I applied for 430000credit limit on 25th April 2023 and got my credit limit approval on 25th April 2023 afterwards .customer representative called and asked to e sign insurance. Cleared everything from my end. But the amount was jig credited.
Then today got a call from the customer representative told to apply for a smaller amount, even tried with that. Now I applied for the loan amount transfer in my account but it's not been credited to my account also showing in process in the app but EMI dates are showing on the app.
Also mailed several times to support team did not get any update.
The customer representative after making all the needed documents from my end. He blocked me on what's app.
Kindly look into this as soon as possible.
