Sir. I am balakrishnan having account no...15743 at canara bank egmore. I Booked ticket for travel on 3.10.18 from chennai to trissur online using ny debit card. The transaction was failed but an amount of rs.616.36 was debited from my savings account. The transaction id. No. [protected] Bank reference no. [protected].
