This is koushlendra sharma i am purchased Canon print MG6570S on date 1/06/2016 Dealer commit this printer give me 250 print out after than using 4 day i got total 50 printout than cartirage finised, after than complaint in canon company they not give me any right solution they suggets me purchased new cartirage new cartiraget cost is 900 and its output is 200 pages.
its half cost of printer. on the printer box and brosher not printed anywhere printers printing output, its fraud with consumer.

Dear Canon india team,

i am already contact with your team your team is suggested me purchasing new cartirage its cost approx 800/- rs.
your canon support and service team is not supportable for customer.
your company and your dealer deliver wrong commitment, and on the your printers box and browser no anywhere mention printing output and fraud with customer because your cartirage cost of your printer costs 40%. its completely fraud with client.

    We purchased the printer for school office purpose on 08/07/2015 from corporate business solution, joshy's jim near keralavarma bus stop, shankarayyar road, thrissur kerala (Phone no.[protected].
    This printer was refilled by the dealer representatives, but of no use. The machine is not working properly. We are getting only very fade printing materials and photocopy. We made use of the services of dealer technitions and maintained many times. But still the printer service is very poor. Kindly consider the complaint and take step to solve the problem permanently.

      We purchased a printer model no "canon laser image class printer mf4820d" from limelox technologies, r.K.Puram colony, bahadrabad, haridwar.On date 09.03.2016.
      Last 15-20 days before that printer has not support to our any pc/laptop, we complaint to limelox technologies, but no response from there, then we complaint to customer care, a service man come to our office & says the card of printer has been replace, he says we replace it within 3-4 days, after 5 days we again contact to customer care, they says it has been repair with in 24 hours. But till now the printer is a dead machine for us. We are very fead up from your service.
      Dear sir/maam kindly request you to please repair the printer or replace it with in 48 hours.
      Otherwise we will go to consumer court against you.

        3 days back i have purchased the pixma g2000 machine from the canon showroom in nehru place. The same is installed by canon engineer on 25th april-16 (Ticket id csp/20160423/116779). Yesterday when we used color printing, we found the colors are wrongly printed.
        The person who installed the printer was in hurry and did goofup at the time of installing machine.

        We place a service call regarding the issue (Ticket id csp/20160429/121436). Engineer akshay came and checked the printer.
        He found the engineer who installed the printer pour wrong ink in wrong tank. He replace the pink ink with blue and the result is entire machine needs to be clean by dismantling heads, roller and tanks etc. He wrote customer refuse to sign and machine can not repair on site.

        He admitted the mistake at the time of installation. As its not a cheap machine and no-one is happy to allow you to play with his machine which he bought with his hard earn money.
        As it is the company mistake/company service mistake, i want the replacement of the machine on immediate basis. I prefer to take legal help for my business loss during this period of replacement.

        Honest feedback - not at all happy with the canon services. Very poor, very very poor. Because of company or company person why would i bear or any customer bear? If he dont know how to work or serve to customer why they played with customers??? Why???

        Scanner not working in warrenty period
        Hii sir
        I am rakeshranjanpandey .I have bought your product canon selphy cp 1000 .my printer not work proper when i print the photo the printer always write paper jam and it proceed the plane & some dots on photo . I have give this product to your conon service center at two times but there they can't solve my problem . I am not satisfied by this printer. so i request you to that please change this printer that i work proper and give the best result to the coustmer .

          Dear sir, i purchased canon pixma g2000 from authorized dealer galaxy computers and he assured us for best service response, also he assured for 6000 pages in one set of ink bottles. But after purchased of printer we faced color missing problem also consuming fast ink. We complaint many times to costumer care to solve the issue. Service engineer came and cleaned printer by system cleaning. Now main issue is that only 300 pages printed by canon printer and we lost our all ink. When we complaint customer care for this issue a senior person called us by +91-[protected] and told that you must purchase new set of ink, canon cannot take responsibility for fast ink consuming. Also he misbehave and threat us. We are having all call records and complaints. Our official work affected. So please solve our issue as priority.

