Canon India — Ordered but not yet revceived purge unit of canon ipf750 | |||
Dera sir, As we have ordered the purge unit of canon IPF750, Purchase order released on 17th of january 2016 through canon hyderabad behalf of pavani engineers, hyderabad. as they confirmed that they will deliver & fix the product with in 15days from PO. but till date we did not received the good & even we have interacted with canon hyderabad, they are not at all supporting.. very poor service response from them. Very poor service support.
cannon hyd service person Mr. Bhaskar karrela visited our place with the purge unit... but no use.. he later installed the product and confirmed that its problem of main control assembly.. very hopeless service team.. they not even know what was the problems jst proposing the new items.. and taking such long time that we r out of patient.
