          I have applied for loan in Cashe app some days before all the processes have been done also the e mandate orcess has been done but the credit line shows processing from two days and there is no any customer care number whom i contact ? so kindly look into my problem as soon as possible by the end of the day.

            I have applied for a loan on 21th April, and I got a notification of email and in that email it mentioned that credit limit of 10000 is approved, but it in the app it still showing as processing and the amount still doesn't credited to bank account.
            I got a mail from customer care on 24th April and they said to me that loan will be disbursed within 48 hours, now 48 hours passed, however, the amount isn't credited to bank account.

            I have taken already 4 loan from cashe but never had such situation before.

              The loan is approved on 21th April, however the amount isn't credited to my bank account.
              I am sending emails to them every day but this issue isn't yet.

                        I complained the same jn many ways. No one is responding. It is not resolved yet.cashe app is not wrking. Took all the documents with e sign from m uh end. Still money not credited to account. The message I am receiving is transfer failed. Tried sending many emails.

                            I applied for cashe loan on 24/04 the loan status is showing active but i have not received the money yet in my bank account . Tried to call and write an email to cashe team but no one is replying to it .

                              I applied for 430000credit limit on 25th April 2023 and got my credit limit approval on 25th April 2023 afterwards .customer representative called and asked to e sign insurance. Cleared everything from my end. But the amount was jig credited.
                              Then today got a call from the customer representative told to apply for a smaller amount, even tried with that. Now I applied for the loan amount transfer in my account but it's not been credited to my account also showing in process in the app but EMI dates are showing on the app.
                              Also mailed several times to support team did not get any update.
                              The customer representative after making all the needed documents from my end. He blocked me on what's app.
                              Kindly look into this as soon as possible.

                                      I received a whatsapp message from CASHe stating I qualify for a loan. I applied and did the E-sign acknowledgment. Its been more than 4 days now 96 working hrs and still no money or response rather it now shows that I have active loan and also given EMI tenure. They are sending text and whatsapp messages for availing more loan when they never disbursed initial amount.

                                      I’ve also sent them multiple email but to no avail. My case id is 15999303. I hope to get it sorted soon or else I’ll be obliged to take legal action.
