प्राथी ने canan mp287-kjrx60905 printer uniqe computer से दिनाक-06.07.2017 को ख़रीदा था 20.12.2017 को printer p7 शो कर रहा था 23.12.2017 को service center गोरखपुर आया service center ने प्राथी से 300रुपया लिया तब जाकर p7 reset किया प्राथी दो साल से उस माडल का एक और printer प्रयोग कर रहा है एक साल तक service center ने निशुल्क सेवा दिया.पैसा मागने पर रसीद दिया और एक साल की वारन्टी की बात कही और उस समय [protected] पर बात किया परन्तु service center ने 300 रुपया ले लिया. Service center के इस कृत से प्राथी बहुत दुखी हुआ.
अत: आपसे बिनर्म निवेदन है कि service center and दुकान कर करवाई करने की कृपा करे

    We have purchased canon image class mf4820d printer (Qyr31254) for our office use. But the print quality is not good as standard. It shows lines while printing. We have already registered the complaint twice. But problem remains same. I am really
    Fed up with the service.

    So again here i am requesting you to solve the issues as soon as possible so that can provide better service to my customer.

        We bought a machine from a canon india dealer by the name of :
        Net office equipment, 102, vardhman diamond plaza,
        Db gupta road, pahar ganj, delhi - 110055 ;
        Gst no. : 07atyps8257j1zi
        The company owner/manager mr. Pawan sharma visited us at our registered address and sold this machine to us claiming it meets with all our functionalities.

        Now begins the nigthmare.
        Mr. Pawan sharma last spoke to us on the day of selling the machine to us.
        Other than that he has refused to answer all phone calls, emails, text messages, whatsapp messages.
        We have left numerous reminders in his office but he doesn't bother to call back ever.

        The machine stopped working in the first year of warranty itself starting from the month of may, 2017. Nobody came to attend to the machine for another 3 months! And the first service was carried out on august 21, 2017.

        The support scheme agreement was made on 14/1/2017.

        After this first service on august 21, 2017 the machine stopped working completely. Before the service we were getting an error which was not enabling us to carry out any scanning on the machine or printing since the month of may 2017.
        After 21 august, we have been constantly asking net office equipment to repair the machine however when they send their technician, he comes to make the machine functional for a day or two after which they refuse to respond to our service requests.
        Over 3 months have passed and they have refused to give any support without making extra payments to them in spite of having contract and warranty period.

        Canon india refuses to respond despite various phone calls to the service center executives.

        Now net office equipment is blackmailing us saying that make payments to them else they will not restart the machine which is already non functional since may of this year.

        Dear Team, I have lodged a complaint for my Printer MG3750 bearing sr. no-KJGK02850, long back with -1-2 follow up from your side as well but on 5Dec17 I received a message stating that your problem is resolved. The problem never attended & is being resolved. Is this your way in resolving the problem.

            I have purchased thecamera this year on 15 th jan... Since that time the camera quality is very oor.. I have complaint many times to the showroom from where i have purchasedit... Persons from canon came to me several time but the problem is still... Camera is not giving the colors details required, video is having too much noise, overall performance is very poor, i have purchased the camera from foto color emporium, outer circle cannaught palace...
            I have purchase the camera of rs 1700000 and a camera costing rs 100000 is giving much better results than this camera... Please help me out from this problem...

              I have send my canon 80d for repair in guwahati assam on 9 nov they told me they have to send it to kolkata as this is a sensor problem, kolkata enginer call me and asked me what is the problem i told them there is a sensor problem and they call me back they have fixed the problem on 24 nov i went to guwahati canon service centre to receive my camera and when i check the camera it was not fixed i complain to enginer in guwahati assam they told me they again have to send back the product to kolkata and it will again take 20 day. Canon service centre are worst i should have buy nikon instead of canon which have proper service centre in guwahati assam

              Dear sir paper is jaam in paper i con't get the print and half size of paper should be laam in the roller will please send service man and do the needfull
              I had problem regarding spot and battery drain in my Canon 700d camera therefore I had gave it to service centre and they took approximately 2 months to repair in Chandigarh. I got it back with all working well but again the battery drain started and now it isn't opening at all. Looking forward to again get my camera well in less days than earlier

                I am not receiving the camera from chandigarh and noida. Chandigarh service centre not taking action for receiving camera. They donot give the number of gurgaon service centre. Tomorrow at home fuction is organised. They promise to recieve camera at 20 november 2017. Today i am not recieve camera from chandigarh service center. At service center telling to recieve camera on 28 november 2017

                  Dear sir i live westbengal, habra. My inkjet printer model no g-2000 serial no-kkrx29060 is not working passed 15 days. I call cannon customer care and raise few ticket raise. But no response now till date. So now do you want help me anything. Customer care person should be tanesper engnier no. But engginer not response date to date. Every day messege from cannon and get a resolve mail. Thats position i called enginer but he should not response or not pick up his phone. Its a haresment from your company. So this type of issue are effect your company buisness.

