Respected sir,
I would like to bring your kind attention that, i am one of the account holder of your reputed bank sb-nre account #[protected] at karaikadu branch, tamil nadu.
• on june 3rd 2020, i purchased 2 items from online merchant flipkart for the amount of rs.949 & rs.15670 respectively, used by my (Rupay) debit card.
• unfortunately on june 11th 2020, the same amounts were returned & credited to my account due to unknown reasons.
• in this regard, i received an email advice from flipkart and repay the same amount to flipkart account & they provided their account details too.
• hence, on 17th june 2020, as per flipkart request, i transferred the same amount to flipkart account by neft transaction used my online net banking method.
• on 20th june to my surprise, my account has been debited again with the same amounts ie., rs.949& 15670 without my permission which tantamounts to double payment for the single order.
• i noticed that, my amounts debited two times for same orders (I paid back via neft and again debited the same amount from my rupay debit card)
• in connection with this, i wrote an email to flipkart & they are advised me to check with account holding bank.
Even i submitted my complaint via canarabank redressal system with reference number crn 2021af0102 and redirect to submit the same in ccr package.
Hence, i request your good self, kindly intervene this matter, please solve this issue and reimburse/reverse my amounts which are debited from my rupay card by unauthorized debit.