          Canon — lazer printer imae class MF 3010

          This printer do not work perfectily. Still now, six time i wii complaint it, but the techinetions do not solve the problem, and the co - operation from the side of addon is very bad. So please solve my problem or replace the printer

            Already contacted support, seems they are also useless like their product.
            Have to make it public, posted in their forum:

            I bought cannon sx520 hs camera [new].
            When inserting memory card, it shows memory card error.
            But same memory card working good in other cameras.
            Memory card: 32gb, sandisc, class 10.

            This camera was bought in us, now i am in india.
            I took cannon to service center in india, they said usa warranty cannot be applied here.
            Now they say pcb unit have to be replaced.

            Pcb unit defect and to be replace

            Part charges rs.2518/-
            Service charge rs.750/-
            Service tax rs.105/-
            Total charges rs.3373/-

            I bought this for 99$ + tax.
            I have not even took a single photo, it needs a service for 60$ (3373rs + some other charge).
            I can’t afford so much for a repair, it is better to buy a new once than to use this repaired one (Not canon again)

            I contact both us and india support, both refused to help me.
            They cant waive off the service charge.
            They cant extend my warranty.
            They cant even give discount for the repair.
            Total waste of my money.
            How could cannon sell such a useless product? Don’t they test it before selling?
            Just insert card and it shows memory card error.

            I post this question just to show how bad canon product could be, don’t trust them.

              I have purchased canon 1200d on oct 2014 and its still under 2 years warranty. Few months back i have let my camera sensor cleaned at canon service center. Again i want to let my sensors clean, but service center guys said sensor cleaning will be done under warranty only once. I am really unhappy for this. I really don't understand what is the use of warranty for 2 years. And no where have mentioned about this condition. Please revert back to this asap. I m really unhappy with canon warranty.                 Gujarat Vigilance Commission have ordered 2 nos. of MFPs (iR2202n) under DGS&D vide order no-MKM/102015/885190/F/Dated 25Feb2016. We have got absolute no responce from anybody at canon, informing us, when we will get the delivery of the machines.

                  I have purchased Canon EOS 1200D with 18-55mm + 55-250 mm Lens on 5/11/2015 from Snapdeal (Order ID: [protected]). THe product comes under warranty for 2 years.

                  It is not working properly in Av and Tv mode of it and is displaying "Busy". Also, its hanging.

                  At service center, located on Barakhamba, New Delhi, they said it takes time in its flash charging which doesn't solve my problem since one won't wait for 2-3 minutes for the next click. The second suggestion they provided is to replace flash which will cost me around 3000.

                  I would like to file customer complain against Canon for unsatisfactorily services and making fool with its warranty.

                          I bought canon 5D Mark III on 10-Mar-2016 in chennai Canon image square at Express Avenue showroom for 2.25Lakhs. Initially i asked for discount in price and asked any complementary but the showroom guy said no offer even they wont decrease even 1rupee. But actualy showroom price 1.95 lakhs in all canon showrroom almost he cheated me 30k.


                          On 14th march i got a call from same canon showroom saying that you got a offer we will be giving you Canon SX610 HS as complement. i asked y ? showroom guy said its an offer. i asked y did not mentioned on 10th itself he said we got the offer today only.(Lie)
                          On 14-mar-2016 evening i went to showroom they gave me canon SX610 HS seal opened product. i asked y the seal has opened he said while bringing to show room seal has been opened sir.(Again lie)
                          Then gave me two canon SX610HS initally they din said its 2 numbers.
                          So i got the two canon SX610HS from the showroom.

                          After that he said me whatsapp my canon 5D mark III serial number. i said i will send you after i reach home. after i reached home i was totally forgot that. After few hours later he called me and said me too send the serial number then i have sent it.


                          Yesterday i got a whatsapp message from same guy, he said me to send the serial numbers for both canon sx610 HS. i said i wont send because you cheated me 30k. then no reply from him.


                          Note: In chennai all canon showroom selling for 1.95 lakhs.
                          He cheated me 30k and he trying to fool me. for c ompensating 30k he gave some crap.
                          Im gonna escalate this as big issuue.

