
                            I would like to bring your kind attention that, i am one of the account holder of your reputed bank sb-nre account #[protected] at karaikadu branch, tamil nadu.
                            • on june 3rd 2020, i purchased 2 items from online merchant flipkart for the amount of rs.949 & rs.15670 respectively, used by my (Rupay) debit card.
                            • unfortunately on june 11th 2020, the same amounts were returned & credited to my account due to unknown reasons.
                            • in this regard, i received an email advice from flipkart and repay the same amount to flipkart account & they provided their account details too.
                            • hence, on 17th june 2020, as per flipkart request, i transferred the same amount to flipkart account by neft transaction used my online net banking method.
                            • on 20th june to my surprise, my account has been debited again with the same amounts ie., rs.949& 15670 without my permission which tantamounts to double payment for the single order.
                            • i noticed that, my amounts debited two times for same orders (I paid back via neft and again debited the same amount from my rupay debit card)
                            • in connection with this, i wrote an email to flipkart & they are advised me to check with account holding bank.

                            Even i submitted my complaint via canarabank redressal system with reference number crn 2021af0102 and redirect to submit the same in ccr package.

                            Hence, i request your good self, kindly intervene this matter, please solve this issue and reimburse/reverse my amounts which are debited from my rupay card by unauthorized debit.

                              We are maintaining savings account in the name of "central block welfare society (Regd), sst nagar patiala and maintaining account with your sst nagar branch vide a/c no[protected]. The authorized signatories in this account are president, secretary and cashier. The constitutional committee is changed after every two years which has been formed last week and relinquished of charge as authorized signatories by the former committee has not yet been given either to the bank or to new committee due to covid-19 and status of account being blocked at the bank level for want of pan card of society. I, arvind singla, being authorized signatory as cashier in the above said account, hereby want to know by which authority the bank has issued account statement to an unauthorized person without our knowledge and authority as till date we (President, secretary and cashier of former committee) are the authorized signatories as per bank record. Relinquishment of charge is yet to be given to the newly formed society by the committee who has completed its term.

                              So, why not the officer who has issued statement should be called for an explanation necessary action thereafter.

                                  Money for failed transaction not returned

                                  I was trying to order some products via my paytm account. Since i was low on balance used my debit card but canara bank declined my transaction and it failed. The money was deducted also for 1000 rupees transaction money was deducted twice and lost 1000 rupees not in my paytm wallet or my bank account. Very poor service will certainly change my bank asap....

                                  I had ordered a product from amazon and tried paying through my syndicate debit card, since it is merged with canara bank. I see that transaction had been declined by the bank but money had been deducted. I contacted amazon and they initiated a refund but even after a month i do not see this refund reflected in my account. This is just not acceptable. Please look in to it.

                                    The transaction was done on a SBI ATM booth in Bhopal which was declined but the Amount is deducted.