                    The said printer is giving problem during maintenance work is carried our for the printer. During system clean the printer gives error 5b00 in which orance led glows 7 times with error. After following the procedure for rectification error, holding stopping button and making power on then pressing stop button 5 times the power on button is steady. Once power off and on again the same problem persists. If we call service person they are charging huge amount.

                      I bought one Canon Pixma E477 Printer in August 2017 from Amazon Website and it is non-functional for last three months. I logged compliant with Canon Support on 04-Oct-2017 and Canon has not provided warranty service till date. Canon engineer visited and checked the printer on 05-Oct-2017 and said that the printer will be replaced. After that there is complete silence from Canon Customer Support. I made repeated calls to Cannon customer support helpdesk number, they have not committed any date by when the printer will be replaced or repaired. I am now felling helpless.

                      Hello sir, My Name Is asheesh Sharma, i service my canon g2000 in jaipur service centre, after service they tell me my colour print in not working as before my colour print was working well, in service they even dont remove a single dust, and my black in tank is empty that i fillup 1 week before, behaviour was so rude.

                        After purchasing the printer from amazon i was very happy about the product. But using the full carterige i started facing problem in filling ink into it. The colour carterige started leaking and all the ink got wasted. Then i call to customer care and ask about it. They replied that there is a problem in this product. And the cost of carterige is so high that it is better to take print from outside market. If there is a problem in your product and you know it well then why are you continuing this in market. It means you are making customers fool by selling the carterige on a high price. I want to say that you should improve your product or discontinue it from market.

                          I had purchased Canon MG2570 series printer a year Back from Home shop 18, now the printer isn't workong properly and not able print clear pages. I have registed compalints so many timea times but no one replied till now from last one month, i m business personnel and my work requires extensive use of printer and from last one month i am facing may problem. Please respond to my complaint and try to fix my printer as soon as possible by sending someone or by any means. I haven't expected such a worst customer handling from auch a big company.

                            I have a 2 years old cannon 6d dslr camera. Now the camera has not working, we are contacted your local service center at kozhikode, they told, its main circuit board is not available. Kindly confirm the board availability from the company side. Other wise i will move the case as legally.
                            I am surprising to see that the attitude of mnc company. Why your not providing proper service to this kind of professional items

                              Both sucks at big time
                              First connectiont to setup is always perfect
                              Couple down to road, when you want to reconnect and print, there you will have hell waiting for u
                              In order to reprint, you need to resetup the wireless connection again
                              Yes you heard me right.
                              And best part, where do you get support instantly?
                              No way can be found except setup files/guides/lotsa of #

                                I am from earth nexus pvt ltd. A real estate company in adityapur, jamshedpur. I used canon printer for my office since a long time. This product is too good. But the servicing regarding this product is very bad, in fact worst. I have called so many times in diligent solutions office (Yashkamal complex, bistupur, jamshedpur[protected], [protected]) for my printer servicing, but the behavior of that person is very rough, rude & unprofessional.in fact she was arrogant & she misbehaved with me & disconnected my phone so may times. I didn't expect this and also didn't get my solution for that i complained four days ago. I will never use this service & service providers.

                                  I purchased the printer g2002 online through flipkart delivered to me on[protected]. Canon service technician visited my residence and installed the printer on[protected]. Now i noticed that
                                  1. The printer is giving abnormal sound to receive a4 paper
                                  2. Not permitting to print back side page
                                  3. Printing from last page to first
                                  4. To print, i have to press control + shift+p every time.
                                  5. Sucmlib. Dll is missing.

                                    The printer is not feeding in the paper and the prnt is not taking place. The printer is in warranty period, as of now. Printer diagnosis also does not show any errors. Need solution at the earliest.
                                    We are having following problem
                                    1. The printer is not detecting the paper
                                    2. It is not loading the paper for printing
                                    3. If it load it dono pull for printing
                                    4. When ever it pulls the paper it pulls only from one se de
                                    5. The paper become bend and the printer stops printing

                                    please solved problem as soon as possible.
                                    I buyed canon MF244DW Xerox machine. but no print. i completed in online register. technician are came. see the machine catrige problem identified. i have warranty. seller not respond for catrige. you told to canon company. i have no response of item are told..

                                        My name is Suraj Sharma, i purchased a Canon G7x Mark ii yesterday on 25th september, 2017 from Canon Image Square, Nehru Place. The sad thing is that its your official store and they firstly gave me a defective product as its microphone was not working properly when i checked the footage in computer. Then when i called them about the defect they refused to replace it instead they asked me to go to Canon service center and get it repaired .
                                        I've just purchased the camera and today because of your ridiculous service i submitted the camera in service center. This is the worst experience for me as a canon buyer. i've just bought the camera and now its in service center without any use even the accessories are still packed in the box.

                                        I wanted a new camera not a ##### repaired one.