                            Sir, i purchase a canon printer on date 04/03/2015 via bill no 417 from akhilesh computer service, sanjay palace agra, printer have many complaint from purchase date 5 times already complaints from servicenter. afterthat on 17/07/2015 i deposit service center my printer regarding complaint but printer not returned me after repair till date. i lodge complaint regarding this matter many times my complaint no 1244778 on date 17/07/2015 on toll free no. i already intimation by registered post to company, service center and the shopkeeper also via receipt no EU[protected]IN, EU[protected]IN, EU[protected]IN, ON DATE 08/09/2015, BUT NO SOLUTION TILL DATE. Afterthat i reach service center on 14/03/2016, the manager of service center misbehave and abusing me.
                            so plz returm my printer in working condition asap.

                              Sir, i purchase a canon 60D camera with two lens 18-55 and 55-250 from nora photo lab ranchi (jharkhand) on 16/09/2015 and some problem come in body and lens. so i submit it in ranchi service centre on 6/2/2015 but after about 15 days service centre refuse to consider warrenty. they told to me that your warrenty is expire. after then i approch to shopkipper then he told me, i cant do anything. shopkipper suggest me to serviceing it outside of the local shop.

                                As we have ordered the purge unit of canon IPF750, Purchase order released on 17th of january 2016 through canon hyderabad behalf of pavani engineers, hyderabad. as they confirmed that they will deliver & fix the product with in 15days from PO. but till date we did not received the good & even we have interacted with canon hyderabad, they are not at all supporting.. very poor service response from them.

                                Very poor service support.
                                cannon hyd service person Mr. Bhaskar karrela visited our place with the purge unit... but no use.. he later installed the product and confirmed that its problem of main control assembly.. very hopeless service team.. they not even know what was the problems jst proposing the new items.. and taking such long time that we r out of patient.

                                In this regards request your help / support.

                                my printer is not working properly

                                We refilled our inks but it is always showing the alarm signal in the black and white ink even after we got it filled two times in our canon inject printer

                                  We purchased your copier machine, Model iR-Adv-C-3320. On 09.09.2015, through your Dealer, M/s. Om Systems, FND Logistics Pvt. Ltd. Pune, Vide invoice No. OS/GB/61 dt. 09.09.2015
                                  Actually we had never thought of going for a copier machine, instead we were planning for a Digital printer. Your marketing person had highlighted many features of this machine and assured us a very close output performance to a Digital Printer. Unfortunately, we are very sorry to mention that not even 10 % of features are feasible on this machine. To name few, we are not getting desired color output; both side printing is not possible.
                                  Every time upon our compliant, your authorized service engineer attends, but is unable to fix the problem. We here by request you to fix all the problems with this machine once for all and make it work as per its designed output or replace/take back this machine. If we are not getting any favorable response from your side, we may not have any option but to highlight this issue to Canon head quarters and also go to a Consumer Court to put forward our grievances.

                                    My PIXMA MG 7570 multifunction photo printer is not printing. It is in warranty period. I had locked a call on 08/12/2015 for get service. Call No CSP/20151208/5501, Printer Serial No ADPS00139. An engineer came and said that a part is needed and this part is not available in market. So it may take long time. 47 days past and I have not get any service from Canon.I further called Cannon customer care and explain the problem twice. The service centre to which this case is mapped is Sabsonic, kolkata. I received a call from a new service cenrtre from Kolakata and they said me that the call is open and so they can not do anything for me if the call is not closed. What should I do? Has canon any responsibility for customer? My work is suspended for 47 days.

                                      I am just facing some problem in my printer and i requested a complaint on 26th DEc. But after 15days i am still waiting for your responss. I just want to escalate haridwar service center. They are not so much responsible they are not giving proper responses to customer. I have already made more than 5 calls to them but still i am suffering. Its not a good customer experience.. Regards, A unsatisfied customer...i am wating for 17 days 'my shop lose plz ...

                                      dear sir i Parches a canon IR 2525 Printer for barcode lable From Agra & its Sr. No. is FRZ87674 but its quality is not good i requested please solve my problem otherwise i can take legal option
